Following a recommendation received some years ago by a previous customer, we connected with Jack to trial his services. Since then, we have hired Jack several times for different projects (large and small) over the years and couldn't recommend him and his team enough. They are very knowledgeable and have a solution-led approach which is all we were looking for. Exceptional customer service that is friendly, warm and also offers competitive pricing. Recently had an issue with an intermittent fault in my property and was recommended Jack’s electrical services . Contacted jack who was very courteous and attended in a timely manner. Jack managed to find and rectify the fault and was very friendly and tidy in his work, what struck me the most was jack had a genuine interest in his work and was very knowledgeable for such a young man . Can’t recommend jack highly enough and will definitely be using his services again.

I highly recommend Jack. I have had numerous electrical jobs done by Jack over several occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the results each time. Some of the jobs he has undertaken and completed to a high standard range from; A new fuse board, outside sockets, lights in loft installed,, cctv installed, ring door bell installed, light fittings changed, double sockets placed, outside security lights installed, electric shower installed. Jack was always punctual, tidy and friendly and very reasonably priced.

Jack carried out an installation of a Tv bracket and additional socket points to my property. On arrival, Jack was very friendly, courteous, professional and always clean and tidy. Sevvy from Brombick electrical is outstanding. I used their services to install an EV charging point on my driveway and the whole job was seamless. He came twice, after realising he’d need access to my neighbours side entrance - and completed the work at no extra cost. When he did eventually get access the work was completed swiftly and without disruption. He even advised us on how to use the government scheme to get a partial refund for the work. We were introduced to Sevvy & Vince through our builder and I’m so happy we were. They really know there stuff and make recommendations for you to make decisions. They’ve completed phase 1 of our project & phase 2 starts end of July. They’ve installed 2 new consumer units, lighting & electrics in our new utility room, fan & electrical work in our downstairs bathroom as well as providing LED strip lighting on our decking & lower fences - the results I love…… they are tidy in their workmanship, accurate in assessing time for each job and are nice guys. I am a decorator and many times clients have asked me about a local reliable electrician, after service they have been very pleased with the fact that electrician is always on time, always answers the phone, and always keeps his words. Whenever I painting around sockets, light switches installed by Brombick, I notice that they are always well, solidly and cleanly installed. Arthur and Niko recently completed comprehensive works in our kitchen. Rewiring everything to our specification and installing a new consumer unit. We were very happy with the service they provided: Communication was excellent - Arthur was happy to discuss the various options available and make suggestions. He was also very clear about when he'd be be available and, once the works had started, when he expected them to complete. Overall we'd have no hesitation in recommending RNH.

Niko and Arthur were brilliant very professional. Niko called me the day before to arrange time that suited me as it happend to be over the weekend. After hearing I'd gone without electricity he booked me straight in. Big job of rewiring the whole house. They arrived on time, Niko and Arthur went above and beyond insuring I was happy with what was being done. They were polite throughout and best part tided up after themselves. Excellent Electrician comes in and gets cracking with what work I required which was new sockets x 6, a new fuse board, And making safe some faulty switches that kept tripping and other fiddly bits. Had previously used in an emergency and was super impressed at the time keeping and especially the written pricing NO hidden extras full breakdown of costs given! In the end price was a lot cheaper than what Was actually quoted as quote covered every possible eventuality or scenario. You definitely know what’s included in the pricing. Very pleased as overall price was a lot cheaper than other Electricians plus the work and result was very very good! Mark is extremely professional and a rarity is he arrives guaranteed when he says he will! Great customer service throughout and updates and excellent aftercare. The receptionist Toni is fantastic answering any queries I had. MTR Electrics Ltd is family run and would be my go Electrician if I ever needed one for the future. Also got a 10 year guarantee on the work completed! I expected the electrician to take longer than he did but he was super quick and very considerate and thoughtful when doing the work due to Autistic adults in the house and their tolerance to power being turned off for hours! Also a very tidy worker and very efficient.

I contacted MTR when my tenants had an issue with their electric oven and hob. I left a message and they quickly called me back. They were able to attend the same day and Mark sorted the issue out quickly and efficiently

Jacob is fantastic. We had him rewire our entire house and fit all new plugs, switches etc. He was super patient as we were remodelling and designing the house and really helpful with suggestions on where to put things to make things efficient. Would have him back in an instant.

Barry recently did a partial rewire on our house. His work is great quality. It can be hard to find skilled and trustworthy tradespeople and I’m so glad I found Barry. He communicated well throughout the job, his work was neat and tidy, he turns up on time, works hard and gets the job done. I initially came across Barry when I needed a solution for an electrical problem in our last house that several electricians hadn’t been able to work out, and he was able to solve it! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I've used Barry for the past year for small jobs and also very large ones and he's been brilliant. Communicative, reliable, tidy and very professional. From swapping out light switch and wall plug sockets to completely re-wiring my kitchen and installing a new fuse board. He also helped design the lighting in my new kitchen and it looks great. Contacted Barry directly recently to get a quote for the installation of a wired external camera after 2 other electricians on Checkatrade failed to get back to me. He phoned back within a few minutes and arranged to visit within 2 days. Upon giving me a very competitive quote, he said he had the availability to carry the work out on the spot, which I was very agreeable to. Polite, efficient, very tidy, what is there not to like? Asked Bes to come down as he was local and had great reviews. He came within 30 mins and was very Proffesional . He removed his boots at the door without me asking and this level of courtesy was displayed throughout the job. He was very tidy and and was happy to explain the issue with my fuse board and fixed it very quickly. He also connected my Ring floodlight camera and this was all done very neatly and to a high standard. I hired Bes to fit a fan in my bathroom, and though we encountered some issues with it initially, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. I required the fitting of smart lights, smart light switches and smart external power sockets The team were very well organised and always explained what they planned to do so I always knew what to expect. Any potential extra work was agreed and explained fully before being done. For the amount of work done the cost was below expected and fair.
