The receptionists are caring, helpful and compassionate. The many vets I have seen here have all been excellent over the last 10 years or so. A very special shout out to a lovely vet, Alice. A true god send and a beautiful soul who managed to remove a chicken bone from my cats throat and on a hunch carried out some further tests. My cat has now been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, is receiving medication and due to have treatment soon. Even now she has a new lease of life. Thankyou so much to such a wonderful team

I can't knock the professionalism of companion care Crayford, Alice and suzanna are just perfect in times of need and just normal consultations, they say it as it is and no sugar coating, brilliant bed side manner too, they care about your pet and you too. I can't forget the excellence reception staff either, always on point, always cheerful and there to help. 15/10 and recommend

Sadly, my cat had to be euthanized. The vet was so kind and gave me time to call my daughter so she could come and say goodbye. She was very gentle with her and it was a peaceful end.

I found Monica through Google and since she's one of the few who sees birds and does home visits, I chose her, and I do not regret it! She answered promptly, agreed to come check my bird on the same day, and when she came she was so nice and gentle with my canary. She assessed him and his surroundings thoroughly and gave me plenty of advice. She was not condescending at all, and was genuinely interested and eager to help me and my bird. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had to call out the Vet on Emergency for my little dog Misty. She was having some sort of fit as I thought I called this Vet and she was with me within two hours which was pretty good because the area that I live in is quite away from her, she was very helpful very considerate And had a lovely personality. She looked an examines my doggy and my doggy had had a a stroke, but she’s doing fine. The vet phoned me this morning Boxing Day and asked all questions about her how she was doing and she was very helpful. I can’t photo in anyway. She’s got a very nice maner

Monica is the most amazing vet ♥️ she neutered both my bunny girls and everything went perfectly. She saved my bunny which was very sick (GI stasis). She's always available even for advice, she really cares about animals 🥰 thank you!

Monica has been treating my dog for a number of years now and he's doing amazingly well. I first met Monica when she was working in Brentwood but over the years I followed her footsteps and even if I live in North East London I would not let any other Vet to treat my baby. Monica is caring, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, proactive, honest and simply a fantastic Vet in her approach and this is the reason why I highly recommend her to all my friends. Her fees are extremely reasonable too. She's simply the best

We’ve been taking our dog here for the past 5 years and have the utmost trust in the great care she’ll receive. I recently took my cat to Novivet, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The clinic is in a great location, the inside is really modern and well-equipped, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and the veterinarian was truly outstanding—empathetic, caring and patient, taking the time to address my cat’s needs without ever making us feel rushed. The health issue was sorted out and I felt the cost was fully justified by the quality of care provided. I will be returning here, knowing my cat is in safe, capable hands. GOOD JOB!!

I recently visited Novi Vet in Bexleyheath and met Javier and had an outstanding experience which exceeded my expectations. Tiggy and Callie received excellent care Javier who took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Unlike other vets I have visited in the past I felt their focus was always about money but with this vet they gave me time and their services are very reasonably priced. I also met Phoebe the nurse and Katie the receptionist who were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. They are a very professional team and give me complete confidence in their care I won't be going anywhere else for my cats care. Highly recommended.

This is my first visit with my dog, I found the vet was patient and was very thorough, he made her experience nice and calm as she is a nervous dog. The receptionist was great friendly offering treats, the building itself is lovely and I found them to be fairly priced. I wanted a vet that you felt more that individual kind of treatment and I think you get that here.

I was told about this practice by my daughter who takes her 2 Labradors there, she couldn’t rate them highly enough, so I booked my new puppy with them, and I am more than pleased with them, I found them very caring, and answered all my questions, I would strongly recommend this vets practice, both receptionists. And vets very friendly and polite.

Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

I had a wonderful experience at aspen vets for my cat's checkup last week. Maddy Eustace who examined my cat, was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress free. Her genuine care and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Really like this vets; very caring and professional staff - you don’t feel they are only in it for the money, which cannot be said for all veterinary surgeries at the moment unfortunately. Not especially cheap but good care and straight, honest communication about options and costs. And animal welfare clearly comes first.

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed
