I have to say a massive thank you to the team at Kelperland Vets, particularly Alex, Nikki and Kim. I contacted Kelperland when my regular vet was unable to see my sick kitten and wouldn’t be able to for several days. I was incredibly distressed and Kim was so kind and reassuring while I stumbled over my words trying to explain the (rather complicated) situation. She assured me that she would help and call back, and did so promptly with an appointment booked for just a couple hours after I had called. At the appointment, I was greeted by Alex who again, is so lovely to speak to and was very reassuring that they would do everything possible to fix up my kitten. She was incredibly thorough and had a clear plan for what steps she felt would be best to take. In the following days, I had several more appointments, some of which were with Nikki who was exceptionally caring too. Both veterinarians made several calls to me with updates while my kitten was kept for observation, and were just as delighted as me to see my kitten make improvements. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this wonderful practice and I most sincerely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for genuinely caring professionals to care for their pets 🐾 . A big thank you to the whole team from Kai & Boots, who is now feeling much better! :)

Highly recommend Simon and the team at Kelperland. I have been coming here since before Google reviews were a thing! Simon took over my dog when Mr Cook retired, and his first job was a cruciate ligament surgery and recovery, Simon was so lovely, and saw us for regular check ups during his recovery. The nurses Faye and Lottie have stayed which I also think speaks volumes. They are fair and honest, and I trust them implicitly with my pets care. They run a great pet plan for flea worm and vaccinations which works well and spreads the costs.

Having my first health experience with my first dog was very scary. My dog had cancer from the sun in a very awkward place which meant risky surgery and involved lots of trips back and forth for several weeks. The staff were amazing they helped me through the whole process and Simon and Alex are the best vets in this area for sure. I thought my dog initially had a cyst but Alex identified it was potentially something more sinister at the first appointment which unfortunately was correct. I would like to mention if you see what looks like a little bruise on your dog's skin which develops into a lump get it checked immediately, especially if your dog likes the sun or is from a hot country. My dog is healing very well and the work Simon and Alex had to do during this long operation was tricky with many potential risks but the wounds are so neat and once again I have a happy dog, hopefully now cancer free! called and in the same day I had an appointment for my cat, he was very well treated and the vet understood and was patient with him as he likes to inspect and smell everything, he is very curious. She answered all my questions regarding his health and weight. I also took my other cat who is very anxious and scared of everyone as she was mistreated as a kitten and they were very kind and patient with her, they also cut her nails being very patient and reassuring her at all times even though she was being a bit feral! the only thing is that the page never works for me to book appointments and I have to call

So far so good. Lovely separate waiting space for cats. Been there to sign my cat to the practice and then to have a vaccine. Vets were a calming presence to my nervous cat each time. Parking at the back. Nice late appointment enable me to go along after work. Signed up to their care plan as it makes economical sense to us.

The staff are lovely, super friendly and take fantastic care. My kitten had her spay yesterday, received update and a picture of her via WhatsApp which I thought was a lovely touch. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Thankyou to vas an Becca for their support and kindness this week, I had a very tough and sad decision to make this week and they were so understanding, patient and helpful with me and took great care with my pet not only while she was unwell but right until the end. They really go above and beyond in the support of their patients. What a wonderful practise.

To vas, Bianca,, becca & the wonderful team. We've been using this vet for over 12 years, 1st Vincent & now vas. They are amazing, compassionate, kind, understanding, funny & so much more. Our recent visit concerned our daughters hamster, who sadly didn't come home. Vas & becca were just what she needed, she was inconsolable. They reassured her , made her feel a bit better & then gave her a card with kokos paw prints on it! Don't know what we'd have done without you all over the years. My son and daughter-in-law take Enzo to the vet for me, I changed the appointment for a later time, it was done so quickly and completely hassle free, they have told me how friendly everyone is and I feel so grateful just knowing Enzo is in good hands.

My cat was treated by this clinic for ten years, and I cannot fault the service and care she received in any way. The staff have all been wonderful. I have to especially thank Dawn and Allison, who have always been so kind and helpful, giving me advice over the phone and being friendly and supportive at the clinic itself. Being a young pet owner, it was very reassuring to have such a great team to rely on. I knew my cat was in good hands here through her whole life, and would happily bring future pets to the Ickenham clinic if I wasn't moving away.

