Amoretti is so much more than I ever expected when getting a wedding planner! Everything that Emiliana and Benny do is so special, thoughtful, creative and designed with the client in mind. My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. From the initial meet-up with Chris and Emma, they instilled calm and excitement in us that the wedding we were after was possible even with our narrow time frame. We used TWA for our daughter's quite large wedding recently - Chris and team are nothing short of amazing! They made super recommendations in the planning stage on venue, caterers, bands - you name it, they had ideas. They very helpfully nudged us along in the early stages and then when we started to get nervous closer to the big day, Chris and team reassured and always came back with reasons to feel secure that the event was in good hands. On the day, they were superb from the early morning start all the way through to the end. I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. From the first meeting with the team (some 12months before the wedding) we were left with a sense of purpose and confidence as Eshan inspired us with his words, knowledge and passion to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams....my wife actually said in the car after leaving the office "he really is going to smash this!".... Personally what we really loved was Eshans passion and his ability to understand our vision from the first second of what we wanted, and that is what I think the key to the huge success of the wedding was - once Eshan understood the vision he was free to explore the wedding industries top suppliers, providers of goods and services. We would then be able to choose who & what we would like to go with (or not go with) as Eshan always provided more than one option. My wife actually found a picture online of a wedding set up we loved and so she showed Eshan on the first meeting, his face beemed as he asked where we saw the picture, to which we replied Google. Proud and passionate as ever Eshan informed us that it was one of his set ups from a few weeks before and explained what equipment he had there and how the event was planned and run - straight away it proved the scale of events the Personal Touch carry out - they break the Internet with their events!!!! Personal Touches attention to detail and experience helped us to make many informed decisions that we normally would not have been able to make with such knowledge, as Eshan regularly would explain the pros and cons of set ups - suppliers - costs - ambience and anything else we would not like think about. From the get go, Eshan was really friendly and listened to us as we spoke about our wedding day and what we wanted. He was enthusiastic and really make us feel like our wedding mattered to him and his team. He took the time to have calls to plan the music and entertainment, and even came for a site visit. For our wedding, we requested performers, sega dancers, ravine players and lighting equipment - the team went above and beyond and delivered on all aspects. At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special.
