Working with avari events was such a great experience for us planning our wedding reception party. They made the whole evening perfect! We had regular meetings with Upesh who was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us exactly what we needed for our big day! Arens & Heriot provided the catering for my wedding. Richard was amazing to deal with, very accommodating with choices we had for the day. They were able to provide us with food tasting prior to the event and the prices are very reasonable. On the day the waiting staff were phenomenal. The dining room was set up perfectly and the food was perfect. Couldn't recommend them enough.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Would give 100 stars if we could! The team have been amazing to deal with, from drinks tastings to carefully pairings cocktails and spritz with our food menu. Nothing was too much trouble, we were able to adjust and customise our drinks to our own taste. The best bar company in the game, best drinks with high quality alcohol you’ll ever have at a wedding. We threw a Eurovision party and Shof at Heybartenderuk gave us a master class in cocktail making. It was a blast! We had so much fun. As well as learning how to make some great cocktails we were given a little history of some of them. Shof made our night and got us all in a great party mood. The only downside was the hangover the next day;)

Jay and I mandaps are so intricate, unique and well maintained it was an easy decision to use them. Sid goes over and beyond to really make your event look the best it can be.

This October we had the pleasure of working with Shrianka at Jay and I Events when we were booked by the clients for Wedding Coordination. Shrianka was very helpful leading up to the wedding when re-confirming setting up, changeover and breakdown timings for a whole day wedding and reception with 600 guests. Shrianka went the extra mile to ensure the mandap looked at its best when there was a small hiccup at the venue. She picked up my call from the venue the night before the wedding and was happy to discuss solutions and delivered the solution on the morning of the wedding. Her calm approach to the problem put me at ease and helped me put our bride at ease. The Jay & I events team was punctual and very professional on the day. Everything that Jay & I Events designs is absolutely stunning. I couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked on the day of my wedding - it was more beautiful that I could have imagined. I just gave Sid a couple photos from Pinterest to indicate the vibe I was looking for (yellow, temple, South Indian, marigolds & banana leaves) and designed the rest. The picture speaks for itself. I will add better ones when I get them back from the photographer. Sid was so unbelievably helpful and extremely responsive. Right before the wedding, so many people told me I looked so calm, and it really was because I could trust that the team at Jay & I would do an amazing job. I'd also like to note that I probably spent way less than the average Indian bride on our wedding, and a small fraction compared to most of my cousins and friends in both the US and India. And my family and friends said that the wedding was the most elegant Indian wedding they had been to! We focused our budget on flowers for the mandap, and didn't spend on large floral arrangements for tables nor for the aisles. I had contacted a number of other notable Indian decorators around London, and on a per item basis, Jay & I was only 5-10% more expensive than other decorators. However, their inventory is of much higher quality than others, so I think it is completely justified and worth it. While much of their portfolio is for very grand weddings, I think they do an amazing job for weddings at any price range.

Sid is my favourite person of all time! He has made the process of designing our wedding sooo easy and joyful. He regularly checked in to see how things were going, he thought of every little detail and his design ideas are amazing. The floral artistry is just impeccable. And everything went so smoothly during the day, we never even saw Sid and his team. Amazing work!

I would highly recommend the Dynamic Roadshow for all weddings. Firstly, Shiv is a great communicator. We spoke about songs, entrances, first dance, speeches etc, and went into depth about each part of the evening. Secondly, he was there preparing us for the entrance and made sure it was special when we arrived. Finally, and most importantly, the music and techniques used to get people back to the dancefloor after they had eaten were impeccable. Honestly, they know every trick in the book to keep the party going. They are professional, kind, hardworking, and clearly love what they do. Having been recommended by numerous family members we knew that we had to book in Shiv! From the start of our planning he was always on call, offering us advice on everything not just decorations and music. Dynamic roadshow definitely did not disappoint and brought our vision to life with how we envisioned our venue to look and wanted our DJ mix to be. My now Wife and I hired Dynamic Roadshow (Shiv) to provide the music/entertainment for our wedding at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort. The level of detail and professionalism we got from Shiv and his team were excellent, as the rest of the reviews may suggest. He catered to our needs, and delivered with no issues. It helped that he had done a wedding at the venue previously, so knew the lay of the land, but irrespective that, delivered fantastically well. The setting up of the LED screen, lighting and rigging was really efficient and organised, and the audiovisuals were a delight. Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Kanika took time to understand and discuss the brief, her team came in (within a few days) and made it all come to life beautifully. Sarika and her team did an AMAZING job with my wedding. The communication was great the entire time, and Sarika was able to help with vision and expectations and helped to take some of the stress away from wedding planning. The venue looked so beautiful on the day and I loved all the small aspects of the decor that were added in to make it look exceptional.
