Music was on point! We had Shiv for our Hindu ceremony as well as our Reception. He played all the songs we wanted and it was so smooth and magical. He was always available on call and offered us options or alternatives when we needed. We are so glad we chose Dynamic Roadshow, they definately did not disappoint. Our guests were on the dance floor in no time. We cannot thank Shiv enough for making our day so special. We definitely recommend Shiv to all the new couples planning their wedding.

My now Wife and I hired Dynamic Roadshow (Shiv) to provide the music/entertainment for our wedding at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort. The level of detail and professionalism we got from Shiv and his team were excellent, as the rest of the reviews may suggest. He catered to our needs, and delivered with no issues. It helped that he had done a wedding at the venue previously, so knew the lay of the land, but irrespective that, delivered fantastically well. The setting up of the LED screen, lighting and rigging was really efficient and organised, and the audiovisuals were a delight. All in all, we're thankful to Shiv and his team for playing an integral part on our special day.

Shiv and Dynamic Roadshow are amazing! He DJ'd our wedding reception and absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, the energy was electric, the transitions between tracks were seamless and the dance floor was packed all night. What truly set them apart was their attention to our requests. At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Henry was helped with a number of events from a Christening to a dinner for 40 people. He never needs reminding of anything and can organise the whole event or simply provide staff. He is a delight to deal with and completely reassuring so that you can really enjoy your own event. He is the only person I would turn to when needing a party planned as I know he would remove stress and add a certain something to make it an event to remember.

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.

Arens & Heriot provided the catering for my wedding. Richard was amazing to deal with, very accommodating with choices we had for the day. They were able to provide us with food tasting prior to the event and the prices are very reasonable. On the day the waiting staff were phenomenal. The dining room was set up perfectly and the food was perfect. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Arens & Heriot catered for my birthday celebration and the food was absolutely delicious. I opted for the self-service hot fork buffet and it was fantastic value for money - the quantity and quality of the food was just spot on and very generous. My friends and family all commented on how good it was. Richard was great to deal with and was very accommodating. If I ever need catering services again, then I’d be sure to use Arens & Heriot, I couldn’t fault the food / service!

Avari Events provided the decor for our Mendhi Night, and it was absolutely stunning. My husband and I got married in November 2024, and we used Avari events for our sangeet night decor. Where to even begin with all the amazing support and help that I have received from them?! In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Rakesh, who on countless occasions would be prompts at responding to my queries or providing me with useful suggestions when I was explaining my vision to him whether that was via phone calls or emails. He was always kind enough to listen to my thoughts and share his own ideas to help me reach a better resolution. Of all the suppliers we had during our wedding period (although they were all great in their own right) it’s safe to say that Rakesh helped me feel the most confident and supported. Working with avari events was such a great experience for us planning our wedding reception party. They made the whole evening perfect! We had regular meetings with Upesh who was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us exactly what we needed for our big day! The tips and advice he gave us really helped us to choose our designs and details for the event! He went above and beyond on the day to ensure the whole event ran smoothly and dealt with all venue issues himself to ensure we were not distracted from the big day! Everything we asked for was delivered, they really are an all in one package, lighting, AV, decor, magic mirror, dance floor, smoke machines, pyros, bar you name it they can provide it! Made our planning so much easier to only have to speak with one supplier and get basically the whole event sorted! Anything you need avari events will have it and deliver more than expected! Went for a food tasting and questions regarding a reception. Questions all answered and selection of entrees and starters and mains provided with water and soft drinks. Managed to pick everything from a large selection of which was quite difficult. Proof of quality of food will be on the reception day. But very happy with the food choices. There were some we all didn't, but all agreed on the ones we did like. Parking on site was maybe 10 cars, others had to park further down street. They have a selection of chairs available to see for use in venues and since we haven't gone for the drinks package, we didn't get to sample mocktails/cocktails. No desserts were available for sample tasting. Very professional staff and events organiser.

