They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the technician Rupon thoroughly inspected the area and quickly identified where the mice may have entered in from. He took the time to explain his plan in detail, showing me exactly where the problem areas were and then covered up the holes. I then had a follow-up visit to ensure everything was still sealed and secure, which I thought was a great touch I haven't seen any signs of mice since then. Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! I'm very happy to recommend this company!

Mohammed was professional, on time and incredibly thorough (as one needs to be with eliminating rats!). He was also kind and made me feel comfortable when asking all sorts of questions. Finally, he was the only pest control that was available relatively last minute and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Enzo is a real professional. From the moment he arrived at our flat, we were totally reassured that the situation (a rat!) would be dealt with thoroughly. Enzo is methodical and meticulous; he carefully assessed our flat, filled any holes and laid out deterrents. He explained each step on the way and was ready to answer any question. We were lucky that our landlord covered the expense, however Enzo itemised how he'd charge for the job and his fee was very competitive. I'd highly recommend Enzo's services.

I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. Superb job. We had a wasps nest that managed to make its way into the attic. We contacted EcoCare and they were very responsive and booked us in. Fabio turned up promptly, inspected the scene and then donned the equipment to remove the nest. Fantastic service. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Very professional.

EXCELLENT - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was hearing mice scratching around. Stephen visited and very carefully looked for all entry points. He also checked for mouse droppings and evidence. He placed mouse poison strategically outside the house. The following week, Daniel visited and checked how much they had consumed. He re-checked for entry points and added some more bait. He also spotted a developing issue of flies in one of the drains. Both worked very thoroughly and explained the situation and our options. Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood.
