Dmitriy and his team are first class. I would highly recommend using Solid Carpentry for any of your requirements. He helped us design the perfect living room and storage in our small porch area. Everything was built to measure in his workshop and brought to our home and fitted in a very efficient manor. We love the final result and his attention to detail is impeccable.

I recently worked with Dimitry and Solid Carpentry to have a built -in wardrobe fitted in my bedroom so I could have more storage space. Dimitry was excellent right from the start - polite, up front about costs, arriving on time, giving me advice and keeping me updated on the job. I gave him a photo to work from and he made the wardrobe look just like it! It was also a really awkward space, the room is slightly on a slope but he made it fit just right. I'd definitely recommend Solid Carpentry to anyone, and I will definitely be using Solid Carpentry again if I need any more carpentry in the future.

We needed our drawers re-done in our wardrobes. It was a very bespoke project as we didn't need something built from scratch, but within an already built structure. It was wonderful working with Solid Carpentry, and the final product was beautiful! Dmitriy was attentive to all the special adjustments we wanted for our drawers and patient if we changed our minds on some details. Solid Carpentry used high-quality materials and did a great paint job. We love our drawers!!

We have a difficult to make use of small boiler room in our flat. In need of more storage space we got in touch with Solid Carpentry. They did such an excellent job from start to finish. We can now finally store all of our luggage and random things and the room actually feels bigger now. Well done on getting the shelves fitted in such small awkward spaces. From the first moment we communicated Simon was professional and put me at ease. He did excellent work installing bespoke shelves, cupboards, fitted wardrobes and more. The quality of his work was outstanding, but the best part was how much he respected our space. He left our home extremely clean every day. The fact that he a super nice person and so clear in all his communication just made the experience so pleasant! I honestly cannot recommend his services enough.

Alan fitted a four door wardrobe and a three door corner wardrobe. He was tidy, careful and very organized. He went over and above to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them, and that they were going to be safe and fixed together properly. As you can see from the photos, the finished product is very impressive. I would definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Booking was easy and straightforward and the quote was the cheapest around.

Bobby did a great job in fitting my slat wall and was on time and extremely clean and tidy. He talked me through the process and made sure he asked if I was happy all the way. I would recommend Bobby to anyone and I will certainly use him again for any other carpentry projects I have.

I had Bobby from London Carpentry solutions help me with a number of bespoke furniture items with the latest being a multifunction desk. Bobby was fantastic from helping me resolve a design detail but also help me rationalise the design to achieve my budget. Once the details were agreed Bobby stuck to the agreed installation date, arriving exactly on time and I never got the impression he was in a rush to be somewhere else. The quality of the work went above and beyond my hopes (hopefully my armature photographs do his work justice) and his care and consideration was second to none. For these reasons I have no hesitation providing a recommendation.

We were very happy with the work of Bobby! We asked him to sand and varnish our floorboards and install new doors and architraves. His communication is excellent, is punctual and takes time to talk through your needs properly to make sure everything is done and placed correctly. He is super nice to have around in the house. Will definitely rely on Bobby again for more carpentry work in the future!

Paolo and his team (Dennis for the carpenter work) did an amaaaazing job at building a bespoke mezzanine in a relatively small bedroom with high ceilings. Paolo designed exactly what I wanted and Dennis did a fantastic job. Super nice, extremely clean, efficient, to the perfection. The structure is rock solid. It is impressive. I will ask them to do many more storage spaces in my flat in a few months. I warmly recommend them. They are just perfect.

Great service, very efficient. They made me a wardrobe with shelves in the eaves of a small bedroom, making great use of the space. The two guys who came and worked on it were very professional, as is the whole company. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Very impressed from start to finish with Bespoke Carpentry. Really easy to communicate with to discuss design ideas. David (the carpenter) was excellent, a lovely man who is a very talented carpenter. He worked incredibly hard and fast to get our bookcase cabinet fitted in just two days. Really pleased with everything. David also gave me lots of tips for finishing touches and aftercare.

Cant recommended Gojko any more. If I could give 10 stars I would. Always so thoughtful and caring about any job he does. He did work in our bathroom, bedroom and redone our entire kitchen, while checking with us on every detail and took so much care in our flat. I have already mentioned to so many friends about him, but def adding it here so many more can make the best decision of working with him.

Gojko and his team completely refurbished our home including new extension, new kitchen and bathroom. Insulated the whole house and they have done everything from carpentry to final decoration. I am super happy and the house is still perfect after two years. I can highly recommend him and his team.

Great service and great price. Gojko painted my 2 bed flat and installed two alcove cupboards around the chimney breast. Quality of work was excellent. He had a pro-active approach to spotting and fixing issues, as well as a friendly and communicative approach to his work. He also completed a few odd jobs like fixing a bathroom tap and helping my front door close more smoothly for no extra cost whilst completing the other work. Would happily recommend him and use him again.

