Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! I'm very happy to recommend this company!

Outstanding service highly recommend I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. He took the time to explain his plan in detail, showing me exactly where the problem areas were and then covered up the holes. I then had a follow-up visit to ensure everything was still sealed and secure, which I thought was a great touch I haven't seen any signs of mice since then. It’s pretty rare that I’m so impressed with the service I’ve received but I would whole-heartedly recommend Nick - I’ve been singing his praises to people who don’t even have any pest issues! We had a problem with mice and had spent hours reading reviews of various companies online and just couldn’t find any with consistently good reviews. We were feeling totally hopeless until some local friends recommended Nick and we are so grateful they did - he managed to fit us in the next day, did a really thorough job very quickly and has been back twice to double-check the issue has been fixed. On top of doing an excellent job he is perhaps the nicest man I’ve ever met, and so friendly and polite. Really good value compared to most of the other companies we found, too. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Without question use Nick - I called Nick and admittedly was a little far from him but he still came and worked on our garden and the rat(s) for 3 visits. Nick is an absolute gentleman - prompt every time, excellent levels of communication and really thorough. Will definitely use again and recommend others to do so too.

We had a problem with a squirrel/squirrels getting into our loft, and after searching online we found Steel Guard. Nick came over and evaluated the problem and with his help and advice we no longer have a problem. The rates are good and Nick is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I would definitely use Nick/Steel Guard Environmental again if needed and can't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Communication was brilliant and explanation of the process was delivered in detail. Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. We're very happy with his service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service and experience with Bugwise, specifically Mo. We moved into our property and because the previous owners had pet cats and rats we had a really bad flea infestation. Mo quoted very reasonably but more importantly he was incredibly helpful and friendly going above and beyond, helping to prepare the house for the spray and fumigation. He was very quick to offer helpful advice on any other potential pest issues, checked for evidence of mice and rats in the eaves and attic just for free. The flea treatment got rid of the problem within 2 days, not seen a flea since whatsoever. We then hired him to investigate and deal with scratching sounds we could hear above our bedroom window. Mo found the source immediately and since closing the hole in our roof we've had no issues. My fiance mentioned offhand an issue in the garden with all the local cats using it as a litterbox and he was so quick to recommend all the materials and solutions explaining how we could sort the problem. A great experience start to finish and would highly recommend.

The other day my tenants complaint about Bed Bugs. I called BuzzKill Pest Control, they turned up on time, sprayed all the rooms for a reasonable cost. So far no other issues. 5 star service.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. He also quoted the best price of all the pest companies I contacted as well as offering the earliest appointment.

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable.
