Emma made the whole wedding so special, every time I freaked out, just speaking to her clamed me down, she is so brilliantly organized and like the best friend you didn't know you needed just sorting stuff in the background. Our wedding looked amazing, every detail was made to ensure our guests had the best time and more importantly, we felt like special guests at our wedding because the team just made it all happen! If you want to feel stress free on your day - you need these guys! Trust me!

I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. Chris’s calm approach to wedding planning made us fee totally at ease, and he recommended some of the most incredible suppliers. Emma waseamazing. She handled changeable weather with such grace and really helped the whole planning process feel easy. The day felt effortless and smooth despite requiring several room transitions.

We used TWA for our daughter's quite large wedding recently - Chris and team are nothing short of amazing! They made super recommendations in the planning stage on venue, caterers, bands - you name it, they had ideas. They very helpfully nudged us along in the early stages and then when we started to get nervous closer to the big day, Chris and team reassured and always came back with reasons to feel secure that the event was in good hands. On the day, they were superb from the early morning start all the way through to the end. We have nothing but immense praise for this talented group of organisers and cannot recommend them highly enough!

I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! Choosing Marsha as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made in ensuring the smooth running of our wedding day and I can't thank her and her team enough for their services. From the first call we had with Marsha, we really felt like she understood us so well as a couple, understood what we wanted from a wedding coordination service and was very personable and professional throughout. Marsha really got to know who we were as people and made sure she provided the service that she knew we wanted. It was so nice to work with someone who paid such close attention to detail. During the lead up to the wedding day (4-5 months ahead of the date) she was on hand to support with all aspects of the wedding, via zoom or phone-call depending on our preference, to discuss elements we had questions on or needed a sounding board for. She would always have a an agenda for us to discuss on these calls and this usually consisted of elements I hadn’t considered or hadn’t even thought of as part of the wedding planning process. She was also very thoughtful of our wedding budget and often suggested ways in which we could make cost savings in a creative way, but still achieve the look and feel we were going for. On the day itself, Marsha and her team were invaluable and I genuinely don’t think our wedding would have run as smoothly as it did without her. My bridesmaids also found her and the team to be extremely helpful throughout the day and I have had similar feedback from some of my immediate family since the wedding too. After the wedding, she reached out to me once I was back from honeymoon to schedule a debrief which I found was a nice way to conclude things and again is another example of her going above and beyond. Marsha’s partial planning service was exactly what we needed to make our dream day happen, we couldn’t have done it without her and her team! I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice.
