Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

Tash from Sandeman Events was the event planner for our wedding which was originally due to take place in July 2020. Even before Covid arrived the process of planning a wedding with Tash was so easy. I don't feel like I was always particularly articulate in describing what I wanted for the day but Tash's has such an intuitive approach which made it feel like she read my mind with everything that was delivered. All of the suppliers she works with are just extraordinary and she was so careful to work within our budget. I had the added experience of working with Tash through three subsequent postponements of our wedding day due to Covid. From July 2020, to September 2020 to May 2021 and finally to July 2021. There is absolutely no way we would have managed through all those postponements without Tash. Due to the strong relationships she has with her suppliers we were able to move the wedding at no additional cost and lost no deposits. When we finally got to it the day was so beyond what we had imagined and there was just no stress at all for us as Tash and her team take care of everything in the lead up, on the day and afterwards. I only wish I could get married again just so I can plan another wedding with Sandeman Events!!

From the moment we met Tash (Natasha) we knew we were in safe hands. Tash has an amazing ability to appear calm at all times. I’m sure there were times when she didn’t feel that calm but she never passed anything onto her clients. Tash is a true professional. We were involved at every stage. On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend!
