Josh and his team did an incredible job replacing our combi boiler and adding a few new radiators. Even though one of the new radiators had a hairline crack, Josh and his team were quick to identify this and rushed to get a replacement. Would highly recommend Josh and his team.

Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!

Professional, friendly,and efficient From start to finish Dave and Dave gave us a top quality service which we highly recommend. From diagnosing the issue on the phone, a drain survey on the following day, they correctly identified the works needed and two weeks later worked over a week to skillfully resolve all the issues. Their customer service is brilliant, taking time to make sure we understood the problems, the works they proposed and answering questions clearly at every stage. They are highly skilled craftsmen with wonderful equipment and they left the area they worked in immaculate. All round very positive!

Duwayne is a godsend! He replaced my old boiler and had to re-site it, which was a long, challenging job. He was diligent, very through and professional. He paid attention to detail, was considerate, cheerful and very helpful. He moved furniture, for easy access, and cleaned and tidied up when he left. He explained the function of the thermostat and how to operate it. In future, I will definitely contact him for any problems and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I had a problem of no hot water from my Pulsacoil 2000 system . I phoned the manufacturers Gledhill who offered to send an engineer out for a fixed price repair at £399! Upon googling further , I totally lucked out with Iqbal from Rapid React. I explained the issue and he immediately said "try the reset of the thermostat ", even to the extent of a FaceTime guided call to walk through the process and sending photos of what reset button to look for. He was totally right in his assessment and voila, hot water came on . So rare in these days of botch or rip off tradespeople to come across the totally top guy that is Iqbal ! Thank you so much!

I was really stressed and worried when my Pulsacoil 2000 boiler suddenly stopped working and I had no hot water. With the weather getting colder and having a dependent, this was a major problem. I tried calling a few places for help, but couldn't find the right solution until I contacted Iky. He was super friendly and helpful, not trying to rip me off at all. He walked me through fixing the issue over the phone and we got it sorted out without any stress. As a letting agent I have used these a few times on difficult Pulsacoil boiler and emersion repairs. I have always found them friendly and very profesional. They have and I bear witness certainly worked in the best interest of the client and not themselves , all costs and works were fully explained and proven and that is very refreshing. I would also point out that I have never actually met them personally, but we will be using them again for sure.

We contacted Greg in the middle of the night as we had an emergency leak and he came within 20 minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure the leak was sorted and to avoid us having to pay for further call out charges. He was honest and professional and his pricing is very reasonable. Greg is a massively skilled, talented, meticulous, careful and lovely man who can turn his hand to anything and make it beautiful. He's decorated many rooms in our formerly tatty old house, fitted a beautiful (and very complicated) bathroom, and taken on some fairly serious building jobs. He solves problems, works openly and collaboratively on plans, and his standards are impeccable. He's also a lovely guy to have around. I had Raven Plumbing & Heating service my boiler and perform a power flush on my pipes. They went the extra mile by removing every radiator and cleaning them inside and out. Our heating now gets hotter quicker and the flat remains hot once it’s turned off. More importantly our flat is now a lot more energy efficient. I cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond.

Greg (who leads Raven Plumbing & Heating) is one of the best plumbers I have worked with in London. He is pleasant, diligent and effective at his job. Greg has helped me remove and install a shower screen (this was a difficult job but he got it done in one day) and smaller tasks such as placing my washing machine on a raised platform.
