Fast service,called up got an appointment the next day and registered with a friendly gentleman and went to appointment and the cost for the treatment my cat received was unbelievable I was so relieved as I thought it was going to cost me a fortune. I signed up to a monthly direct debt. Would definitely recommend for absolutely everything about the vet practice.

I’ve been visiting Medivet Kingsbury for some time now. The receptionist and nursing staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and clearly love animals. My dog is always happy to see them, which is a huge plus for me. On my last visit, I appreciated the follow-up call to check on how my dog was doing after his initial check-up.

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

I had a terrible experience at Sainsbury Hospital London with my 2-year-old Pomeranian. Weighing 2kg, he was experiencing digestive issues and had diarrhea. The veterinarian suggested hospitalization for treatment, costing between 1,300 and 1,500 pounds. I was extremely disappointed and sought a second opinion. Thankfully, I found creature comfort and the Doc. David ! who provided excellent care for just 122 pounds, including direct treatment( injection ) and additional vaccinations for my other dog. They were understanding and provided the care my dog needed without unnecessary procedures. I’m delighted with the service and grateful to have found a trustworthy veterinarian. I m so happy that I found this clinic ! ♥️ thanks so much! I forgot to mention that from the moment we arrived, they warmly welcomed us. They were very gentle with my dogs, petting them, and even gave them treats. It was a really nice touch 🧡

Absolutely the best vets I’ve ever been to. I took my Ferret Coxinha there to get spayed. They went above and beyond for her. They all adored her so much that for the check up I brought in one of my other 5. The care and service was outstanding. I’m 100% going back. We recently had to take our cat Luna to Fernside Veterinary Centre as she had been hit by a car. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Luna which is heartbreaking for us! And our chocolate Lab who misses her dearly . From the very first frantic phone call to the day we picked Luna up to take home and Bury in our garden, every single member of the practice couldn't do enough for us! Absolutely amazing! Honestly! Fernside have been extremely helpful & dependable with always giving good medication & accurate check-ups for my now-late dog. They always had a solution to a problem for me and had great communication with providing eye drops for my local chemist, and switching them out for others when required. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are always great to talk to. They gave us everything we needed from the start to the end

I'm so thankful to everyone at Elizavet! We were sent to Dario after 3 weeks of worrying symptoms, where my dog was quickly diagnosed and operated on that day. I was so anxious during this and the recovery period as he was in a bad way, but Dario, Arietta and the whole team were all so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. They answered my millions of questions and concerns, and I really felt like Bowser was in the best hands. And the scars from the op look amazing and neat. My only criticism is that they are not that local to me, and now I'm going to have to travel an hour every time we need a vet because I'm not sure I can trust anyone else! Massive thanks to you all. Bowser is getting back to his bouncy and happy self. You saved my little guy's life and we are all incredibly grateful ❤️

My dog got hit by a car 5 days ago I phoned this vet at 9am by 1pm I had dropped him off into there care!! From the initial phone call I spoke to lee who reassured and you could tell straight away she had a genuine care and concern empathy about her! She really did put me and my family at ease she’s an absolute credit to Eliza vets, Very professional very friendly and efficient! Dario and the team did an incredible job answers all my questions! My dog got up and walked out of that vets like nothing had happened and I now have my dog back! There honest professional and and are a credit to the animal world! The first vet that I’ve ever known not to charge for consultation! Thank you Eliza vets for fixing my dog! Highly Recommend over any other vets 😊

Vets who truly care. We adopted our kitty through Mayhew, and needed help with examining her that the all-the-bells-and-whistles pet insurance we carefully chose refused to pay for. After hearing our story, the friendly staff at Mayhew saw to our beautiful fur-ball almost instantly, and did a proper check-up involving anesthesia and x-rays (among other things) completely free of charge, because of our situation. They are brilliant. ❤️

Thank you David for saving Ivy's life and acting so fast. Ivy had been spayed at a different vets in scunthorpe 5 days later she was very ill. David saved her life she needed further surgery for peritonitis and sepsis in the internal wound and abdomen. Had David not been such a good hands on vet with knowledge she wouldn't have made it. I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly. I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews as some other vets there are not so great or compassionate people. Thank you Laura and nurse on duty today to keep PDSA score high 🙏🏻❤️
