I was very impressed with the professionalism and work of Benjamin and his crew. Benjamin takes the time to explain in detail what the problem is and how it will be fixed, giving options. Because of the extent of the work, I had 5 workers in the house and all of them were polite, clean and respectful. We were very satisfied with the outcome, especially as it will mean savings on our future electricity bills. I can definitely recommend Ealing Electricians.

Benjamin responded promptly to sort out an emergency loss of power late on a very cold day. He was able to isolate the problem caused by some building work and restore our heating. I was impressed by the logical way he worked through the various possibilities to locate the fault. He visited again to repair the break in the lighting circuit, without damaging the ceiling. He also lengthened the main cable, in preparation for a smart meter being fitted. He communicated well with us, explaining exactly what was needed at each stage. His assistants Matt and then Nick were polite and efficient too.

Highly recommended! It's a total pleasure to have work done by W5 Electrical, from start to finish. Clear and fast communication from the beginning, all confirmed by text (this is rare in itself and saves lots of time, compared to others). They arrived on time, did a brilliant job, did an amazing tidy up both inside and outside, took great care throughout, including filling a hole made while installing a new electrical supply for a cooker. Will and Jack were lovely people to have working in the house, checking details and keeping me informed as they worked. Met Kieran too and it's wonderful to have work done by a local company who really care about doing an excellent job and have pride in the result. Fantastic, professional and efficient local company, and I will definitely use them in future as they are truly the best. Update: on the installation day, the cooker installation guys had a rare problem that they struggled to solve, they spoke to Will on the phone and he was nearby and called in to help. The problem was a faulty wire supplied by the cooker company, not related to Will's work at all, but he is such a lovely, helpful, knowledgeable person and they solved the problem between them. Thank you Will. Highly recommended for brilliant work and outstanding customer service!

We asked W5 Electrical to replace one of our security lights which had stopped working. W5 Electrical's team (Will and Jack) carried out the work promptly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They made no mess and took away the old light and the packaging for the new light. We are very pleased with our new light.

Update: Once again, Bakir has come to the rescue to replace a broken induction hob. No thanks to fitted kitchen cupboards which made this job somewhat complex, he went above and beyond to get it done! He is courteous, kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much! Bakir has come to our rescue on a couple of occasions now. He is personable, friendly and has a good sense of humour. He knows his ‘stuff’ and puts the problem in laymen’s terms. Bakir Kapasi arrived at my home within two hours of being called out and quickly identified and rectified the electrical fault I had reported. He then provided me with detailed instructions on how to carry out an initial diagnosis in the event of the fault recurring. When I sent him a text message with a query fairly late in the evening on that same day (which I didn't expected him to answer until the next morning), he responded within minutes and offered to resolve the matter over the phone there and then, which I greatly appreciated. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of service Bakir afforded me.

Damon sorted out my storage heater when it was needed the most due to low temperatures outside. He responded promptly and fixed the problem quickly while also advising on how I could make my heating system more efficient in the future. Damon done a fantastic job doing the installation of my spot lights and new sockets for my kitchen and the rest of the flat and a new a fan in the bathroom 2 years ago and just recently carried out an electrical safety check at the same flat.