I took both kittens to the vets Marley had a kitten check and worming treatment which he decided we could all share with him. Hugo had his 2 Nd injection today. The vet was very understanding when Marley attacked her and cut her finger. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Sadly our cat Alison had to be put down and we opted for a home visit. The whole process was very supportive and the vet Dr Clark really put everyone at ease. Although a very sad moment, I’m glad we choose Roundwood, many thanks to the team

Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

All the staff at Roundwood Vets are so lovely. We have always been able to be seen quickly when we’ve had any issue with our dogs. They give the pets great care and attention. Our dog is never scared or worried about going in there (despite having to go a few times!) Thank you.

A very delayed review but my dog was with Arden House from when she was a puppy all the way to her passing. Needless to say it was a traumatic experience to say goodbye but I’ll always remember how kind the staff were, the fact they were so empathetic and patient in a very vulnerable moment. I’d like to say thank you to the team once again and appreciate them always finding time for us.

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic for their honesty, reliability, and genuine care for their patients. We've always had Nigel Young as our vet for my dog, and he is incredibly kind and gentle with her. She loves visiting him, which says a lot about how comfortable he makes her feel. The team is not only knowledgeable and experienced in medical care but also well-versed in the bureaucratic process of exporting a pet to another country. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide!

Max our yorkie is always well taken care of here! All the staff are absolutely lovely and kind. All the vets are soo understanding and always take their time with you and explain everything so clearly! All the reception ladies are all very kind and lovely also! Brooke is lovely and kind also. I always call and get an appointment whenever I need one. My mother doesn’t speak English very well, I always come in to translate and the vets and receptionist always take their time for me, so I can translate. The facilities are clean, and well looked after! They have had a revamp and all the rooms look super new and done up! I see a few comments regarding parking, I never fail to find parking. Either outside the vets or on the roads. Not sure why people are complaining, is not the vets fault you can’t find parking! Very impressed with the service I get here. Max is now 15, he’s a bit old bless him. But we always come here and get the best service! Thank you so much Arden House Ruislip!

My son loves animals and had the opportunity to go behind the scenes at this veterinary practice. It’s was such an eye opener for him, he could really get a 360 degree insight as to what is involved. He was looked after and respected so well by all the staff. This practise is professional but also goes beyond to give back and encourages youngsters to learn more about this profession.

I originally went to Medivet Pinner based on a friend's recommendation, and Reena looked after my cat Otto during his cancer treatment many years ago. Everything about the care she gave Otto was exceptional. I have now gone back to them, and Natalie has been caring for my diabetic cat Molly. Again, I've found the level of care to be exceptional, and Natalie's dedication to helping Molly has been excellent. I know that Molly is getting the best care possible, and Natalie is always happy to help via email & phone, which has been needed whilst we monitor Molly's glucose levels and adjust her insulin dose accordingly. Thankfully, Molly went into remission and is now receiving regular check ups and vaccinations. I am very happy to be back with Pinner Medivet and the care they are giving Molly, and have also taken my new kitten (Castiel) there for all of her vaccinations, neutering and kitten check ups.

I have been going to Medivet Pinner Green for quite a number of years now With at least 4 of my dogs over the long years. At the moment I have a rescued dog called Lady. She will be a year this month. I wouldn't dream of taking her to any other vets as medivet Pinner Green are so friendly and good with all animals especially Rena who runs this practice. In fact all the other vets in the practice I have the highest reģard for as well. I would recommend anyone whose pet needs treatment to go to medivet Pinner Green.

It was easy to book my appointment. The staff were friendly. I was pleased with the look and feel of the practice. My appointment started on time. The practice cared for my pet's wellbeing and it was easy to pay my bill.

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

Twickenham vets and all of the staff were amazing when my cat had to stay at the vets to be nurses back to recovery after a serious dog attack. I don't think they wanted her to come home😊

We had to make the unimaginably hard decision to say goodbye to our beloved 15 year old dog. Dave showed such kindness, care and compassion not only to Bessie but to my husband and me as well. Dave is a truly wonderful vet.

1st time l have been there. Marbles my cat was really calm and settled. Which l haven’t seen before. They are so friendly and helpful.

Goddard is the vet I use for my cat. They are very friendly and helpful here Recently I was given an injured squirrel, which I had to take to Goddards to see if she could be saved. Sadly she couldn't, however, they treated the creature kindly and humanely. I offered to pay for their services, but they wouldn't take anything and refused a donation. No vets are cheap, but I feel happy that mine has a heart.

Goddard vets Herbie Messi and now milo ( instagram ) have been looked after by Goddards vets Uxbridge with care love and most importantly knowledge for 5 years now . Waiting room full of fur baby guardians who obviously feel the same
