There aren't enough words to describe the impeccable service of the whole West London Carpentry team. Tim was responsive and so personal with us from my first email and design ideas phase, quite literally overseeing every aspect of our work till the final minute. Jose, who was the magician who did the work in our flat is a dream - so well mannered, kind, incredibly hard working, tidy and very talented! They were able to deliver as promised on short notice and to the VERY highest standard, I cannot recommend them enough! Everyone that comes to the flat compliments the work that's been done. Thank you thank you thank you for everything!

Absolutely stunning work, higher than my expectations! Working with Tim and Steve on the design really helped as they ended up giving me far more of an aesthetic look to my media wall. I had quite a few intricate design ideas and they were all executed flawlessly. Not to forget, the whole team were so kind, friendly and super tidy. Will definitely be using these guys in the future as the price was very reasonable for the quality of work delivered. I would 100% recommend.

Andy and Nello were a God sent. I couldn't be happier with their plastering work and my experience with London Multi Trader as a whole. They were professional, helpful, and fast. The quality of their work is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Andy was fantastic. He did a great job making our very worn out front of house like new again. He was also really helpful doing some smaller jobs, fixing a floor board, grouting our back patio etc. We will definitely use him again as other jobs come up. I chose Andy because of the reviews and they’re right. He was responsive, professional, good at communication and an all round nice person. He clearly takes pride in his work and cares that you are happy at the end of the day and would go the extra mile (including literally picking up a specific paint I chose for us) to make sure you are. Also reasonably priced so couldn’t ask for anything more! Will try and update final photos later as sadly we currently have scaffolding hiding how good it looks!

Andy did a fabulous job restoring a recently purchased antique chest of drawers. He did a quick and free site visit to assess the piece of furniture and gave an honest evaluation of how it could be restored and what the costs would be. He was able to fit me into his busy schedule because I was anxious about getting the piece fixed. He was prompt and brought all the necessary tools. He walked me through the issues and fully restored the drawers in a timely manner. It wasn’t the most obvious solution, but Andy is knowledgeable, skilled and creative at solving issues. He left the area clean and was tidy during the process. Besides being a skilled carpenter, he is also kind, warm and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Andy is absolutely amazing. I've had him do loads of stuff over the last few years, including building bookcases (he's a trained carpenter), staining my floors (which he made look 1000% times better), painting, and resealing windows. He's extremely reliable and honest, and this is confirmed by a former neighbor who first introduced me to him. He's also very tidy, so you don't even know he was there after the work's done. In short, I highly recommend him!

I've been looking for more than a year for a skilled joinery team with a polished finish to create a custom curved bench area and a console table for my home. This review is a huge thanks to Andrew and his team for the phenomenal job they did. Everything about the service and installation was seamless. My experience with Dimitris has been absolutely first class. In fact I would go as far to say he is the best carpenter/tradesman I have ever come across. His work is meticulous and precise. I had some complicated requests when designing my wardrobes and alcove shelving and he accommodated them with no complaints, producing a beautiful final product, all at a very competitive price. To top things off Dimitris is a highly likeable guy - polite, patient and trustworthy. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing a carpenter and look forward to using his services again in the future.

Rather than going via a builder to handle the complete renovation of my 2 bed flat in Wembley, I decided to try my luck and find local tradespeople to do individual jobs instead. Part of the reason was because the builder I have used in the past was extremely busy with two larger extension jobs in Twickenham and part of the reason was cost. I had other builders I know (some I trust and others which were cheap and cheerful) but given what was happening in the wider economy at the time (in the summer of 2022) they came out too expensive. It turned out that HCI was very local to my, based round the corner from where I was staying at the time. My overall feeling of working with HCI is that of satisfaction. They carried out a series of jobs for me at my flat and I found them to be courteous, punctual, competitively priced, competent in the work performed with a good set of tools for each job, and all in all very professional. I am glad I took this route and came across HCI because I will be using them again in future and have had neighbours in my block of flat ask for their details for work they need doing. This is the joy in finding good tradespeople (and their are plenty in London), that is, finding people not just good in their line of work, but more importantly, genuine good people that you can get along with and work with. Such partnerships take the stress out the task and make it all worthwhile.

Excellent service by Catalin and his team. Hired them to fit our DIY kitchen and install click style vinyl flooring. They did an amazing job- were very punctual, friendly yet professional and finished all the tasks to our satisfaction. We got in touch with Catalin about installing our new Howdens kitchen. After sending over the drawings we were provided with a very fair quote the same day. Catalin managed to book us in very short notice (9 days later) and the kitchen was installed over two long days to an excellent standard. We hit a snag with two panels missing from our Howdens order but Catlin was able to work around this until they were delivered the following day. Catalin was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and left the kitchen clean and tidy. Really impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Ray and his father did a wonderful job, it was quick, they were timely and all the repairs around the house were completed to a high standard. The actual work required was extremely varied so I was sceptical if they could do all of it but it only took them a few hours. Will hire again.

cannot recommend Dexterous group and his team highly enough. We are still enjoying the beautiful bathroom he installed for us a year ago. From the the get go Dexterous group displayed amazing customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. He had a totally can do approach about the ideas we had about our bathroom renovation and had plenty of effective ideas for us too. The work is of the highest standard, both tecnically with things like under floor heating and the walk-in shower (everything is still functionally perfectly) and decoratively with the tiling of the floor and walls and any painting; the quoting was always totally transparent and he made an effort to find economical solutions where possible, and the customer service was second to none - they were totally accommodating and flexible about any changes I requested and ensured everything got done just as we wanted it. And Dexterous group came by after months to have a look a couple of fittings that had worked themselves loose - great after care. He is a really nice guy, so pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!!!!

Florin did a fantastic job turning a dated wet room and separate toilet into a family bathroom. We had a very tight timeframe to achieve this and Florin and team worked very hard to ensure the bathroom was finished by the time we moved in to a very high standard.