I can't recommend Ragasaan enough! For our pre-wedding chunni ceremony party, we had them cater the event and coordinate all aspects of the event, and they truly over-delivered in every way. From the start, Nikhil and his team made the entire process so seamless, handling everything from the catering to vendor management. It was a huge relief to have someone so organised and attentive take charge, allowing me to focus on the celebrations. The food was nothing short of spectacular. We received countless compliments from our guests, and the variety and quality were consistent across the board. Not only was the taste phenomenal, but the presentation was also gorgeous—especially the dessert buffet, which was a huge hit! What stood out to me the most was the impeccable service. The added table-service for drinks was a great touch and worked out much better than just having a walk-up bar. On top of that, Nikhil took the time to listen to our ideas and made sure the menu reflected our tastes and vision. We even had dedicated tastings with my family to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure working with Ragasaan, and I will definitely be booking them for future wedding events. Having Ragasaan as our wedding caterer was the best decision we made! Food was so important to us and Ragasaan went above and beyond. We received so many compliments about how great all the food and drinks were from our guests - they were so impressed with the presentation, taste and variety. She was able to work with the exact colours required for real flowers. The value for money was the best we could find from all the companies we researched. Kanika supplied me with some fabulous Christmas decorations (for the house) over the festive period. The service was seamless from beginning to end. Kanika took time to understand and discuss the brief, her team came in (within a few days) and made it all come to life beautifully. This October we had the pleasure of working with Shrianka at Jay and I Events when we were booked by the clients for Wedding Coordination. Shrianka was very helpful leading up to the wedding when re-confirming setting up, changeover and breakdown timings for a whole day wedding and reception with 600 guests. Shrianka went the extra mile to ensure the mandap looked at its best when there was a small hiccup at the venue. She picked up my call from the venue the night before the wedding and was happy to discuss solutions and delivered the solution on the morning of the wedding. Jay and I mandaps are so intricate, unique and well maintained it was an easy decision to use them. Sid goes over and beyond to really make your event look the best it can be.

We got married at Hedsor House and worked with Sid on the mandap planning/design. The mandap exceeded all our expectations the day of - the flowers were beyond stunning and the setup was seamless (we re-used flowers with different arrangements for our civil and Hindu ceremonies as well as dinner). I would highly highly recommend working with them.

Everything that Jay & I Events designs is absolutely stunning. I couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked on the day of my wedding - it was more beautiful that I could have imagined. I just gave Sid a couple photos from Pinterest to indicate the vibe I was looking for (yellow, temple, South Indian, marigolds & banana leaves) and designed the rest. The picture speaks for itself. I will add better ones when I get them back from the photographer. Sid was so unbelievably helpful and extremely responsive. Right before the wedding, so many people told me I looked so calm, and it really was because I could trust that the team at Jay & I would do an amazing job. I'd also like to note that I probably spent way less than the average Indian bride on our wedding, and a small fraction compared to most of my cousins and friends in both the US and India. And my family and friends said that the wedding was the most elegant Indian wedding they had been to! We focused our budget on flowers for the mandap, and didn't spend on large floral arrangements for tables nor for the aisles. I had contacted a number of other notable Indian decorators around London, and on a per item basis, Jay & I was only 5-10% more expensive than other decorators. However, their inventory is of much higher quality than others, so I think it is completely justified and worth it. While much of their portfolio is for very grand weddings, I think they do an amazing job for weddings at any price range.

We threw a Eurovision party and Shof at Heybartenderuk gave us a master class in cocktail making. It was a blast! We had so much fun. As well as learning how to make some great cocktails we were given a little history of some of them. Shof made our night and got us all in a great party mood. The only downside was the hangover the next day;)

From the initial meeting to the big day, the service has been incredible. Haps has been so great and has been so easy to speak to. The cocktails were incredible and the shots on the day had so many compliments. The bar set was beautiful and fitted our vibe so much. I had a great experience with Shimmer party planners who decorated a beautiful stage, which everyone complimented for my daughters 2nd birthday party. I got to choose the balloon colours I wanted with the help and advice of Suna. I would highly recommend her services and we will definitely be using Shimmer party planners for future events.

First event 29/01/2023: Suna styled a balloon arch and backdrop for our baby’s first birthday on the 29th Jan and did an absolutely amazing job on the setup! It was so easy to discuss ideas and Suna did such a wonderful job bringing the vision to life. Everyone commented on how beautiful the setup was and I agree 100%. We recently celebrated my son’s christening on 27th January and the first person I thought of was Suna! Once again Suna created a beautiful backdrop with balloons for our event. I showed her some pictures of what I had in mind and she created it exactly how I imagined.
