I came to G&R after another garage could not identify the fault with my car and kept lying to me. I contacted Gary at G&R and explained to him what was going on with my car. He booked my car in immediately even though he was really busy as i explained to him how urgently i needed my car repaired. Gary contacted me the same day and said he’s found the fault and explained to me what he would be doing to fix it. The service I received from start to finish from Gary and his team was exceptional. Great garage, unlike the other cowboys in the area that are terrible at diagnosing issues but still charging ridiculous prices. The gentleman in this garage has always fixed my issues for a very fair and honest price. They are very straightforward, no messing around.

Thank you to Sagoo and Halim for a great job on my wife’s 3 series. They are both very respectful and my wife said they made her feel very comfortable as normally when she visits garages, men make her feel uncomfortable with the way they stare and behave which is why she makes me take the car in everytime but on this occasion I wasn’t free so she had to go herself. x4 calliper respray and alloy refurb - top marks. Had an issue with back bumper. The team did a great job. Matched the paint etc and gave the car back cleaner than I'd handed in. The best thing about HSA was that they communicated really well throughout the process. Costs timelines pick up etc etc. Super stress free, given not having your car is stressful. Will now take Mrs car and have recommended a few other people. All positive experiences so far. One area for improvement, they were super busy, need a couple more people (admin side) to help when it comes time to pick up the car or drop off etc etc.

I cannot rate the gentlemen in this garage highly enough. The elder chap and younger chap are equally skilled and on top of that they are true to thier word and look after thier customers. Not many respectable mechanics left like these guys 10/10 boys.

This is first time I’ve use this garage normally I get the service and mot done at same time but due to finance I said I will wait for service to be done in few months time just had mot done on my dads car spoke to both the gentlemen’s working there both are very well mannered and polite friendly which is big deal for me as these days that’s hard to find People who are friendly their is nice quiet smalll reception area where u can sit and wait for job to get done theirs free WiFi and even little heater for colder winter months I will definitely be having my service done here in few months when the time is right
