Good Look Events was a great company to working with, with a challenging brief and large group of people to cater for, they gave me some great locations to look at. The set-up and service on the night was second to none, always on hand where needed, to make sure it ran without any hitch!

Emma and Chris and the team were utterly brilliant! My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. From the initial meet-up with Chris and Emma, they instilled calm and excitement in us that the wedding we were after was possible even with our narrow time frame. Their extensive network of caterers, drink offerings, room decorations and music options brought to life the day we had envisaged but thought improbable. The food and drink throughout the day was beautiful and has had people raving about since. The on the day organisation was fantastic. At all points was either Chris or Emma close by to ensure the day flowed smoothly and all pressure was removed from us. It was our special day and we honestly wouldn't change any of it. I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. Chris’s calm approach to wedding planning made us fee totally at ease, and he recommended some of the most incredible suppliers. Emma waseamazing. She handled changeable weather with such grace and really helped the whole planning process feel easy. The day felt effortless and smooth despite requiring several room transitions.

We used TWA for our daughter's quite large wedding recently - Chris and team are nothing short of amazing! They made super recommendations in the planning stage on venue, caterers, bands - you name it, they had ideas. They very helpfully nudged us along in the early stages and then when we started to get nervous closer to the big day, Chris and team reassured and always came back with reasons to feel secure that the event was in good hands. On the day, they were superb from the early morning start all the way through to the end. We have nothing but immense praise for this talented group of organisers and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. My (newly wed) wife and I asked Carolina to help with our wedding earlier this year in Bologna. Carolina was nothing short of superb - from start to finish - navigating a wedding in Italy without Carolina would have been problematic to say the least; she was able to help us navigate the red tape, legalities and add her very personal touch to every aspect of our special day. We'd initially planned on marrying in 2021 but choose to defer by a year, Carolina quickly communicated this to all suppliers and within a week, we'd secured our venue/suppliers without any headache - this alone was enough to cement the wise decision in working with Carolina. I say without hesitation that Carolina was key in helping us create memories that will last forever.

My partner and I decided to get married in Tuscany as we had dreams of a fairytale wedding in the Tuscan countryside. Carolina made this dream a reality for us and worked tirelessly to ensure our wedding went ahead without any issues. The best choice we made for this wedding preparation was choosing Carolina Piazzi's "A Taste Of Beauty" to plan our wedding. The take home message is that your wedding will be planned to perfection if you choose Carolina to help you. Trust us when we say this choice will pay for itself a hundred-fold. It is the right choice; the only choice. We picked Carolina on the back of excellent online reviews to help us plan a wedding in Italy. She consulted us, understanding our preferences, our dislikes, our culture, and our budget. She took a lot into account, and did so extremely professionally. We narrowed down venues based on taste and on advice from Carolina, then visited Italy to view the shortlist, coming out with a winner. Everything was very easy. The process of planning our initial wedding in Italy was well over half a year and never felt rushed. COVID then changed everything, and we quickly had to plan a wedding in our home country UK within the space of 6 weeks. Carolina was able to do 2 things simultaneously: defend us and get the majority of our money back from vendors abroad when it was appropriate to do so, and then help us organise vendors here in the UK - in 6 WEEKS. I will never on paper fully explain the technical difficulties and obstacles she faced, but suffice it so say that we would have had a very, very mediocre wedding without her. Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Penny was a fabulous wedding planner for us. She is perfectionist through and through which really is a great quality in the person you are asking to help organise your wedding! We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

Choosing Marsha as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made in ensuring the smooth running of our wedding day and I can't thank her and her team enough for their services. From the first call we had with Marsha, we really felt like she understood us so well as a couple, understood what we wanted from a wedding coordination service and was very personable and professional throughout. Marsha really got to know who we were as people and made sure she provided the service that she knew we wanted. It was so nice to work with someone who paid such close attention to detail. During the lead up to the wedding day (4-5 months ahead of the date) she was on hand to support with all aspects of the wedding, via zoom or phone-call depending on our preference, to discuss elements we had questions on or needed a sounding board for. She would always have a an agenda for us to discuss on these calls and this usually consisted of elements I hadn’t considered or hadn’t even thought of as part of the wedding planning process. She was also very thoughtful of our wedding budget and often suggested ways in which we could make cost savings in a creative way, but still achieve the look and feel we were going for. On the day itself, Marsha and her team were invaluable and I genuinely don’t think our wedding would have run as smoothly as it did without her. My bridesmaids also found her and the team to be extremely helpful throughout the day and I have had similar feedback from some of my immediate family since the wedding too. After the wedding, she reached out to me once I was back from honeymoon to schedule a debrief which I found was a nice way to conclude things and again is another example of her going above and beyond.
