I cannot recommend Saxon Pest Management highly enough! We first called Ahmed in an emergency situation and he earned himself a new contract with the service he provided on that first visit. He was thorough in his work and gave our staff advise on managing the situation and working to resolve it. It was refreshing to find someone who offered us such an attentive and personal service at a very reasonable price. We were with one of the big national companies prior but now all our shop contracts are with Ahmed and Saxon. I cannot recommend Simply the pest enough, Lee and Joe have both been so professional, kind and considerate to my elderly mum who had a very persistent rat in her house, nothing has been to much trouble for them, they have come out several times and very promptly, they have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident in what they have done and they are so reasonable with their prices. I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! He said he would send someone out next week if we still had the issue. What incredible service! Thank you!

Saw a few bed bugs and went absolutely berserk! Didn’t want the Landlord sending some dodgy company so went and did some research. Found Pest Protect straight away luckily. Supporting local businesses! From the first phone call, Connor was incredibly helpful; very knowledgable, understanding and patient. I’m so pleased I put my trust in Connor, if he hadn’t come out I would have continued to throw furniture away! Yes, I threw away a whole king size headboard after seeing a few bed bugs. Thankfully Connor came out as soon as possible and put my mind to rest. From the first treatment, I stopped seeing them, paranoia is peak but second visit complete and also a 6 month warranty for reassurance. Great work Connor, hopefully I won’t need you again!

Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.
