I contacted shimmer party planners for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party in October. Suna did amazing job. Decor was just perfect. All pastel colours as I had imagined. Suna also helped with ideas on different type of decorations we can do. My daughter was so happy and loved the balloons. She is still playing with the no 3 ballon decor. The cake table also merged with the decorations and cake. All the guests loved the ballon arch and colours , flowers used in it. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Amazing professional service. Quick responses to texts, details of measurements of sofa allowing us to prepare stage beforehand. Planned times delivery and collection. Efficient return of deposits. For us we needed to order only one item (a sofa) to be delivered a fair distance, given same efficient service.

There is excellent and then there is utterly faultless…RARA catered my 60th birthday party at home at the weekend. First of all the food was absolutely delicious. All my friends and family raved about it. Even my curry club friends were impressed. Then on top the service from start to finish was perfect, just a joy to deal with. Professional, responsive, flexible to all our changes, and to top it all, all the lights fused in the garden an hour before the party and they had to cook everything with torches- they responded completely calmly and super professionally. And they were lovely guys to have in your home at your party. Cannot recommend them enough. They even had my wife raving. They deserve to succeed.

Dear Rara Caterers, First of all, I would like to thank the entire team of Rara Caterers that were present on the day of my wedding reception about three weeks ago. From the very first meeting at the food tasting, they have been exceptional in providing me with the confidence that they can cater and deliver the best service on my wedding. The event was for roughly around 500 people and Rara Caterers really delivered their best performance on the day itself. The welcome drinks and canapes truly went down a treat to the guests that arrived for the baarat welcoming. The food throughout the day was fresh and hot and the guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was which really meant the world to me. The variety of dishes, from the canapes to the dessert, really impressed all of my guests and I couldn’t be more happier. They listened to all the changes that needed to happen throughout the day and were very adaptable to these changes and any issues that arose, they were really good at working through them without making any issues about it. The service staff and the bar staff were exceptional too. They were very curteous and professional when serving to all of my guests. I would like to especially thank Pratap dai for all of his hardwork and effort that he put throughout this journey from the food tasting sessions and listening to all of my queries and questions to delivering his best for my wedding reception. I am so pleased and glad to have chosen Rara Caterers for my wedding reception as they left no stone unturned to ensure that the service was personable and professional at the same time. We had Rara Caterers provide food for around 350 guests at my son's weaning ceremony on 21 September 2024. I found them extremely helpful and insightful planning the menu for the event. They were incredibly punctual, flexible and accommodating at the day of event. All the food were prepared fresh on site and the waiting and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. My guests were very pleased with the quality of the food and service. We high recommend them for all events and parties and will definitely use them again in future.
