All staff are absolutely amazing! Kind, caring and helpful. They really care about the pets and their owners. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!! First class service and attention.

I have been so pleased with the service I get for my cat Tallulah. Everyone in the surgery is so lovely and they answer all my concerns well.

The staff and doctors are really helpful, nice and professional. We had an appointment for the usual yearly cat MOT and booster vacation. It was quick and efficient, but still taking time for a proper checkup.

I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. All the staff cannot do enough for us. The vet was very good as new dog owners. Katie and her colleagues know who you are even before you enter. I would recommend the surgery to any of my friends.

This is my first visit with my dog, I found the vet was patient and was very thorough, he made her experience nice and calm as she is a nervous dog. The receptionist was great friendly offering treats, the building itself is lovely and I found them to be fairly priced. I wanted a vet that you felt more that individual kind of treatment and I think you get that here.

I was told about this practice by my daughter who takes her 2 Labradors there, she couldn’t rate them highly enough, so I booked my new puppy with them, and I am more than pleased with them, I found them very caring, and answered all my questions, I would strongly recommend this vets practice, both receptionists. And vets very friendly and polite.

I recently visited Novi Vet in Bexleyheath and met Javier and had an outstanding experience which exceeded my expectations. Tiggy and Callie received excellent care Javier who took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Unlike other vets I have visited in the past I felt their focus was always about money but with this vet they gave me time and their services are very reasonably priced. I also met Phoebe the nurse and Katie the receptionist who were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. They are a very professional team and give me complete confidence in their care I won't be going anywhere else for my cats care. Highly recommended.

The receptionists are caring, helpful and compassionate. The many vets I have seen here have all been excellent over the last 10 years or so. A very special shout out to a lovely vet, Alice. A true god send and a beautiful soul who managed to remove a chicken bone from my cats throat and on a hunch carried out some further tests. My cat has now been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, is receiving medication and due to have treatment soon. Even now she has a new lease of life. Thankyou so much to such a wonderful team

Every vets local to me was so expensive charging the earth to put down my guinea pig who had become really ill due to being an old man. Companion care, where do I start! From start to finish they was so supportive and kind, the nurse was lovely and made me feel at ease. Gave me the time to say goodbye to my loving pet of 7 years and when it was time i had non stop support from the receptionists. I was sent a card and some wild flower seeds that made me cry. Ever so thoughtful and when I came to pick up my guineas cremations he was packed with such care, can’t thank you guys enough. Sadly, my cat had to be euthanized. The vet was so kind and gave me time to call my daughter so she could come and say goodbye. She was very gentle with her and it was a peaceful end.

They saved my fur baby one night and were so good at keeping me up to date

Due to an emergency, I had to look for a vet closer to home and was very glad I chose Parkvets. They booked me in on the same day and gave their upmost attention to my cat. Though being shoved full of needles is never pleasant, they made sure they were careful and took their time to reduce my cats anxiety. I was walked though everything such as his care plan, costings and felt well informed.

Had to take my little dog to the vets to have her teeth descaled – she’s very nervous, but have known Paul for years and he has had to do work on her teeth before. He really shows such empathy and care for the animals that he treats. I knew that she was in safe hands and have every confidence in the treatment she received.

I wouldn’t take my pet rats anywhere else other than to the Mead veterinary centre, all the staff are absolutely amazing & the exotic pet vet is simply fantastic. They’re all very understanding

I recently joined Mead Veterinary Centre and have had to visit a few times with my dog. The staff are amazing, always fitting me in quickly for both routine and emergency appointments. I’m so glad to have such a caring and reliable vet nearby!

We rushed in last night with our dog monty who decided to eat a marble and became very agitated and ill. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming and gave us lots of reassurance and made us feel it was a safe place for monty! The vets that was on was amazing he was so good and managed to do a miracle and get the ball out of his intestine without surgery. He was so patient and took his time to make the right decision to help monty. 100% recommend this vets as an out of hours emergency will go back if I ever needed to again. Can't thank them enough for helping out boy!

We had to visit recently for the worst reason, our labrador was ready for rainbow Bridge, staff were brilliant, I have been using this surgery for many years and will continue to do so with our two other dogs and cat, Thanks for making Hugos last moments comfortable and peaceful.

I would like to thank Christi, the new veterinarian. My socially anxious cat felt comfortable with her; other veterinarians would drag my cat out of the bag. However, Christi let my cat settle and asked informative questions about him. She was so gentle with my cat and done the best examinations for him. I’ve been to this vet for three years and this is the first time I felt at ease. Thank you Christi

The vet is excellent but outrageously expensive… The prices have gone up enormously and I don’t see how they can be justified… We took our dog in just for a brief 20’ check up cost £68.00

This is one of the best vets we’ve visited. All the staff is amazing and helpful! We keep visiting them even after we moved from the area. Mateo is a great professional vet and it’s the doctor to whom we fully trust our little baby dog Lily. Lily loved him as well from the first time she has met him!
