Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. On Saturday I had the pleasure of working as the celebrant for Amy and Alex’s wedding, with Sian from Busy Brides Wedding Planners, and I must say what a joy it was. Prior to Amy and Alex’s wedding, Sian contacted me and other vendors, introducing herself and setting out detailed but easy to follow information about the day. She provided maps as to where to park, passes for the vendors for easy parking, and a schedule for the days event. Upon my arrival she took time away from her busy schedule to show me around and to introduce me to the venue staff who would coordinate the music. We had an informal briefing to ensure everyone was singing from the same hymn sheet with regards to entrance music, certificate signing and the bride and groom exiting the room. It was seamless!! Sian took the time to assist me with the positioning of the ceremony area for the best pictures and even took some pictures for me in preparation. The day ran so smoothly. I must say it was a delight to work with her and I hope there will be future events that we can collaborate with. Thank you very much

My partner and I choose Sian for “on-the-day” co-ordination for our Civil Partnership Reception. I had the time to do a lot of the party planning myself but very soon realised that I would need help in the run up to the reception and on the day. I am so glad I found Sian to do this for me. She is super organised, a great communicator, has loads of energy and lots of experience and ideas. She had worked with our venue before which was a bonus. Sian also found a great DJ for us who was exactly right for the age group of our guests. It was great to know there was someone in the background if I needed any advice in the lead up to the party. Sian also managed all the supplier co-ordination during the week before our big day which gave me much needed down time. I hadn’t realised how important this would be. On the day she made sure everything ran smoothly and was always on hand if we needed anything. If you are looking for a top-notch wedding co-ordinator – look no further.

We found Sian through Hitched and she has been amazing throughout the planning process. We could not have done it without her. Our guests are still raving about how well the wedding was planned and how much they enjoyed themselves. She guided us through what was a difficult and emotional time, through all the ups and downs she gave us amazing advice and was incredibly empathetic, always with a dose of humour! She saw our vision, kept us on track and in budget! Sian did not let the rain dampen our day and the night time confetti shot was genius! She is worth her weight in gold.

Events by MK provided wonderful service for a funeral reception. The event was large with hover 200 people and they were able to decorate with the required specification in time to a high standard. They are competitively priced and I would recommend this company. I found the staff to be respectful of the occasion, thorough and hard working. So i got scammed by another marquee company that stopped all communication on the day of my daughter’s party. I contacted MK events on the day of the party and they were amazing! They confirmed they could help me at such short notice and set up a marquee in my garden in an hour! Professional, punctual and go above and beyond for a customer. I will only be using them from Now on. They really know what they are doing and have everything you need for any event. Please do not Use anyone apart from them! 10 stars !!!

Brilliant service by Mk from initial point of contact to the very end, nothing seemed like it was too much. I initially got in touch as we wanted to arrange a mehndi party and needed a venue, MK went out of his way to find us the perfect venue for our party size and needs and also did the best stage set up for us, even some of the vendors we used loved it! We were so impressed with Mk we hired him to do some home wedding decorations which were just beautiful without being over the top. Very impressed and grateful to have found you! Jade did face painting for my child’s third birthday party and was fantastic. Great communication beforehand, she arrived promptly on the day and set herself up quickly so she was ready to go as soon as we wanted to start. She made sure every child had an opportunity to have a turn, with some even having a second “tattoo” as well as she was so quick. All the children were delighted with the designs and parents were equally impressed. Would highly recommend.

Jade was absolutely fantastic organising my daughters baby shower event, kept the crowd interested and was interactive, she was open to new ideas and gave us lots of ideas about the games and how to pursue them and executed them all brilliantly, highly recommended

We made our enquiry to orbuttterfly events for decor services shortly after we got engaged in Spring 2021 and had our venue booked. I began working on my wedding with Sarah Feb 2020 when she agreed to provide décor and dress the wedding venue for my upcoming Sept 2020 wedding. Working with Vanessa is a JOY. The first time we worked together a few years back was a revelation, what Vanessa doesn't know about planning, especially for an outdoor wedding, isn't worth knowing. If you are having an at home or outdoor wedding, you NEED her. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. The whole thing, from choosing a venue to designing a menu, to table plans, the band, the cake, and the day itself. I’m only sorry it’s all over. We went with Sue and Alan for our Big day in August 2018. From the beginning when we met Sue and Alan before we began our planning, my wife and I knew we wouldn't have to do much prep and planning as Sue and Alan would have it under control. Thats how it ended up being! Sue was like our personal wedding planner and out done herself for us. We had several meetings with Sue prior to the big day every other month just to go through different ideas and each time Sue met us without any issues usually quite late (outside of office hours). Sue was also very honest with us and if Sue didn't feel like something would not work well or go together, Sue told us and we went with Sue's professional input. We realised on the day that we made the best decision to go with the best! Mark and I recently got married on 8th September 2019. We chose our wedding Reception venue, and this was when Sue and Alan were first recommended to us. I had an idea of how I wanted our wedding to be, but had no idea how to set things in motion. My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.
