The locksmith arrived promptly even on a Sunday and quickly got us back into the house. Being a simple lockout with a key left inside the door their charge was very reasonable and the chap who came was very professional and gave good advice.

What a brilliant shop. Went in with a 1980s Chubb 5 lever deadlock with a badly cut key that jammed rather than unlocking and came away with a rekeyed fully functioning lock with three new keys within about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend if you have a lock problem.

Mentor Lock has been excellent. I have an elderly aunt who had lost the only key to a cupboard with the electricity/gas meters. Communication to set up a date to replace the lock was very quick. On the agreed day, Lee telephoned about 15-30 minutes before the arrival of the locksmith to make sure everything was still ok. Locksmith, Andy, arrived on time and completed the work really quickly. Payment over the phone was easy, with a receipt sent straight away by email. Lee and Andy were lovely. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We contacted John about a broken uPVC door lock and 15 minutes later he was with us getting it fixed! He quoted us an extremely reasonable price (we'd previously been quoted well over double what he charged us), got the job done swiftly and was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on top. I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. John turned up the same day & on time. He carried out changing the two locks to make the property secure. John was very clear clear on the cost & charged me what he had agreed before hand. Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

Had a great experience with Rob and Roslin from Swift Locksmiths. We were having an issue with our front door not locking and reached out for their assistance, Rob was able to provide his expert opinion and arranged for his colleague Roslin to visit and help us out. Roslin arrived exactly when agreed and was able to replace a part to get us up and running again in under 30 minutes. He confirmed the costs of remediation works before commencing any replacements and had the necessary parts on hand to resolve the issue. I have no reservations recommending the reliable and efficient service they provide and whilst I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, if I do I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to.
