I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

I use Vets on the Common because we can always see the same vet which makes it so much easier for me. I am satisfied that my dogs are carefully and considerately looked after and that I haven’t been over charged for that privilege. Both my dogs are super excited to be at Vets on the Common which says a lot for their vet experiences.

Best Vets ever! I transferred to Vets on the Common from another local vet and I couldn’t be happier with this decision. The love and care they gave my dog was amazing. They work with you and your budget and always keep the health and happiness of your pet in mind. They truly care for your pets and it shows. I wanted to have my cat's EHC done and when I got to vets on common I realized I had the wrong hospital appointment. the doctors and staff at vets on common were very helpful in helping me how to fix the problem. Especially Ms. nadia who helped me during her working hours to solve my personal mistake. I am an international student from Shanghai, China and my English is not that fluent. Ms. Nadia was really patient and helpful when I was anxious about what was going to happen, she helped me to call gov.uk and send emails for me. When she finished her shift she still carefully handed over her work to other colleagues. She did her job to the very end of her shift. I am very lucky to have met Ms. nadia, her seriousness and kindness touched me a lot. To be honest as an international student I was full of strangers to London, but what Ms. nadia did made me fall a little bit in love with the city. ❤️Ms. nadia if you can read this message that would be great, I want to tell you that I wanted to give you a gift 🎁to show my appreciation when it was all over but everything was so rushed that I missed it. I moved to Vets on the Common about a year ago now based on a recommendation from a friend. I have a 14 year old & an 11 year old dog. Both have lots of medical issues. Ellie & Michael are superb vets; very experienced & so, so gentle with nervous patients. They truly care about the practice & their patients. I know my two fur babies are in the safest possible hands in their old age. I have recommended to friends who are equally impressed with this superb practice.

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

I just brought in my English Lab. I was impressed how thorough Vet Rob was with his diagnosis. Unbeknownst to me he had a ear infection. Vet Rob explained the treatment plan and put him on a great course. The staff is lovely and the setting very modern and clean.

I took my guinea pig here last week and was very impressed by the care the vet took. He gave my guinea pig a very thorough examination and then called me a couple of days later to follow up. Even though they are not exotic specialists, it's great to have a local vets that are good with guinea pigs as well. I really appreciate the care and professionalism and will definitely visit again.

I went in to the Balham practice on their open day and was impressed. I know they did struggle with the logistics of opening full time but that seems to be sorted now, so I took my new dog in for a health check and was very pleased. Rob was great with him, thoughtfully discussed my couple of concerns, and we made a conservative plan of action. Test results came back reasonably quickly, and antibiotics were dispensed without needing another appointment. So far, so good! I loved my previous vet of over a decade, but logistics and a corporate restructuring have made that practice less attractive. I will be continuing with VooVets Balham.

Kerri-anne, Jasmine and the whole Vet team are amazing. Always do lovely and friendly when I visit with my dog and you can tell they really care about the animals. Would recommended in a heartbeat.

Kerri-Ann at Village Vet in Brook Green is absolutely AMAZING! Very professional, yet so caring, kind and supportive! Our new puppy was unwell on a Saturday morning, and Kerri-Ann arranged for us to be seen urgently by the doctor. She walked an extra mile to help us by arranging further care at a local hospital. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, and she genuinely loves animals. I am very fortunate to have met her at such a difficult time. Thank you Kerri-Ann and Rania for your ongoing support. My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

LB very much enjoyed his visit to Pet People to see Dr Spiro. Spiro is very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave LB lots of attention and I felt reassured that we were in safe hands. From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

Fantastic vet who sees my nervous female rescue (our dog fears men). We live a 40 min commute away but stuck with this clinic as we felt this was the right one for our rescue thanks to Dr Lia who is patient and kind. She spoils Josy with lots of care and attention and gives us a lot of helpful information each time we see her. The place is bright, clean and tidy. Receptionists are friendly, responses are usually timely and using the app is easy.

We’ve taken Dash to several vets over the years, but Eco Vets stands out as the best by far. They’ve made everything so easy and stress-free for both us and Dash. This is the first vet where Dash has actually been calm and happy throughout the visit. At other clinics, he was always desperate to leave, often becoming agitated and even aggressive. But at Eco Vets, he seemed relaxed and content the entire time—even during his shots! We’re so grateful for the care and attention they provide and highly recommend them to any pet owner.

Staff are friendly and helpful, Dr is knowledgeable and goes out her way to answer any questions as well as very friendly too. You can see that every person there truly loves and cares for our pets. Highly recommended

My dog was recently brought in for a surgical operation. I was extremely impressed with the overall experience and service received by the vet. The entire staff were friendly and helpful and made both myself and more importantly my dog comfortable throughout. I was also kept fully informed on the procedure and my dogs condition, both immediately after the surgery and periodically following this. In addition the staff kindly followed up to check on his recovery and condition after we had brought him home. This was greatly appreciated and felt like above and beyond. Would highly recommend this Medivet.

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. We we referred to another practice by our vets and it was appalling. Pushy vets demanding extra treatment on our poorly cat who just needed a CT scan so we could see what was happening and plan her surgery. This other vets tried to charge us £3000 and wouldn’t budge and we wouldn’t have been able to afford her much needed surgery, so we took the cat and left. It was very stressful. I found Streatham Hill via google and called up and it was a 5* experience from start to finish. The call center lady Yolida sorted everything out for me within five mins and we booked a CT scan for the next day. She was very kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. We took our cat in and they did the scan and took care of her well. The lovely vet Mia called me with an update straight away and made she was stable before we picked her up later that day. Now she can potentially have her life saving surgery and have a long life. Something another practice was denying her but luckily I came across Streatham Hill and they are amazing. And all this for less than half the cost the other vets tried to charge me. Thank you to Streatham Hill who genuinely care about animals.
