Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! I'm very happy to recommend this company!

I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

I cannot recommend Simply the pest enough, Lee and Joe have both been so professional, kind and considerate to my elderly mum who had a very persistent rat in her house, nothing has been to much trouble for them, they have come out several times and very promptly, they have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident in what they have done and they are so reasonable with their prices. Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. Sani is great. He is reliable and honest person and great professional. His price is absolutely affordable. His time keeping is exceptional. I found him on Google, read his reviews and he did not disappoint. We had roof rat issues and he fixed it promptly. We had not heard about the rats ever since.

We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

I cannot recommend Sani enough. He treated our house for fleas. He is highly knowledgable and efficient. He returned for a final visit at no extra cost and said to call if any more problems. No need for form filling and waiting for call backs. Just friendly, easy and professional !

Gabriel was absolutely amazing from the start to finish of his service. My sister and I were extremely distressed when we noticed mouse droppings throughout our rented flat after some time away, and after contacting Bon Accord, we had an appointment with Gabriel as soon as suited us. He detected the issues and set about resolving them with swift efficiency, enabling two mice to be caught in the next few days. He also noted other issues in the flat which he compiled into a report which was very valuable in showing my landlords. Further, Gabriel provided a follow-up visit and has been so helpful at answering our queries since the initial visit. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Bon Accord more and was extremely impressed with their professional and pleasant service!

Gabriel is a thorough professional in his trade. He promptly arrived within 24hrs of reaching out to him for a mouse sighting. He resolved the problem and visited after two weeks for a follow up. We did not note any issues post the first visit. Overall, I am very happy with the service and will recommend anyone to engage with them.

Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

Superb job. We had a wasps nest that managed to make its way into the attic. We contacted EcoCare and they were very responsive and booked us in. Fabio turned up promptly, inspected the scene and then donned the equipment to remove the nest. Fantastic service. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Very professional.

EXCELLENT - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was hearing mice scratching around. Stephen visited and very carefully looked for all entry points. He also checked for mouse droppings and evidence. He placed mouse poison strategically outside the house. The following week, Daniel visited and checked how much they had consumed. He re-checked for entry points and added some more bait. He also spotted a developing issue of flies in one of the drains. Both worked very thoroughly and explained the situation and our options. His instructions that he provided before the treatment were clear and helped for a smoother service. Enzo is a real professional. From the moment he arrived at our flat, we were totally reassured that the situation (a rat!) would be dealt with thoroughly. Enzo is methodical and meticulous; he carefully assessed our flat, filled any holes and laid out deterrents. He explained each step on the way and was ready to answer any question. We were lucky that our landlord covered the expense, however Enzo itemised how he'd charge for the job and his fee was very competitive. I'd highly recommend Enzo's services.

Mohammed came promptly on time, was very polite and understanding. He was respectful and used gloves while working. We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)
