Wow!! The most professional team of people. So appreciative to have such a service in our community. Michelle is the most caring, compassionate, thorough & competent vet we could have asked for. A beautiful Soul. Thank you so much to the other staff too including the hospital vet who was also amazing & the front desk staff. Blessings to you all from Nour the cat & family.

The vet is excellent but outrageously expensive… The prices have gone up enormously and I don’t see how they can be justified… We took our dog in just for a brief 20’ check up cost £68.00

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

We had an emergency visit on Sunday to the Medivet office on the Gloucester Road. Sarah and Tom did a great job helping our Frenchie Hugo, who injured his neck. He was quickly examined and prescribed pain and inflammation medicine. Fingers crossed he is on the mend. A big thank you to Medivet Kensington and to Sarah and Tom.

I cannot be grateful enough to the Team in this Clinic. They saved Rexy’s life at least twice. Rexy loves coming here! She is always dragging me to enter the Clinic. Especially when she is feeling a bit unwell. And always if close by. Obviously, she regards it as a good place to be in! And of course, it is amazing that it is open 24hrs! Thank you!

I cannot be grateful enough for the treatment and the care this clinic has given to my 1.5 year old cat. After investigation with my local vet in Islington, we discovered that he had a broken femur head and neck. I was looking for a clinic that was ready to take care of him and I found Dr Vishaal, who is specialised in orthopaedic surgeries. He explained to me that he needed to urgently get his femur head and neck removed. Dr Vishaal was extremely patient with explaining the complex procedure, the pros and cons of it, the recovery time, the alternatives. The whole team has been completely transparent with regards to the costs, and taking into consideration my own budget, explaining to me what was really necessary and what was a nice add-on for his recovery. My cat spent the night at the clinic after the surgery and I could see that he had been very well taken care of as he was very calm and not stressed when I picked him up. I was quite worried about leaving him there since it was my first time leaving one of my cats overnight at the vet but the whole infrastructure was comforting, the team kept me posted about how he was, there was communication all along. The nurse even left me say a proper goodbye on my own with my pet at the moment of the drop-off. The surgery happened two months ago and my cat walks again, runs, climbs. They really saved him and took really good care. of him. I am still in contact with Dr Vishaal to check on his recovery as it spans across several months. The humanity and care from all the employees at this clinic, from the front desk, to the nurse and the vet himself remains unmatched to me. I recommend this clinic and Dr Vishaal to all my friends that have an animal. And I feel really grateful for their help. I rarely write reviews but I really wanted to take the time to write this long one. My animals mean the world to me and it is really hard to find a trustworthy vet in a city like London. I wanted to share my experience so that it could help others.

At Kynance Veterinary Clinic

Outstanding veterinary clinic. I could not recommend this practice any more if tried! This is the best vet we've ever been to, in both in the US and UK. My 16-year old Siamese has had appointments with all of the 3 vets in the practice and they are all thoughtful, patient and really care about your pet. Our appointments never feel rushed, and time is always taken to answer every, single, anxious cat-mom question I have. As my pet ages, she has had more and more ailments and they always take the time to carefully research and understand her symptoms. We are especially thankful to Dr Luke White for his care and expertise. This is a caring and affordable practice, and I feel as though my pet is in the very best possible hands every time we visit. I'll never take my pet anywhere else.

I took my little puppy to Kynance Vets for his first vaccinations. The team were very welcoming and informative. The Head Nurse Elyse was exceptionally helpful! She answered all of my questions that I had with being a new puppy owner. She was very attentive and gave Woody lots of puppy cuddles which I'm sure he loved!

This is the best veterinarian service in London. 2 of my dogs have been registered here - one that was older and now a puppy. Without fail I have found them to be caring, very knowledgeable, and supportive in making decisions about my dog's care. More importantly, the entire crew is friendly, helpful, and approachable for questions and advice. Highly recommend.

Johnny is the best. This clinic has been such a relief to find and been there for years now. No additional tests and overcomplication if not needed, straight to the point. Romeo can definitely been treated best so far.