Eddie was such a pleasure to work with. Really responsive and professional. He gave a clear date of when the work would take place which meant we could plan around the work. In the design phase he listened to what we needed and weighed in with his thoughts on what would be the best solution. Based on his recommendation we went for a 4 door rather than 5 door cupboard and it has resulted in a really nice looking piece which also makes the best use of the space available. I have also never experienced so little dust and noise - mainly because Eddie does much of the prep in his workshop. I would highly recommend!

We’re so glad we chose to have Eddie design and make two wardrobes for our loft space. He was incredibly accommodating to our needs, flexible and clearly skilled at what he does. And importantly for us, a nice guy to have in our space, and our kids loved him!

Frank and his team have replaced a number of Edwardian era sash windows with double glazed units. Their construction, workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. They've also done 5 star external decorations. Heartily recommend.

Frank and his team replaced two traditional style windows for us and the result is perfect. The windows look and feel exactly as we hoped, and Frank really understood what we were trying to achieve. Communication throughout was great, and we’ve recommended their services to neighbours who are considering replacing windows.

Vlad recently built and installed our fully bespoke kitchen, he went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed on time and to the highest standard. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result, the kitchen is perfect! Can’t wait for our next project together! I worked closely with Vlad beforehand to perfect the design of our kitchen, he prepared samples so we could decide on materials and construction methods in his studio and really invested time in making sure my partner and I were happy with every detail. Vlad has an incredible knowledge of his craft and took great care in selecting the best materials for our solid wood kitchen. Vlad and his team were so accommodating and easy going working with the other trades we had on site in the project. He takes enormous pride in his work, it was a pleasure to watch him work, he was so tidy & always had a smile on his face even when faced with challenges in our wobbly victorian flat. Couldn’t recommend Vlad enough!

Vlad is just brilliant, his craftsmanship is truly exceptional. Vlad created built-in floor to ceiling wardrobes in our very small bedroom. He is very detail focussed, and really helped us to understand how we could best utilise the space and the various possibilities of a bespoke wardrobe - including concealed storage, jewellery draw/trays, pull down rails etc. Aside from his craftsmanship, Vlad and his team were incredibly clean, always on time, super friendly and even went above and beyond by fixing little bits around our room (they kindly trimmed and rehung our bedroom door for us after our poor home DIY attempt) We are really thrilled and couldn’t recommenced him highly enough - I’d give 10 stars if it were an option.

Vlad was recommended to us to install our kitchen and carry out some bespoke joinery work. He went above and beyond and we are so happy with the end result! We have had so many compliments on our kitchen and so thankful for Vlad’s exceptional attention to detail.

We have been renovating our first home for over a year now and needed help repairing the stairs, Vlad was suggested to me via a friend on Instagram where he had done an excellent job with custom carpentry! Vlad helped us to totally transform our staircase, not just aesthetically, but also structurally! Our stairs were in bad shape, with large 2" gaps between the tread and the riser on 50% of the steps, as well as holes and years of grime and layers upon layers of paint. He filled gaps in the stairs with reclaimed wood and sanded them down to show off the beautiful grain of the original staircase, and reinforced the underside due to wobbly and loose supports from years of wear. When we removed all the carpet from the stairs, we discovered that the very bottom step was being held up with tape and in serious need of repair. Vlad applied traditional techniques to curve the wood around the step and slot it perfectly in place - we would never have been able to do that ourselves! I really enjoy working with someone who comes with a vision and works with you to make something truly unique. He suggested adding beading as a design detail to frame each step like panelling, make them pop out and also to add depth to something which is often overlooked. I would never have considered doing that myself and I'm so glad we've done it! My stairs are now a statement! Vlad is punctual, quick to reply, friendly, and trustworthy. He truly has mastered his craft and an impressive array of tools! It was a pleasure to work and learn from him. In mid 2024 we asked several local carpenters to visit to provide quotes for various jobs we wanted to be undertaken including under stairs storage, additional fitted kitchen units and various fitted cupboards and drawers. When Rafal came we knew that he was the right choice before he even sent his quotation, he exhibited calm confidence and also a warm and friendly nature. And we were pleased when his quotes were very competitive. Rafal's work was to an excellent quality. He was clear in what was achievable and good at communicating when modifications to any design were needed to be made. Rafal was great at communicating before and after the work was done, both by WhatsApp and calls, and was amazingly flexible on dates when we needed to adjust due to materials not arriving in time. As a contractor myself, I was very impressed by Rafal's van setup which is super clean and tidy and shows that he takes pride in his work and presentation of himself and his profession. I can highly recommend working with Rafal and we look forward to having him back for additional work.

Rafal created beautiful, bespoke fitted furniture in our bedroom, painted it, installed LED lights and a fitted mirror. I utterly recommend Rafal as he’s a hard working, talented, clean and honest carpenter who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We will call him again in the future for other jobs.

Rafal came by recommendation and has now done several jobs for us fitting custom cupboards in living room and utility, remodelled some of our kitchen and fitted over 70m3 of wooden floor. He is superb, incredibly skilled, tidy, efficient and reliable. We will be getting him back to build fitted wardrobes later this year if he can fit us in. Can’t recommend him enough.
