We contacted Dan to deal with a pest problem, having found him on google and read several reviews. Dan came to have a look and gave us his thoughts, at no charge. His initial advice was that we should wait and monitor for a while, since it was possible that the problem had resolved itself. Always a positive sign when someone who is in a position to easily sell you their services doesn't do so. As it turned out, the issue continued and so we enlisted Dan's help. His pricing and working methods are transparent and fair to the client. In the end, several visits were required to fully resolve the problem, but Dan made it clear that he was perfectly happy to do this and that it was all included in the initial cost. Dan is very easy to deal with. His approach combines a great deal of knowledge and experience with common sense, patience and pragmatism - and good humour. We're very happy that we called Dan and would definitely use his services again.

Gerry (The Wasp Man) - professional and super helpful, cleared up the wasp nest in my in laws house and came to check it had all been cleared and also checked out house that was next door. Such great service and would 100% recommend.

I spoke to Gerry (The Wasp Man) from Total Pest Control about the wasp nest in our conservatory and he was there within the hour to deal with it. He was extremely professional, explained all about the procedure before doing a thorough examination to see the extent of the infestation. One evening, I noticed a few wasps inside my bathroom but wasn’t sure where they were coming from. I contacted Gerry late at night, and by 8am the next morning, he had already been in touch and arranged to visit the same day. Gerry quickly identified the location of the nest, which was on my roof, and treated it effectively. A week later, I thought I could still see a few wasps around the garden near the roof. What can I say? Just Amazing! From my initial call with Aaron to his final visit, he was professional, thorough, friendly, knowledgable and respectful of my home (wearing shoe covers and gloves). Aaron went above and beyond to locate the rodent and its entry points. He was extremely patient waiting for my home insurance to do a shoddy job and waited for me to come back to him. Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.
