Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Their dedication and compassion make all the difference, and I am beyond grateful for everything they do. Highly recommend!

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

I’ve been visiting Medivet Kingsbury for some time now. The receptionist and nursing staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and clearly love animals. My dog is always happy to see them, which is a huge plus for me. On my last visit, I appreciated the follow-up call to check on how my dog was doing after his initial check-up.

Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. All of the staff at Medivet Kingsbury are brilliant and I would highly recommend these services if you are looking for a new vet in the area! Fast service,called up got an appointment the next day and registered with a friendly gentleman and went to appointment and the cost for the treatment my cat received was unbelievable I was so relieved as I thought it was going to cost me a fortune. I signed up to a monthly direct debt. Would definitely recommend for absolutely everything about the vet practice.

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. 10/10, would wholeheartedly recommend this beacon of exceptional pet care!

Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

Absolutely the best vets I’ve ever been to. I took my Ferret Coxinha there to get spayed. They went above and beyond for her. They all adored her so much that for the check up I brought in one of my other 5. The care and service was outstanding. I’m 100% going back. They made sure she was loved and not stressed the whole time. I without a doubt would recommend them. A great team they have.

I cannot recommend this vet enough! Our journey started when my cat had an unexpected emergency and had to go through a surgery. The team was fabulous and so sensible with the whole process. They even took pictures of my cat and kept me updated of the whole process; this showed me how much they care for their patients. I had a terrible experience at Sainsbury Hospital London with my 2-year-old Pomeranian. Weighing 2kg, he was experiencing digestive issues and had diarrhea. The veterinarian suggested hospitalization for treatment, costing between 1,300 and 1,500 pounds. I was extremely disappointed and sought a second opinion. Thankfully, I found creature comfort and the Doc. David ! who provided excellent care for just 122 pounds, including direct treatment( injection ) and additional vaccinations for my other dog. They were understanding and provided the care my dog needed without unnecessary procedures. I’m delighted with the service and grateful to have found a trustworthy veterinarian. I m so happy that I found this clinic ! ♥️ thanks so much! I forgot to mention that from the moment we arrived, they warmly welcomed us. They were very gentle with my dogs, petting them, and even gave them treats. It was a really nice touch 🧡

All the staff at Roundwood Vets are so lovely. We have always been able to be seen quickly when we’ve had any issue with our dogs. They give the pets great care and attention. Our dog is never scared or worried about going in there (despite having to go a few times!) Thank you.

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

Fernside have been extremely helpful & dependable with always giving good medication & accurate check-ups for my now-late dog. They always had a solution to a problem for me and had great communication with providing eye drops for my local chemist, and switching them out for others when required. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are always great to talk to. They gave us everything we needed from the start to the end

This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly. I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews as some other vets there are not so great or compassionate people. Thank you Laura and nurse on duty today to keep PDSA score high 🙏🏻❤️

I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.

My nearly 3 year old, anxious Maltese has been going to Highgate Veterinary Clinic since he was a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr Jennie, Dr Beccy, and the rest of the team enough. Their patience, willingness to be accommodating, and their high standard of care are exemplary. When an anxious dog pulls you to get inside the vet office, it is a true sign that they are doing everything right!
