Working with avari events was such a great experience for us planning our wedding reception party. They made the whole evening perfect! We had regular meetings with Upesh who was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us exactly what we needed for our big day! The tips and advice he gave us really helped us to choose our designs and details for the event! He went above and beyond on the day to ensure the whole event ran smoothly and dealt with all venue issues himself to ensure we were not distracted from the big day! Everything we asked for was delivered, they really are an all in one package, lighting, AV, decor, magic mirror, dance floor, smoke machines, pyros, bar you name it they can provide it! Made our planning so much easier to only have to speak with one supplier and get basically the whole event sorted! Anything you need avari events will have it and deliver more than expected! Thank you guys for making our receptions so memorable. Every part of it was perfect and exactly how we envisioned it!

Avari Events provided the decor for our Mendhi Night, and it was absolutely stunning. The night was so magical and it was better than I had imagined and they truly delivered and helped make the night so special. We received so many compliments on the decor. Rakesh was so lovely to chat to from the first call he took the time to understand my vision and the end result was simply amazing. I would say with any decor company do ensure you work out how much time they would require to set up and take down the decor - as we had to factor in more time than we initially thought. Having been recommended by numerous family members we knew that we had to book in Shiv! From the start of our planning he was always on call, offering us advice on everything not just decorations and music. Dynamic roadshow definitely did not disappoint and brought our vision to life with how we envisioned our venue to look and wanted our DJ mix to be. I would highly recommend the Dynamic Roadshow for all weddings. Firstly, Shiv is a great communicator. We spoke about songs, entrances, first dance, speeches etc, and went into depth about each part of the evening. Secondly, he was there preparing us for the entrance and made sure it was special when we arrived. Finally, and most importantly, the music and techniques used to get people back to the dancefloor after they had eaten were impeccable. Honestly, they know every trick in the book to keep the party going. They are professional, kind, hardworking, and clearly love what they do. You just need to provide a few song requests and then trust them to deliver. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Dynamic Roadshow for an unforgettable evening.

Music was on point! We had Shiv for our Hindu ceremony as well as our Reception. He played all the songs we wanted and it was so smooth and magical. He was always available on call and offered us options or alternatives when we needed. We are so glad we chose Dynamic Roadshow, they definately did not disappoint. Our guests were on the dance floor in no time. We cannot thank Shiv enough for making our day so special. We definitely recommend Shiv to all the new couples planning their wedding.

My now Wife and I hired Dynamic Roadshow (Shiv) to provide the music/entertainment for our wedding at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort. The level of detail and professionalism we got from Shiv and his team were excellent, as the rest of the reviews may suggest. He catered to our needs, and delivered with no issues. It helped that he had done a wedding at the venue previously, so knew the lay of the land, but irrespective that, delivered fantastically well. The setting up of the LED screen, lighting and rigging was really efficient and organised, and the audiovisuals were a delight. All in all, we're thankful to Shiv and his team for playing an integral part on our special day.

Sarika and her team did an AMAZING job with my wedding. The communication was great the entire time, and Sarika was able to help with vision and expectations and helped to take some of the stress away from wedding planning. The venue looked so beautiful on the day and I loved all the small aspects of the decor that were added in to make it look exceptional. The team were timely and able to get everything set up beautifully before guests started to arrive. I wish I had more photos to show but these are just a few of the pieces to show how beautifully everything went together. I can’t recommend Sarika and the Elegance Events highly enough, they really made my wedding look so much more beautiful than I could’ve imagined.

