We found Sian through Hitched and she has been amazing throughout the planning process. We could not have done it without her. My partner and I choose Sian for “on-the-day” co-ordination for our Civil Partnership Reception. I had the time to do a lot of the party planning myself but very soon realised that I would need help in the run up to the reception and on the day. I am so glad I found Sian to do this for me. She is super organised, a great communicator, has loads of energy and lots of experience and ideas. She had worked with our venue before which was a bonus. Sian also found a great DJ for us who was exactly right for the age group of our guests. It was great to know there was someone in the background if I needed any advice in the lead up to the party. Sian also managed all the supplier co-ordination during the week before our big day which gave me much needed down time. I hadn’t realised how important this would be. On the day she made sure everything ran smoothly and was always on hand if we needed anything. If you are looking for a top-notch wedding co-ordinator – look no further.

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. Mercedes, you are a talent and if I only made one right decision with regards to my wedding, I know It was choosing you to make our dream day a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

We booked Jelly Jade for my daughter’s 4th birthday party recently, and it truly was a seamless and excellent experience from the initial booking to the party itself. The best thing about Jade, and what makes her stand out the most, is her incredible understanding of what makes a party work. This comes through her amazing knowledge of what will keep children engaged, as well as how to keep your party well organised! When I first spoke to Jade over the phone, she gave tips such as ‘don’t put the kids food out until it’s actually time for them to sit down and eat’, and I kept reading all her brilliant advice on Instagram posts about how to make sure the children aren’t distracted by balloons, other entertainment etc. I was a bit nervous and wondered if having just an entertainer was enough, but wow- I really shouldn’t have worried at all. Somehow, Jade had 34 tiny children absolutely mesmerised for nearly 2 hours! Her energy, passion and incredible creativity brought so much laughter to the party. My little girl won’t stop talking about her party, and was made to feel so special and central to the celebration. All the other parents were so impressed, and several have said they’ve looked into booking Jade for their children’s parties, whereas before they’d never considered an entertainer. I cannot express how highly I recommend this amazing woman. Please have no doubt in your mind that she would create the best party for your child! She is warm, friendly, personable and understanding. The stress of ensuring that everyone was having a good time was lifted from my shoulders! Thank you Jade- we will certainly be booking you again for Iris in the future!

Jade did face painting for my child’s third birthday party and was fantastic. Great communication beforehand, she arrived promptly on the day and set herself up quickly so she was ready to go as soon as we wanted to start. She made sure every child had an opportunity to have a turn, with some even having a second “tattoo” as well as she was so quick. All the children were delighted with the designs and parents were equally impressed. Would highly recommend.

Sarah was very helpful and responsive to any queries that we had in the run up to our wedding. She was also very helpful with regards to re-creating the vision that we had for our day 😍. Nothing was too big or small for her to deal with. I began working on my wedding with Sarah Feb 2020 when she agreed to provide décor and dress the wedding venue for my upcoming Sept 2020 wedding. Sarah was so helpful with ideas and suggestions to fit our style and budget. When covid hit, Sarah stayed in touch and agreed to the new date (Jul 21) without problem and then didn't even blink when the guest list dropped from 120 guests down to 22. All requests were fulfilled and not once was I told 'no' in fact, a greenery wall I had my eye on was purchased by the team and adapted to suit my theme! We made our enquiry to orbuttterfly events for decor services shortly after we got engaged in Spring 2021 and had our venue booked. From the very beginning Sarah was professional,friendly, timely and approachable. She gave us all of our options from centrepieces to napkin colours and made the whole process so quick and easy with nothing being too much of an ask. So much so we used orbutterfly events for our Nigerian traditional wedding as well! They were consistent over both days and absolutely delivered and made both our venues look stunning! On both days Sarah and her team arrived on time and brought the vision we had to life. We also booked both of our dance floors with the team and had the perfect monogram designed for a seamless dance floor. It has been nothing but AMAZING to work with Vanessa and Dom! From the very beginning it became clear that they were not only doing this because it’s their job but because they genuinely cared about me and Emily (my wife). I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. From our first meeting with Vanessa I knew we'd be in good hands. She has unbelievable knowledge of the Wedding industry and knows all the best suppliers. She teamed us up with people she just knew we would love and would work well within our theme. Vanessa was always there with me every step of the way. We asked her to plan our day and also manage the actual wedding day. Her planning is so precise and incredible. She works so hard to make sure her couples have the best most stress free day. Our wedding took around 9 months to plan and I don't think I could of done it with her. She was my planner but is also now a friend. We had such a laugh, she helped chill me out, made amazing suggestions within our theme and also made sure absolutely everything was perfect All our guests said that they have never been to such a we'll planned and seamless wedding. She took care of everything. Dom, Vanessa's husband also helped on our day with all the logistics and we love him too! Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. The whole thing, from choosing a venue to designing a menu, to table plans, the band, the cake, and the day itself. I’m only sorry it’s all over. I am a bride that needed a wedding planner that would help me take care of everything on my wedding day, so I meticulously shortlisted 7 wedding planners and EOW came out right on top! From the very beginning, Elsie’s quick response to my email, and the heartfelt call we scheduled afterwards, made it a match made in heaven. She not only is super funny, she was able to give me peace of mind about our special day. Being that my husband is from the US and I’m from the UK planning the wedding together meant we needed a planner that would be understanding of the time differences and unorthodox meeting times, Elsie was so understanding and had actually done a wedding that had similar challenges so it made it so easy for us to move forward with her. Our wedding went from 350 people to 500 whilst planning with Elsie ( my mum wanted it to be 1000 haha) but Elsie helped us through every change of plan and gave us the most important thing PEACE OF MIND🙏🏾 Being British Nigerian meant needing to have 3 dress changes, dance routines and dealing with big personalities, but Elsie and her team ensured that everything on the day was on time and that I was not stressed at all. There is so much I can say about the amazing events on wheels service!! First and foremost Elsie is such a joy to work with! Pre wedding, Elsie went above and beyond to make sure that the process and proceedings of the wedding day was to our liking. This was made sure by the regular catch up calls that Elsie booked. Now for the wedding day Elsie and her lovely team done such a job that there was no worries regarding all the other vendors that we had booked. Our wedding was running slightly behind planned timing but nobody noticed due to the perfect coordination and contingency set in place by Events on wheels. We can happy say we thoroughly enjoyed our wedding day. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful for Lucy's guidance throughout the entire process. She was able to help us find the right suppliers that perfectly matched the vision we had for the day. Lucy and her team are absolutely amazing, from start to finish they made my wedding process and wedding day so easy for me. I hired Lucy to help me with the whole process of my wedding which was one year of planning. The main reasons why I loved working with Lucy was because I told her exactly what I wanted and she come back to me with three or four options matching my criteria and I chose from them. As a mum of two young children, this just made my life so much easier. Also, the coordination on the day was seamless, I just needed to be present and I didn’t have to worry about time management or vendors. I have been to weddings before where there is no coordinator and I highly recommend having a coordinator on the day which Lucy offers. Overall lovely experience of working with her, would recommend her to plan any event, especially weddings.

Mark and I recently got married on 8th September 2019. We chose our wedding Reception venue, and this was when Sue and Alan were first recommended to us. I had an idea of how I wanted our wedding to be, but had no idea how to set things in motion. As soon as I met Sue and Alan, they put me at ease with their friendliness, and gave me lots of ideas on what I could do.
