There are not enough words to describe how incredible the Alice Wilkes Design team are. From creating our vision to bringing it to life, every detail was so thoughtfully considered throughout. After discussing what we were looking for in a venue Alice completely understood what we wanted so much so that the incredible venue of Kin House was the only venue we saw. It was perfect! On the day the Alice Wilkes Design team were an absolute delight to be surrounded by as they made our dream day happen.The logistics of our day was something we did not have worry about for a second and meant we could instead fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our special day, which is so important as it really does go so fast! Alice and her team radiated the most calming energy as they took care of all the details. From making sure suppliers were taken care of from the minute they came on-site to even helping me with special moments such as putting my wedding dress on (a moment I will never forget!). Endless thanks to the incredible Alice Wilkes Design team but a special mention to the outstandingly talented Alice and Yana who my husband and I truly will never be able to thank enough for making our fairy tale day come true!

I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Planning our wedding was actually so much fun. It was a time in my life I wanted to enjoy and remember forever, and Alice made that possible and everything perfect. Alice and her team, including my favorite Dream Girl Yana were so incredibly incredibly hard working. I live in California, our wedding was at The Plaza Hotel in New York City, and Alice Wilkes Design is based in London, and I swear we were always gossiping. I really was so impressed by how available the team was and how seamless planning an event across the ocean felt. I know there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and as the bride, because of Alice and Yana I never really felt the stress. Their personalities were incredibly calm, professional and playful. I had a sense the whole time that they really had everything under control and in line. I am a very creative person and wanted our wedding weekend to really have a moody vibe, and I was so drawn to Alice’s creativity and attention to detail! I feel like her weddings are always dreamy and give you something unexpected. Our wedding had swans everywhere! Swans at the Plaza. Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. It was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew it was going to be fabulous, but it was so much more. The execution was perfect and flawless, it was filled with love and warmth and perfect lighting. Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. I will highly recommend this company, so we had our wedding in a September 2021, the wedding planner Bianca was very professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, she explained how things will work out on the day and was punctual on the rehearsal and wedding day, coming in extra early. Not only are you getting a wedding planner you are getting someone that is very hands on, basically the lovely wedding planner Bianca was also helping our daughter to take out her hair due to a friend that was suppose to do the hair running late. I believe this shows the extra mile she will go to make your the wedding event goes accordingly. Bianca was recommended as the ‘go to girl’ to organise my daughter’s 21st birthday and I couldn’t be happier. Initially I was quite worried as it was a small gathering but Bianca gave as much effort and dedication as if were a large event. Where to begin… Let’s start here, Melanie and the team at Cranberry blue provided us with our dream day. From our very first conversation Melanie managed to capture our personalities, likes and dislikes and project this into designing and planning our dream wedding. She was able to make decisions whilst guiding us what seemed like effortlessly (I know realistically she out 110% of hard work and time in) on the right creative designs suited to our tastes. Before I’d even said or made a suggestion she was one step ahead and knew instinctively that I would/would not be happy with something and that took so much pressure and stress out of creating the dream day. Cranberry blue do not just plan a wedding they create the atmosphere and that’s something that takes meticulous planning and some serious imagination. She made us feel so comfortable and excited. Every meeting we had was planned and went as expected, we left all of them feeling more and more thrilled than the last one. Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!!
