The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

I'm so thankful to everyone at Elizavet! We were sent to Dario after 3 weeks of worrying symptoms, where my dog was quickly diagnosed and operated on that day. I was so anxious during this and the recovery period as he was in a bad way, but Dario, Arietta and the whole team were all so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. They answered my millions of questions and concerns, and I really felt like Bowser was in the best hands. And the scars from the op look amazing and neat. My only criticism is that they are not that local to me, and now I'm going to have to travel an hour every time we need a vet because I'm not sure I can trust anyone else! Massive thanks to you all. Bowser is getting back to his bouncy and happy self. You saved my little guy's life and we are all incredibly grateful ❤️

My dog got hit by a car 5 days ago I phoned this vet at 9am by 1pm I had dropped him off into there care!! From the initial phone call I spoke to lee who reassured and you could tell straight away she had a genuine care and concern empathy about her! She really did put me and my family at ease she’s an absolute credit to Eliza vets, Very professional very friendly and efficient! Dario and the team did an incredible job answers all my questions! My dog got up and walked out of that vets like nothing had happened and I now have my dog back! There honest professional and and are a credit to the animal world! I just added a new house girl kitten to the family so our boy Leo is a big brother. I didn’t have the best experience at Leo’s vets on a couple of occasions, more predominantly after his castration, and it had lead him to be ridiculously nervous. To the point of salivating everywhere, his fur would be everywhere, and he was ridged! Then once home he would pant and be stressed for an hr. So when my husband and I seen the new vets and read about it, sounded like the dream place. I can confirm it absolutely more than is! The owner and vet is so thoughtful with the layout, atmosphere and appointment approach. The level of care, attention and empathy is just incredible. And every other member of the team I’ve met from vets to receptionist are so genuinely lovely passionate and interested. Once home my beautiful Scottish fold it’s so much more relaxed. I highly recommend this vets. I cannot thank you enough for being the best with our fur babies ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Fast service,called up got an appointment the next day and registered with a friendly gentleman and went to appointment and the cost for the treatment my cat received was unbelievable I was so relieved as I thought it was going to cost me a fortune. Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. All of the staff at Medivet Kingsbury are brilliant and I would highly recommend these services if you are looking for a new vet in the area! Fernside have been extremely helpful & dependable with always giving good medication & accurate check-ups for my now-late dog. They always had a solution to a problem for me and had great communication with providing eye drops for my local chemist, and switching them out for others when required. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are always great to talk to. They gave us everything we needed from the start to the end

I cannot recommend this vet enough! Our journey started when my cat had an unexpected emergency and had to go through a surgery. The team was fabulous and so sensible with the whole process. They even took pictures of my cat and kept me updated of the whole process; this showed me how much they care for their patients. Also, a special thanks for their app which I think is a game changer and makes communication so easier and handy. I had a terrible experience at Sainsbury Hospital London with my 2-year-old Pomeranian. Weighing 2kg, he was experiencing digestive issues and had diarrhea. The veterinarian suggested hospitalization for treatment, costing between 1,300 and 1,500 pounds. I was extremely disappointed and sought a second opinion. Thankfully, I found creature comfort and the Doc. David ! who provided excellent care for just 122 pounds, including direct treatment( injection ) and additional vaccinations for my other dog. They were understanding and provided the care my dog needed without unnecessary procedures. I’m delighted with the service and grateful to have found a trustworthy veterinarian. I m so happy that I found this clinic ! ♥️ thanks so much! I forgot to mention that from the moment we arrived, they warmly welcomed us. They were very gentle with my dogs, petting them, and even gave them treats. It was a really nice touch 🧡

Absolutely the best vets I’ve ever been to. I took my Ferret Coxinha there to get spayed. They went above and beyond for her. They all adored her so much that for the check up I brought in one of my other 5. The care and service was outstanding. I’m 100% going back. All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

My nearly 3 year old, anxious Maltese has been going to Highgate Veterinary Clinic since he was a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr Jennie, Dr Beccy, and the rest of the team enough. Their patience, willingness to be accommodating, and their high standard of care are exemplary. When an anxious dog pulls you to get inside the vet office, it is a true sign that they are doing everything right!

I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly.
