in September 2022 my Daughter Molly moved from Somerset to London (West Drayton) to start her first job. Inevitably as a car user she needed to arrange to have an MOT and occasional repairs to her car. Horton Auto Service Centre was recommended by a colleague of hers as being a good garage and also close to work. As the father of a daughter, I either repaired her car for her or knew of reliable garages local to us and I feel lucky )and relieved) that she has found this business who she can confidently go to when necessary and receive excellent service. Very friendly and always great helpful advice which is what you need when faced with work on a vehicle. Originally tried them as an alternative to a well known chain to replace all brakes at a much better price, and have been back for service and MOT ever since for the last 3 years. Really good experience. Mary the manager was very accommodating on the phone as my car had to be towed and I was late for the appointment. They changed my tyre very quick. Superb service.

Customer service was excellent. I was taken care of by Nas, he was very welcoming and made my car purchase very easy. He made sure I was satisfied. Overall I am happy with my experience with West Motors. Will hopefully come back to buy more cars from them!

Car is great, they agreed to do the required mechanical work as per the service schedule when pressed on it. Only issue stopping me from giving 5 stars is the communication which was fairly poor, and was kept waiting at pre-booked appointments for a while. Other than that, a pleasant buying experience

Use Motest for my MOT every year and have always had excellent customer service and work done. Needed a Major Service and Aircon recharge this time and again superb service, easy drop off, friendly staff and good advice re some small issues I can repair myself. All in all I cannot recommend this garage enough…

The staff at MOTEST in Hillingdon were very helpful and polite. Even though I did not have a booking, they helped me out there and then. Would reccomend.

Hello everyone! I would like to highly recommend this garage. I accidentally stopped by to have my Range Rover wheel balanced. Despite the fact that it was lunchtime and they were very busy.
