I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

Wonderful vet practice with fantastic facilities and lovely vets. I was referred to Wolfe Vets when my Dog had mysterious symptoms and was in a lot of discomfort suddenly, they brought him in immediately and set to work with tests and treatment to figure out what was wrong. Alonso was fantastic at explaining each step of the process and what it all meant, calling me with regular updates throughout. Claudia even called me through the night and first thing in the morning from the night shift to also update me which was amazing. My dog is usually fairly nervous aggressive in such situations, but the team were so lovely and put him at ease that he was really happy and well behaved. He responded well and quickly to the treatment provided - thank you so much to the team!

All vets are expensive, particularly when you have no insurance, but Wolfe Vets have a great "Wolfe Pack" membership for basics which helps reduce cost. The vets have always provided excellent care and advice and stear away from expensive procedures and unnescesary vists/costs. This practice instills confidence in me as a client and is worth every penny.

Impressive care and attention for my Charlie and great emergency services. Have been going to Wolfe in Chiswick since they opened and the Fulham emergency clinic is top notch. Recently Charlie stole spaghetti and chicken bones and was very ill, but the vet was able to recommend a treatment to rapidly get rid of the dangerous bones and he recovered swiftly.

I have to start by saying that I was not a regular Wolfe Vets clients, so I cannot speak of their regular services. However, I am very lucky to have them around 2mins away from my house. My beloved dog very quickly went from being a bit down, to suddenly beginning to leave us (he had a mast cell tumour) As luck has it, my regular vet, with whom I had a plan in place for this moment, was on holiday, so I needed to either find someone at our practice who could come home or elsewhere. I showed up as soon as they were opening to ask if someone could come over to help my dog cross over. I got a call back straight away saying they would, exactly at the time I needed it to be. Although it was probably the worst circumstances to meet someone, Dr. Alonso was incredibly kind and compassionate. He and I believe it was nurse Alice arrived promptly, prepped Bruno with care and explained everything, giving me enough time as I wished to say good bye. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the extortionate price for this (over £400) My initial vet had quoted £130 for an at-home euthanasia visit, and even the mobile vets out of hours fee is around £360 for a dog my size. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have done so in the middle of the night to avoid further suffering to my dog rather than wait until opening hours. Beyond that, know that the team at Wolfe’s is kind, compassionate and prompt to act.

My dog Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. Furthermore, I recently had a serious health problem with my dog and they were so good and literally saved him! they gave him the best care possible without leaving anything out and in the following days they called me every day to check on the dog's health conditions until he was completely healed. I have lived in different parts of the world and have dealt with different vets, but honestly I have never found anyone as excellent and professional as them. And also with great humanity and love for animals. I strongly recommend everyone to rely on Ct Vets! They are number one! 🙏🏻

Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I cannot recommend them highly enough .

I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough. I'm sure he wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for them. Just recently, they tried everything to make sure Pepper didn't have to go through a surgery, and they succeeded! I highly recommend them.

We’ve been using CTvets for 4 years, absolutely excellent service, Stefano and Martina are brilliant vets, they’re straight on the problem and get to the bottom of it very quickly. They’re brilliant with our rescues Kate and Jade who are extremely anxious dogs. Reception staff are also amazing, quick responses and always so lovely. Just lovely people in general. I've been a client of CT Vets for about five years now and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. We see Martina regularly as one of my dogs has an incurable condition that requires medication and blood tests - and with Martina's help she's now in the best health she's ever been. We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. Well done guys, a massive Pat on the back to you guys for being so so thoughtful. Can’t thank you enough for making my mums day. I really do appreciate everything you’ve done then and today. The vet is excellent but outrageously expensive… The prices have gone up enormously and I don’t see how they can be justified… We took our dog in just for a brief 20’ check up cost £68.00

I moved Buddy to Animal Choice in 2022 and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new vet. Buddy loves going there.... and that's even after he's had to have some pretty unpleasant procedures so that says a lot! The whole team is so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and committed to getting each pet healthy and happy again. No problem or query is too big or small for this team to deal with or respond to asap. An outstanding veterinary practice in my opinion!

