The staff and doctors are really helpful, nice and professional. We had an appointment for the usual yearly cat MOT and booster vacation. It was quick and efficient, but still taking time for a proper checkup.

Sadly, my cat had to be euthanized. The vet was so kind and gave me time to call my daughter so she could come and say goodbye. She was very gentle with her and it was a peaceful end.

I can't knock the professionalism of companion care Crayford, Alice and suzanna are just perfect in times of need and just normal consultations, they say it as it is and no sugar coating, brilliant bed side manner too, they care about your pet and you too. I can't forget the excellence reception staff either, always on point, always cheerful and there to help. 15/10 and recommend

Every vets local to me was so expensive charging the earth to put down my guinea pig who had become really ill due to being an old man. Companion care, where do I start! From start to finish they was so supportive and kind, the nurse was lovely and made me feel at ease. Gave me the time to say goodbye to my loving pet of 7 years and when it was time i had non stop support from the receptionists. I was sent a card and some wild flower seeds that made me cry. Ever so thoughtful and when I came to pick up my guineas cremations he was packed with such care, can’t thank you guys enough. Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

I echo all the other positive comments for Monica at Mascotas. I called her in an emergency for my cat who had a really bad and infected bite wound. Monica has been amazing. She attended my home really quickly, within 90 minutes (she was already on a house call somewhere in London). When she arrived, she was friendly, calm and professional and she put me and my cat at ease. She offered sound advice, recommendations and follow up care, second to none. My cat is now well on the mend. I have found Monica to be a warm and caring person who is really committed to looking after animals and getting your much loved pet well again. It was a really holistic service from Monica at Mascotas. I thoroughly recommend her and hope her business continues to thrive! 🤩🙌🥰 Thank you Monica!

I had to call out the Vet on Emergency for my little dog Misty. She was having some sort of fit as I thought I called this Vet and she was with me within two hours which was pretty good because the area that I live in is quite away from her, she was very helpful very considerate And had a lovely personality. She looked an examines my doggy and my doggy had had a a stroke, but she’s doing fine. The vet phoned me this morning Boxing Day and asked all questions about her how she was doing and she was very helpful. I can’t photo in anyway. She’s got a very nice maner

I found Monica through Google and since she's one of the few who sees birds and does home visits, I chose her, and I do not regret it! She answered promptly, agreed to come check my bird on the same day, and when she came she was so nice and gentle with my canary. She assessed him and his surroundings thoroughly and gave me plenty of advice. She was not condescending at all, and was genuinely interested and eager to help me and my bird. I cannot recommend her enough!

Monica is the most amazing vet ♥️ she neutered both my bunny girls and everything went perfectly. She saved my bunny which was very sick (GI stasis). She's always available even for advice, she really cares about animals 🥰 thank you!

I recently visited Novi Vet in Bexleyheath and met Javier and had an outstanding experience which exceeded my expectations. Tiggy and Callie received excellent care Javier who took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Unlike other vets I have visited in the past I felt their focus was always about money but with this vet they gave me time and their services are very reasonably priced. I also met Phoebe the nurse and Katie the receptionist who were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. They are a very professional team and give me complete confidence in their care I won't be going anywhere else for my cats care. Highly recommended.

I recently took my cat to Novivet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The clinic is in a great location, the inside is really modern and well-equipped, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and the veterinarian was truly outstanding—empathetic, caring and patient, taking the time to address my cat’s needs without ever making us feel rushed. The health issue was sorted out and I felt the cost was fully justified by the quality of care provided. I will be returning here, knowing my cat is in safe, capable hands. GOOD JOB!!

I was told about this practice by my daughter who takes her 2 Labradors there, she couldn’t rate them highly enough, so I booked my new puppy with them, and I am more than pleased with them, I found them very caring, and answered all my questions, I would strongly recommend this vets practice, both receptionists. And vets very friendly and polite.

We had to visit recently for the worst reason, our labrador was ready for rainbow Bridge, staff were brilliant, I have been using this surgery for many years and will continue to do so with our two other dogs and cat, Thanks for making Hugos last moments comfortable and peaceful.

I would like to thank Christi, the new veterinarian. My socially anxious cat felt comfortable with her; other veterinarians would drag my cat out of the bag. However, Christi let my cat settle and asked informative questions about him. She was so gentle with my cat and done the best examinations for him. I had a wonderful experience at aspen vets for my cat's checkup last week. Maddy Eustace who examined my cat, was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress free. Her genuine care and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Came in on Sunday due to our miniature dachshund Gracie being in allot of pain with IVDD. She had lost the use of her back legs after a long journey with IVDD having operations and conservative rest. We came to a decision to sadly put her to sleep due to her ongoing battles with pain and paralysis it wasn’t fair on her to keep suffering. Mead are not our usual vet’s but she was in so much pain and discomfort we had to do something that night. The receptionist was very helpful and told me everything we needed to know as we had never gone through this before, and the vet lady was very understanding kind and patient with us especially knowing how sad we were, she let us have as much time with Gracie as we wanted and spoke through everything she was going to do. Was a very emotional day but I cannot thank your veterinary practice enough in helping us with our beloved Gracie whom is no longer in pain, we will miss her very much and will soon be picking up her ashes from yourselves so she can be at our home protecting us when the front door goes with her little growl. Thanks again to Mead Veterinary.

Had to take my little dog to the vets to have her teeth descaled – she’s very nervous, but have known Paul for years and he has had to do work on her teeth before. He really shows such empathy and care for the animals that he treats. I knew that she was in safe hands and have every confidence in the treatment she received.

This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

Due to an emergency, I had to look for a vet closer to home and was very glad I chose Parkvets. They booked me in on the same day and gave their upmost attention to my cat. Though being shoved full of needles is never pleasant, they made sure they were careful and took their time to reduce my cats anxiety. I was walked though everything such as his care plan, costings and felt well informed.
