Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Shiv and Dynamic Roadshow are amazing! He DJ'd our wedding reception and absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, the energy was electric, the transitions between tracks were seamless and the dance floor was packed all night. What truly set them apart was their attention to our requests. Shiv made sure to incorporate all the songs we had asked for, blending them beautifully into his set while reading the crowd perfectly to keep the vibe alive. Whether it was classic party anthems, modern hits, or cultural favourites, he made everything feel personal and fun. Their professionalism and enthusiasm were top-notch. Shiv and his team arrived early to set up, their sound system was crystal clear, and the lighting effects added that extra wow factor to the event. They made us feel like rockstars on our special day and we would highly recommend.

Music was on point! We had Shiv for our Hindu ceremony as well as our Reception. He played all the songs we wanted and it was so smooth and magical. He was always available on call and offered us options or alternatives when we needed. We are so glad we chose Dynamic Roadshow, they definately did not disappoint. My now Wife and I hired Dynamic Roadshow (Shiv) to provide the music/entertainment for our wedding at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort. The level of detail and professionalism we got from Shiv and his team were excellent, as the rest of the reviews may suggest. He catered to our needs, and delivered with no issues. It helped that he had done a wedding at the venue previously, so knew the lay of the land, but irrespective that, delivered fantastically well. The setting up of the LED screen, lighting and rigging was really efficient and organised, and the audiovisuals were a delight. All in all, we're thankful to Shiv and his team for playing an integral part on our special day.

We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Do yourself a favour if you are planning a wedding, hire Rebecca!