Very grateful for the continued support of the whole team at KVC. Kay is an absolute superstar - no question is ever a silly question. She’s so friendly and always happy to go above and beyond to help. Our dog, Rolo had a minor surgery but is naturally a very anxious dog. On the day, the team collectively made it a very calm environment for Rolo and us! They kept us up to date throughout the day and when we came to collect Rolo he was all wrapped up in a lovely blanket and looked very relaxed. They gave us helpful after-care information on how to look after him. I can’t remember the name of the lovely young female vet who looked after Rolo but she was very professional, caring and gentle with Rolo. We’re extremely grateful for all the support we’ve had and would highly recommend this veterinary practise. Thank you!

My favorite vet for my French Bulldog. Dr. Kevin has taught me so much about properly caring for my beloved frenchie! We’ve moved around and have had to work with different vets and our experience with Brompton Veterinary has been the best of them all. Very helpful, professional and always takes time to answer ALL of my many questions which are answered honestly (even to tell me when I don’t have to come in and when I can save some money). Thank you so much!

Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic

Have been with the practice for 4 years. Nara, our Shiba Inu, has been looked after really well through joint issues, infections, allergy diagnosis, vaccinations & Animal Health Check Certificates. The team have been thorough, helpful and personable. There is always useful advice made available and it is explained in a simple way (for example the animal health check certificate process was well explained in person and followed up over email with the courier for our dog when travelling to Spain) It has always been straightforward to access medical records and make insurance claims. We have been very satisfied with our experience at the vets. There's a handy shop inside too should you need anything from hypoallergenic food, to toys and puppy training gear. Thanks team, one happy pooch (and owner)

I had to find vet in emergency. Elizabeth st were great. The vet I saw was kind and caring and did a great job. Prices were really reasonable compared to other emergency vet’s. I would recommend this practice. Only one negative point. They took ages to fill in my simple insurance form over 5 weeks. Way too long . And although promised call backs I never got them. This needs addressing.

A huge thank you to all the team! This morning my dog had some blood in his urine and when I called the Elizabeth street veterinary clinic, they were very helpful and found an appointment for me very quickly. When I came in, everyone was absolutely lovely and nice. The vet I met with took time to understand what was going on, asking a lot of questions and not jumping into conclusions. She took some time to reassure me and explain the next steps in order for my dog to receive the proper care. Thank you so so much! I am very grateful!

I just wanted to praise and acknowledge the wonderful care we have received at Elizabeth Street Vets over the last few weeks. We first visited when our cat, Isabella, was asked to be a blood donor. Although we arrived late in the evening, and the team were clearly dealing with a lot of emergencies, we were treated with complete kindness and courtesy, and so we had no qualms about leaving her overnight until the procedure could be safely completed, knowing she would be in very safe hands. Unprompted, we then received a phone call the next morning from the vet to update us on progress which was so appreciated. She returned again 4 days later for the same procedure and both times came home relaxed and clearly well cared for. Our most significant interaction was last Sunday when we again arrived late in the evening to re-home Harvey, a c. 5 week old orphan kitten (who had been the recipient of Isabella’s blood donation). The team could not have been more helpful and patient, answering our many questions about the best care for him, providing us with emergency numbers and food to ensure his first night would be as smooth as possible. I genuinely don’t think we would have been confident enough to take him home without their support. Within 5 days he went from 410g to 570g, is already part of the family, and we are so grateful we had the courage to take him home with all their help! Special shout out to Kerry and Megan who fought for Harvey’s right to have a life in the first place and were relentless in their efforts to save him - we will be forever grateful.

I feel that my cats get the best care here. I was previously with another Vets, when one of my cats had an emergency and was referred to Elizabeth Street. The care and attention was amazing. I felt well informed with the regular calls and emails I received not only whilst he was there, but also when he returned home. I feel that I can contact them at anytime with any concerns and I will get advice. There is a great team here. Thank you guys
