Pasha arrived and got straight to work replacing the pump on my Vaillant boiler. Very polite and professional, he had it fixed and up and running very quickly giving a detailed description of what he was doing and offering sound, expert advice. Clearly an expert of his trade and great at explaining things in layman's terms for novices like me! Great service at very competitive prices. Will be using these guys from now on.

Excellent service! It was easy to arrange and Pasha was on time and very helpful with my boiler. They require some prepayment for the service and initially I was not sure about it. But no need to worry at all as it is a very professional service. Will certainly use them again.

Pasha has helped me on a couple of occasions and he has always been professional and done a fantastic job. The latest occasion, we had a time sensitive issue with the boiler which happened out of hours but he still answered my call to give me instructions to rectify the situation until he was able to attend the property to implement a long term fix (which he did in a very timely manner).
