Benjamin responded promptly to sort out an emergency loss of power late on a very cold day. He was able to isolate the problem caused by some building work and restore our heating. I was impressed by the logical way he worked through the various possibilities to locate the fault. He visited again to repair the break in the lighting circuit, without damaging the ceiling. He also lengthened the main cable, in preparation for a smart meter being fitted. He communicated well with us, explaining exactly what was needed at each stage. His assistants Matt and then Nick were polite and efficient too.

I was very impressed with Benjamin from the outset. He called me back straight away (on the weekend) when I couldn’t originally get through. He is articulate and organised and answered all the questions I had. He requested the information he needed which I provided and he promptly came back with a quote. He turned up on time, and communicated with me throughout the whole three week process from appointment confirmation to performing an EIC and then returning to rectify the issues he found. He brought a polite and competent team with him to do the work. Whilst it was not cheap, his prices are transparent on the website and I believe he was worth every penny as he gave me reassurance that he and his team had performed a thorough job. A2Z Electricals what a fantastic service. Last Saturday I was in a bit of a pickle trying sort an electrical problem which had shorted out our ground floor. Looked on Google for a local electrician and A2Z Electricals popped up. What a find! Called up and was pleasantly greeted with Bakir. Rather than telling me the costs for a call-out take or leave it Bakir diligently tried to give me advice on how to isolate the problem safely and avoid a call-out. We then concluded that it required his expert help and without any hesitation he offered to come over early before his first job. Bakir clearly knows his stuff. He initially came over realised the fault was not simple and required more intensive investigation came up with a workaround and assured us that he would be back to finish the job. And that’s what he exactly did came back spent some time in isolating the issue and got us back up and running. Through the process Bakir was considerate, demonstrated commanding knowledge of electrical engineering and made you feel assured that the problem could be fixed. Good old fashion customer care. A big thumbs up to Bakir and A2Z Electricals !! I would highly recommend!

Bakir Kapasi arrived at my home within two hours of being called out and quickly identified and rectified the electrical fault I had reported. He then provided me with detailed instructions on how to carry out an initial diagnosis in the event of the fault recurring. When I sent him a text message with a query fairly late in the evening on that same day (which I didn't expected him to answer until the next morning), he responded within minutes and offered to resolve the matter over the phone there and then, which I greatly appreciated. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of service Bakir afforded me.

Update: Once again, Bakir has come to the rescue to replace a broken induction hob. No thanks to fitted kitchen cupboards which made this job somewhat complex, he went above and beyond to get it done! He is courteous, kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much! What a great Company to deal with from my initial phone call to job completion. Steve is a brilliant electrician, very professional and friendly and offers good advice. Steve and his apprentice Kash did a good job changing various light fittings and were methodical and tidy in their work and all completed at a good price. Really pleased with their work and their great attitude and will definitely use again as they are so reliable.

Steve came over to fix our switches and he did a brilliant job. He was very friendly and professional. He arranged to come the next day and was very efficient and arrived on time. I have no problems in recommending him to anyone. On 29/6/24 I called Steve out on an emergency as both my bedroom lights were not working. He came out the next day and was astonished at how our builders had left a live wire hanging from our bathroom ceiling. They had only covered it with duct tape which could have been a potentially life-threatening situation. In addition, some other wires were exposed and could have short-circuited. Thankfully Steve talked us through the situation and fixed the problem. If it wasn't for Steve one of our family members could have been either seriously injured or dead. We owe it to him big time. Apart from that Steve as always is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Afrim helped me for building all electric work in my new garage. His work is excellent, neat and most important in a professional way. He kept all connections in junction boxes rather than connectors. He also suggested an independent Fuse Box in the garage to allocate the loadings in balance. I enjoyed the final outcome which is safe and tidy. I definitely will use Afrim in my future project.

What a delightful and courteous gentleman, Afrim advised me of the type of extracted fan I needed, which I was able to source immediately. He then attended and replaced my existing fan and cleaned up afterwards. Absolutely a first class service , I throughly recommend him.