We are so glad we chose The Elegance Events for our wedding reception. Kanika was so easy to communicate with and she understood the vision immediately. She was able to work with the exact colours required for real flowers. The value for money was the best we could find from all the companies we researched. The decor on the day was exactly as I had envisioned. We received many compliments. The real flowers were beautiful and the ice chairs were a unique touch. Suna was an absolute pleasure to work with over these months, planning my daughter’s first birthday. I definitely had a creative vision and she worked her magic and brought it to life! First event 29/01/2023: Suna styled a balloon arch and backdrop for our baby’s first birthday on the 29th Jan and did an absolutely amazing job on the setup! It was so easy to discuss ideas and Suna did such a wonderful job bringing the vision to life. Everyone commented on how beautiful the setup was and I agree 100%. Will definitely be recommending to all friends and family and using again in the future. Second event: 27/01/2024: Suna has done it again! We recently celebrated my son’s christening on 27th January and the first person I thought of was Suna! Once again Suna created a beautiful backdrop with balloons for our event. Communication is always so easy and Suna checks everything beforehand to make sure her clients are happy. Suna is such a friendly person to work with. I showed her some pictures of what I had in mind and she created it exactly how I imagined. I couldn’t recommend Suna enough and I’m already planning for my son’s first birthday later this year :) Thank you again Suna, you are amazing! x Third event: 12/10/2024: This event was for my son’s first birthday and there was no doubt in my mind about who I was going to contact for a personalised backdrop with balloons. As always communication was so easy from booking to discussing ideas. I always trust Suna to bring the vision to life at our special events. Suna gave us a beautiful set up once again for our son’s birthday party and I cannot thank her enough for being such a special part of our family events. I contacted shimmer party planners for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party in October. Suna did amazing job. Decor was just perfect. All pastel colours as I had imagined. Suna also helped with ideas on different type of decorations we can do. My daughter was so happy and loved the balloons. She is still playing with the no 3 ballon decor. The cake table also merged with the decorations and cake. All the guests loved the ballon arch and colours , flowers used in it. Thank you so much Suna for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable.

Gayatri Events was our choice for the wedding and reception, Kirit; we cannot put into words how amazing you are!! And what an incredible job you put everything together. Our venue complemented Gayatri by saying they have never seen a Mandap setup done so quickly and smoothly. He spent a lot of time with us, putting us at ease with any questions we had! The mandap exceeded all our expectations. We are still receiving praise from our guests at how beautiful the venue looked during the ceremony and the reception. We had Rara Caterers provide food for around 350 guests at my son's weaning ceremony on 21 September 2024. I found them extremely helpful and insightful planning the menu for the event. They were incredibly punctual, flexible and accommodating at the day of event. All the food were prepared fresh on site and the waiting and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. My guests were very pleased with the quality of the food and service. We high recommend them for all events and parties and will definitely use them again in future.

Dear Rara Caterers, First of all, I would like to thank the entire team of Rara Caterers that were present on the day of my wedding reception about three weeks ago. From the very first meeting at the food tasting, they have been exceptional in providing me with the confidence that they can cater and deliver the best service on my wedding. The event was for roughly around 500 people and Rara Caterers really delivered their best performance on the day itself. The welcome drinks and canapes truly went down a treat to the guests that arrived for the baarat welcoming. The food throughout the day was fresh and hot and the guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was which really meant the world to me. The variety of dishes, from the canapes to the dessert, really impressed all of my guests and I couldn’t be more happier. They listened to all the changes that needed to happen throughout the day and were very adaptable to these changes and any issues that arose, they were really good at working through them without making any issues about it. The service staff and the bar staff were exceptional too. They were very curteous and professional when serving to all of my guests. I would like to especially thank Pratap dai for all of his hardwork and effort that he put throughout this journey from the food tasting sessions and listening to all of my queries and questions to delivering his best for my wedding reception. I am so pleased and glad to have chosen Rara Caterers for my wedding reception as they left no stone unturned to ensure that the service was personable and professional at the same time. I shall be sure to always recommend Rara Caterers to all my family and friends for any occasions in the future.

There is excellent and then there is utterly faultless…RARA catered my 60th birthday party at home at the weekend. First of all the food was absolutely delicious. All my friends and family raved about it. Even my curry club friends were impressed. Then on top the service from start to finish was perfect, just a joy to deal with. Professional, responsive, flexible to all our changes, and to top it all, all the lights fused in the garden an hour before the party and they had to cook everything with torches- they responded completely calmly and super professionally. And they were lovely guys to have in your home at your party. Cannot recommend them enough. They even had my wife raving. They deserve to succeed.