I used to look after a black cocker spaniel (Darcy). The 1st time we went he tried to jump the gate to get back to me but the other times he was more relaxed and when he stayed with me I booked him for 2 hours day care because I had a long dental appointment. The dentist asked why I didn't leave him at home I replied so he had company. When I collected him Claire told me he was good. It's obviously that Claire loves dogs and cats.

Best groomer in SW6 area. Not the cheapest, not to say actually very expensive, but so worth it. I got positive comments from people on the street about his grooming and this has never happened previously. Not to mention that other groomers still charge £ 80/90, but the quality is often still terrible. You can see the skill of the dog groomer by the way my dog looks, and he usually comes away from a grooming session exhausted and frightened, but not when he goes to Waggin Tails. Recommend.

Fantastic clinic. Friendly, professional staff who always consider the best interests of both pet and owner. Very transparent (& fair) pricing, genuinely care for their customers. My dog loves her visits here, is treated with so much care, and despite having had operations that required me to drop her off and leave her, is not afraid to go back - which shows how well she has been looked after.

My dog, a big, lovable bear, has been a patient here for roughly four years, and the care he’s received has been nothing short of outstanding. This pet shop is (not my local) so beautifully supplied with all things that you might need for your pet. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is also a grooming parlour for your pooch. I took my shih tzu for grooming there many times. Last time I was not very happy about a few bits but to my pleasant surprise I was called by the owner. It is fantastic that they care about their customers and I would definitely take my dog back there with full confidence. Highly recommend. I took my Ziggy again for grooming today and Im very happy

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. My nearly 3 year old, anxious Maltese has been going to Highgate Veterinary Clinic since he was a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr Jennie, Dr Beccy, and the rest of the team enough. Their patience, willingness to be accommodating, and their high standard of care are exemplary. When an anxious dog pulls you to get inside the vet office, it is a true sign that they are doing everything right!

I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

My dog is quite anxious, and taking him to the vet can be so frustrating as he won't let anyone touch / examine him. Natalia has been so amazing with him, I feel so lucky to have found her. She really cares about him and thinks ahead of how to accommodate him and support him when he is sick. She is always extremely responsive and thinks outside the box when needed. Having a rescue dog can be so scary from time to time and I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have her as my dog's vet.

I have been to many vets over the 15 years ive had dogs and this place is by faaaar the BEST place i have taken my dogs. The doctor i saw was Helen and she was absolutely incredible. Lolas checkup lasted 30 minutes and every question i had was answered, every issue addressed and lola had a thorough checkup done. All healthy and good. The appointment didn't feel rushed AT ALL and i felt very comfortable and sensed a good vibe the whole time i was there. I was never forced to stick unnecessary vaccines into my dog, buy dog food from them or get a dirty look when i told her my 8 year old was not spayed. I find this is very common with many vets ive visited, which really puts me off and i find myself looking for a new vet every time they try to force their beliefs onto me and not respect my decision. I can already sense that i wont be changing vets again anytime soon! All the staff there were polite, kind and so lovely. Lola walked away with a tummy full of treats too, so she wasn't complaining either. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who's looking for a place to take their dog and who genuinely cares about their dogs health.

A special thank you to Dr. Adam Rouan for the incredible care he gave my 7-month-old kitten. She had quite a few issues, and Adam went above and beyond to figure out the best treatment with minimal side effects. This was particularly important since my kitten was so small at the time, and many medications carried risks. He was so patient and thorough, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. I am very grateful that he treats her with so much care, has attention to detail and a sincere desire to help. And I think my adorable kitten stole his heart ;) Also, a big thank you to the lovely ladies at reception, Serena and Jasmin, who are always so friendly and helpful, making every visit much easier and nurse Jessica with her sweet little Poppy that brightens everyone’s day.
