I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

Beautifully installed boiler. Now every time I open the utility door I am happy. Absolutely beautiful. The team stayed till 2 AM in the morning to finish the work, it is unheard of in this country.

I needed an EICR cert for a property sale. Antonio contacted me immediately and attended next day. I called Michael to ask him to take a look at some electrics after a recent leak. He managed to fit me in on the same day, which was great. He was polite, organised, knowledgeable, and above all else - seemed very genuine and honest.

I would thoroughly recommend Michael. He’s clearly great at what he does and had our bathroom and bedroom lights sorted in double quick time. But more importantly he’s a great communicator - both in the lead up to the appointment to get this arranged and also while he was here; patiently explaining what needed to be done and why. As newcomers to the area with an extensive list of home improvements ahead of us, we’ll definitely be looking to use Michael’s services again.

Patrick has been great. What should have been a simple extractor fan replacement turned into a saga due to size restrictions, replacement availability and delivery issues. But, Patrick was patient, supportive, responsive and flexible throughout the entire process. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Morrocan sourced pendants needed reworking. Abdul did it all. Came back at short notice to fix one pendant and eventually sourced to a faulty bulb. Reasonably priced and went the extra.

Ali came to inspect my apartment for obtaining the electrical safety certificate that landlords need to obtain. He was polite, respectful and thorough with his job. He explained what he was doing and what additional work I needed done to ensure the electrics meet the most recent 2022 standard. I had only found Ali’s contact info day before and he visited my apartment within 24h of my call. Highly recommended.

Ali was fantastic: fast, friendly and efficient. For just the call out fee and one hour charge he traced lots of wires for four ceiling lights and sockets, to add to the complication some of them are two-way switches, then he repaired the entire circuit, After that he replaced a manual bathroom extractor fan with an automatic one, and then removed a defunct transformer from the repaired circuit. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it, I felt I was in the hands of a professional the whole time.