My husband and I got married in November 2024, and we used Avari events for our sangeet night decor. Where to even begin with all the amazing support and help that I have received from them?! In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Rakesh, who on countless occasions would be prompts at responding to my queries or providing me with useful suggestions when I was explaining my vision to him whether that was via phone calls or emails. He was always kind enough to listen to my thoughts and share his own ideas to help me reach a better resolution. Of all the suppliers we had during our wedding period (although they were all great in their own right) it’s safe to say that Rakesh helped me feel the most confident and supported. Working with avari events was such a great experience for us planning our wedding reception party. They made the whole evening perfect! We had regular meetings with Upesh who was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us exactly what we needed for our big day! The tips and advice he gave us really helped us to choose our designs and details for the event! He went above and beyond on the day to ensure the whole event ran smoothly and dealt with all venue issues himself to ensure we were not distracted from the big day! Avari Events provided the decor for our Mendhi Night, and it was absolutely stunning. The night was so magical and it was better than I had imagined and they truly delivered and helped make the night so special. We received so many compliments on the decor. I contacted shimmer party planners for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party in October. Suna did amazing job. Decor was just perfect. All pastel colours as I had imagined. Suna also helped with ideas on different type of decorations we can do. My daughter was so happy and loved the balloons. She is still playing with the no 3 ballon decor. The cake table also merged with the decorations and cake. All the guests loved the ballon arch and colours , flowers used in it. First event 29/01/2023: Suna styled a balloon arch and backdrop for our baby’s first birthday on the 29th Jan and did an absolutely amazing job on the setup! It was so easy to discuss ideas and Suna did such a wonderful job bringing the vision to life. Everyone commented on how beautiful the setup was and I agree 100%. Will definitely be recommending to all friends and family and using again in the future. Second event: 27/01/2024: Suna has done it again! We recently celebrated my son’s christening on 27th January and the first person I thought of was Suna! Once again Suna created a beautiful backdrop with balloons for our event. Communication is always so easy and Suna checks everything beforehand to make sure her clients are happy. Suna is such a friendly person to work with. I showed her some pictures of what I had in mind and she created it exactly how I imagined. I couldn’t recommend Suna enough and I’m already planning for my son’s first birthday later this year :) Thank you again Suna, you are amazing! x Third event: 12/10/2024: This event was for my son’s first birthday and there was no doubt in my mind about who I was going to contact for a personalised backdrop with balloons. We threw a Eurovision party and Shof at Heybartenderuk gave us a master class in cocktail making. It was a blast! We had so much fun. As well as learning how to make some great cocktails we were given a little history of some of them. Shof made our night and got us all in a great party mood. Would give 100 stars if we could! The team have been amazing to deal with, from drinks tastings to carefully pairings cocktails and spritz with our food menu. Nothing was too much trouble, we were able to adjust and customise our drinks to our own taste. The best bar company in the game, best drinks with high quality alcohol you’ll ever have at a wedding. No one had a hangover the next day! 100% recommend going that extra mile with the paloma and flare bartenders. Hey bartender truly made our reception an unforgettable experience, from pouring shots into guests’ mouths, to shot girls and mums bringing trays of shots to the dance floor!! Sarah and Jo at Everafter are absolutely incredible! We were fortunate enough that they did the full decor for our special day and wow did they exceed anything that we had imagined for the day! They very much so helped design the day which was a relief as we had limited knowledge on flowers and finishing touches for a wedding. We had our wedding at Gorse Hill on the 3rd May and book Everafter Weddings for our flowers and decor. From planning and designing to on the day Sarah and Jo were amazing. They totally understood what we were going for and that was with my very limited knowledge on flowers and sending over a few screenshot of what kind of flowers I liked. The quality of what was delivered was next level! I have never seen flowers so big and beautiful in my life. We had so many compliments on our flowers and they last a long time after the wedding too. Sarah and Jo made our dream wedding a reality! I’m so sorry it’s taken me 6+ weeks to write this, I’ve been trying to find the words to do you both justice. You were beyond incredible and there are honestly not the words to thank you for making our wedding the most beautiful day I could ever have imagined. Since Day 1 I knew I was in safe hands with Ever After - the consultation form covered every aspect of the wedding that I wanted help with. It was really easy to complete and I loved that I could share Pinterest / Instagram links to show what kind of things I was thinking about. When I got the initial quote back I was absolutely beaming, every single item listed was exactly in line with my vision and full of helpful suggestions / ideas to help make it a reality. I instantly felt so confident that I’d found the perfect florist and stylist who understood what I was after and knew how to make it happen. I absolutely loved meeting with Sarah and Jo to talk through our plans - seeing their incredible barn filled to the brim with the most beautiful decor and accessories, I was in heaven! They were both so warm, kind and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable with every aspect - talking through each element and making sure I knew what my options were and sharing their ideas or listening to my ideas. I made a LOT of changes and asked a million questions throughout the process but each step of the way Sarah was so incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, no question was too stupid and no idea was shot down. It was such a collaborative process and I enjoyed it the most out of every part of wedding planning, I love this kind of thing anyway but Sarah’s emails always made me smile - from checking in on how we were doing to sharing new links of exciting ideas. I always looked forward to them! When it came to the wedding day I cannot express how beyond perfect Sarah and Jo were. They checked every detail ahead of time to make sure there would be no stress on the day and they had all the info they needed to hit the ground running with set up. When I saw them as they delivered my bridal party’s bouquets they were the loveliest, friendliest faces and such a positive reassurance helping to settle my nerves. I nearly cried when I saw the bouquets themselves, they were more beautiful than I can ever have imagined and so perfectly my vibe. Our wedding ceremony was beyond stunning, the girls really helped me find the perfect balance with making an impact for the room and how much we could spend. As I walked down the aisle I knew we had made the best choice going with Ever After - my perfect ceremony set up was ahead of me and it looked so beautiful. The turnaround was insanely smooth and quick and when we came in for our first look of the wedding breakfast I burst into tears. Seeing the table set up was the big moment I’d been waiting for, having drooled over so many Pinterest and Instagram photos for months! Sarah and Jo had delivered the wedding breakfast of my dreams and I could not believe how perfect it was. Every single detail we’d discussed was spot on and seeing it all together absolutely blew me away. The photos speak for themselves, it was BEAUTIFUL. Throughout the day I kept coming across Sarah and Jo’s impeccable styling, florals and beautiful stationary and every time I was so touched at how perfect it was and how incredible the attention to detail was. From our welcome sign and guestbook table, the buttonholes, the memory display (a tribute to our loved ones who aren’t here to join us), the cupcake stand decorations and even the neatly stacked retro crisp baskets. It was all absolutely perfect and, as a perfectionist with a strong vision, I do not say that lightly! I have recommended Sarah and Jo to absolutely everyone and will do for the rest of my days. There is nobody like you both, you are such rays of sunshine, safe spaces, kind hearts and incredible talents. I feel so privileged we were able to have you make our wedding day dreams come true. Exceptional food and service. We used Arens & Heriot for a 50th Anniversary evening for our sports club and it was professional, high-quality and not to be faulted from start to finish. Hosting 60 guests, many unprompted remarked how good the food was. Arens & Heriot had stepped in at the last moment after our previously arranged caterer realised they couldn't work with our kitchen as the oven was not usable. Richard not only responded promptly to our initial inquiry, but gave very clear guidance as to what was possible given our constraints. We ended up going with their custom hot buffet, specifically steak forestiere, salmon teriyaki and a (vegetarian) lasagne. On the day Richard & Matthew arrived before I (the organiser!) got to the venue and quickly and with minimum of fuss set out cutlery & crockery and the food ready just as speeches finished. It was a feast not only to behold with a mix of colours and visual appeal but also tasted excellent. All enjoyed, many went back for seconds as the portions were generous; nobody was left even a little bit hungry. Dessert too was very good and also garnered comments about how nice it was - especially the apple & strawberry crumble with hot custard which was exactly what we needed on a cold night. We went for a non-service option, relying on the members of the club to help, but the team helped the process along efficiently behind the scenes and cleared up so we could prep the dance floor for the later evening. I consider ourselves very lucky to have been able to have Arens & Heriot cater for this very special event of ours, and would unreservedly recommend. Now we just need to find an excuse to use them again ...

LaToya, Hemali, and Ajay form a fantastic team of friendly, funny, and reliable professionals. They not only captured the essence of the wedding we envisioned (we are very particular and fussy!) but also saw it through to completion with smiles and laughter along the way. Throughout the year of planning, through constant meetings and emails, they were there every step of the way to guide us and help us plan. Their attention to detail meant no stone was left unturned, and no detail was missed. Whether it was through aisleplanner, emails or whatsapp, communication with the team was always easy, and they were always there when we needed them. SW Events were our wedding planners for our South Asian wedding last year and they did an absolutely exceptional job! Ajay, LaToya & Hemali are just so lovely to deal with and were so reliable throughout the process. We had to lean on them for their support and expertise to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and they were so patient and supportive. We will be forever grateful to them for helping us make our big wedding day come true! Cannot recommend them more!
