Had a great experience with Rob and Roslin from Swift Locksmiths. We were having an issue with our front door not locking and reached out for their assistance, Rob was able to provide his expert opinion and arranged for his colleague Roslin to visit and help us out. Roslin arrived exactly when agreed and was able to replace a part to get us up and running again in under 30 minutes. He confirmed the costs of remediation works before commencing any replacements and had the necessary parts on hand to resolve the issue. I have no reservations recommending the reliable and efficient service they provide and whilst I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, if I do I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to.

Mentor Lock has been excellent. I have an elderly aunt who had lost the only key to a cupboard with the electricity/gas meters. Communication to set up a date to replace the lock was very quick. On the agreed day, Lee telephoned about 15-30 minutes before the arrival of the locksmith to make sure everything was still ok. Locksmith, Andy, arrived on time and completed the work really quickly. Payment over the phone was easy, with a receipt sent straight away by email. Lee and Andy were lovely. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely fantastic service! The owner went above and beyond, spending a lot of time researching to find the right key code (not sure of the technical term here!), for a very old and quite problematic key, so a challenge, but I now have a new copy and it works perfectly. Previously, I had already tried for 4 months to get this sorted with other key cutters with no luck, so I was very lucky to find this shop. Steve was great! Came to assist me with getting back into my property after locking the keys inside!!! He arrived within the time frame quoted (15 minutes!) and got me in within 5 minutes! It was such a relief and reasonably priced for a call out! 10/10.
