We had an entire new pressurised boiler put in, replacing a system that was 35 years old. It was a big job and he talked us through the process, and explained how the newer systems work, and recommended what would be best for our needs. Very quick to reply, efficient at keeping in touch with the initial meeting, proposal of works required, and booking a date to get the work done.

This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. He was very polite and friendly, thorough, hard-working and left the place tidy and clean at the end of each day. I fully recommend them to anyone who needs central heating work.

We had water hammer issue when we used washing machine. Sebatian came to fit a water hammer arrester today. No more banging sound in the pipes after that. And the charge is reasonable. Derek came to do our annual central heating service, to fit a new magnetic filter and fix an overflowing toilet cistern. He completed all these tasks efficiently and tidily and also fitted a new valve as part of fixing the water heating control. He has also been very helpful to me in deciding the best way forward for upgrading the water heating control. This is the 3rd year Pristine have completed our heating and plumbing requirements. I can't fault any of his work, he is always friendly and helpful, and I would happily recommend Pristine to anyone else.

We've used Taylormade Plumbing And Htg Services twice in last few months. Both were great experiences, and we'll use them again if a need arises. First, a new ball float valve (the whole pack) was installed in the water loft tank. Later, a new fill-and-flush valve (the whole pack) was installed in a toilet, and a new sink tap installed. James came to do a boiler service and fix the toilet. After two other plumbers who thought the problem with the toilet was limescale, James just came in and knew what the problem was straight away! Excellent service, friendly and efficient. He went the extra mile with the toilet as the bolts for the toilet were not easy to reach! Jarryd came within 30 minutes of my calling him and he went above and beyond to sort my jobs. I had 3 issues that needed doing and he did them all quickly, efficiently and I now have a shower I can use thanks to J! I have used Pinnacle many times now, as have many friends, and I am always impressed with who they send. I just wanted to send a massive thank you for saving my skin! While my wife was away, I thought I’d be a domestic hero and do some hoovering. Well, that quickly turned into disaster when I knocked her favorite painting down the back of the radiator. Naturally, I figured I could fix it by taking the radiator off the wall... within seconds, water was spraying everywhere, and the radiator came crashing down. Panicking, I called Robbie at Pinnacle Plumbing, who calmly explained how to stop the water over the phone. We recently had our boiler serviced and, yet again, Pinnacle have gone above and beyond when it comes to delivery. Gavin set about checking everything thoroughly, from gas pressures and potential leakage to the operation of the boiler itself. Generally, all was well, but he did advise us that our Carbon Monoxide Alarm was out of date, something I did not expect to be included in his review. He provided a replacement unit for us to ensure that we were safe and signed us off for another year without fuss and at a very reasonable price. Top service, I thoroughly recommend.

I came across Adam and flush plumbing & heating via Valiant as we needed to get a new boiler due to our ideal boiler one down. Adam was able to quote over email with photos of the existing boiler and set up and his price was the best of all the quotes I received. Research into the positive reviews made me decide to go with Adam and I am glad I did. He arrived when he said he would and removed the old boiler and installed our new Valiant boiler within the day which was one of the coldest days of the winter. He also balanced our radiators and now the whole house heats evenly. I would recommend Adam for any boiler work you need done and will contact him again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

I required a boiler and radiators installation which is not a small job. From the off, Adam and the team provided a very personal engaging service, going above and beyond (for example to assist in answering my queries about style or size of radiator). The advice and recommendations were always well explained and the whole installation was above my expectations. I would highly recommend Flush and would use them again with any future works required.
