We had an entire new pressurised boiler put in, replacing a system that was 35 years old. It was a big job and he talked us through the process, and explained how the newer systems work, and recommended what would be best for our needs. Very quick to reply, efficient at keeping in touch with the initial meeting, proposal of works required, and booking a date to get the work done.

James and Jim at Smart Home Gas were absolutely excellent from start to finish. I found them through an online search. I was impressed with James' professional attitude to quoting so took a risk in hiring him as it was a very large job not to have a personal recommendation. But I am delighted I did! Always on time, clear communication, talking me through each stage of the work and the few necessary on-the-job extras. Absolutely excellent. I also trust that if any issues arise (sure they won't!) Glow Maintenance are the best. Nigel and Don are very skilled and reliably good humoured. I wouldn't use anyone else. They've found and fixed faults for me rapidly and at a fair price on many occasions. We're lucky to have this company serving our area, and I normally don't have to book too far in advance. This was our first time using Glow, and I am very happy with Don's work. He installed a new boiler, adding new pipes and making them so much neater than they used to be before. I needed urgent installation and they made the effort to fit us in as quickly as possible. He was very polite and friendly, thorough, hard-working and left the place tidy and clean at the end of each day. I fully recommend them to anyone who needs central heating work.

I required a boiler and radiators installation which is not a small job. From the off, Adam and the team provided a very personal engaging service, going above and beyond (for example to assist in answering my queries about style or size of radiator). The advice and recommendations were always well explained and the whole installation was above my expectations. I would highly recommend Flush and would use them again with any future works required. They were always on time and used thick dust sheets, clearing up after every day including all packaging and waste materials. Absolutely perfect job, thank you everyone!

We had water hammer issue when we used washing machine. Sebatian came to fit a water hammer arrester today. No more banging sound in the pipes after that. And the charge is reasonable. Sebastian is cheery, polite and professional. Pristine Plumbing is my neighbour's go to plumber. It may be my go to from now.

We've used Taylormade Plumbing And Htg Services twice in last few months. Both were great experiences, and we'll use them again if a need arises. First, a new ball float valve (the whole pack) was installed in the water loft tank. Later, a new fill-and-flush valve (the whole pack) was installed in a toilet, and a new sink tap installed. I had 3 issues that needed doing and he did them all quickly, efficiently and I now have a shower I can use thanks to J! I have used Pinnacle many times now, as have many friends, and I am always impressed with who they send. Such lovely, polite and tidy gentlemen, from Robbie on the phone to all of their great plumbers. It is a family run business and I think you can really tell this in the service you get, it is very personal and it is very comfortable to have them in your house, whether you are there or not. We recently had our boiler serviced and, yet again, Pinnacle have gone above and beyond when it comes to delivery. Gavin set about checking everything thoroughly, from gas pressures and potential leakage to the operation of the boiler itself. Generally, all was well, but he did advise us that our Carbon Monoxide Alarm was out of date, something I did not expect to be included in his review. He provided a replacement unit for us to ensure that we were safe and signed us off for another year without fuss and at a very reasonable price. Top service, I thoroughly recommend.

I called St Margaret's Plumber as my boiler pressure was down to zero and I could not work out how to pressurise it myself. Igor came to me within an hour and was excellent.
