Cloud 7 is a hidden gem! Every plate is like a work of art, and the flavors are just as impressive as the presentation. The breakfast platter was packed with fresh, colourful ingredients, and the pancakes were delicious – they tasted as good as they looked! The whole vibe is so cozy, and the staff is super friendly. Definitely one of my new favorite spots for brunch. Highly recommend for anyone who loves great food and a beautiful atmosphere!

Great new brunch option opposite Hornsey station. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. The kids loved their Nutella and fruit pancakes. I had the Pistachio pancakes which tasted as great as they looked. I highly recommend it if you live close to the area.

I cannot recommend Cloud7 in Hornsey highly enough! We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday brunch there, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was incredible – every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and truly satisfying. The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to make the occasion feel special and memorable. Our children enjoyed it just as much as we did, which is such a bonus for a family outing! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and there was something on the menu for everyone to love. Not only is the quality top-notch, but the value for money is outstanding. Every bite was worth it, and we left already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a spot with delicious meals, attentive service, and a family-friendly vibe, Cloud7 is it. A hidden gem in Hornsey!

Cafe Corso

Rating: 4.8 (117) Price Level:
Amazing service, very homely cafe feel. The prices are very affordable, the food is fresh and delicious and they can tailor food options for you too depending on dietary requirements. Lots of good vegan options, highly recommend visiting. We’re very happy we stopped by for lunch and will be back again.
Rating: 4 / 5
I had the lasagna and the lovely owner made a vegan wrap especially for my friend. I know heard their quiche is amazing so I guess I will need to find an opportunity to visit! A very lovely cafe!
Rating: 5 / 5
This is my favourite place whilst working to pop in for a quality coffee and snack. The paninis are always good and their homemade quiches are the best I have had with huge portions too. It's a small independent cafe, the owner and staff are always happy to see you. I would much rather go here than a high street chain.
Rating: 5 / 5
After arriving in Wood Green today, we had to pass some time while waiting and went to eat at Café Corso. The freshly prepared baguettes tasted very good. We will definitely be back!
Rating: 5 / 5
Wonderful little cafe - friendly staff and quaint atmosphere. There's nothing vegan on the menu but they were able to put together a tasty falafel and roast vegetable wrap and had oat milk for hot drinks. £9.40 for a coffee and a wrap so not the cheapest meal you'll have but still very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back 👍🏻

NAYA cafe & Deli

Love this place, great addition to busy Wood Green. Great customer service from all the staff they make you feel really welcome. Food tastes great and is well presented
Rating: 5 / 5
The problem I have with a lot of new cafes, food spots and restaurants that pop up in London today is that they are overpriced with food and service quality that does not match what they are charging. Naya Cafe and Deli seems to be one of the few exceptions by offering quality food, quality service all at what I consider to be a fair and reasonably affordable price. You can quite easily have a coffee and a good size meal here for less than £15 (sometimes barely over a tenner) and everything is made well and taste really good. Everything is made to a good quality standard and presented as such. I ordered a Mocha and a Veggie Breakfast (as I don't eat pork) only to see that this place is also Halal and had Beef sausages which I added to my breakfast and did not regret it. They were some of the best Beef Sausages I've ever tasted, definitely the highlight of everything alongside the Mocha. Overall a nice place to visit for a coffee and a meal so give it a chance and stop by for Breakfast, Lunch, whatever you fancy (They do All Day Breakfast). I know I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve popped my head in a couple of times for a hot drink but this morning was my first time sitting in for food. The service is wonderful, very personal with suggestions on what to have. Loads of pictures of the menu food come up on the TV to display what you have to look forward to. Will definitely be back and hope business thrives for you NAYA team.

My partner and I decided to check out their breakfast options, and we were not disappointed! Our food was very tasty, the service was great, and the decor and atmosphere was relaxing and stylish. We’ll definitely be coming back to sample more of the menu!

Finally l got to visit this new venue. It used to be a Barclays Bank. They have done a very good job of the interior. I liked the choice of food. I really hope they do well. They add to Wood Green cafè society.

As if the delicious brunch wasn’t good enough, we had the company of Dumpling (see picture 2) 😍 during our second visit to this hidden gem in Wood Green. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is charming and cool with a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. Plus, their little garden is the perfect spot for the summer. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and warm atmosphere makes it a must-visit spot. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

My favourite local spot to have a macchiato coffee, a delicious pastry and enjoy the surroundings outside/inside with the large windows. They also have good WiFi, so it's a perfect place to do some work on the computer when I need to focus. The staff are also all very lovely and the prices are good!

Chef & Chef Cafe Restaurant

I just found this place a week ago and I'm very happy because I work two blocks away and all the food around is very bad. This place is family-owned, the food is delicious, the service is amazing, and the prices are affordable. Everything is great! Today I had the Caesar salad, which was so delicious and a very good portion. A few days ago, I had the Chef's fries with the secret sauce! Wow! And the Basque cheesecake is simply incredible. I can't stop recommending this place to everyone at my work. Thank you so much!
Rating: 5 / 5
Lovely fresh homemade food and the staff are wonderful and super friendly. Recommend this cafe for fresh, reasonably priced home made food. A great cafe that has opened on the high road. Good lunch spot if you work in the area.
Rating: 5 / 5
All the food was clearly fresh, homemade and most importantly delicious! The cake I got was nice and moist and overall a pleasure to eat, home made it seems. And the English breakfast was all cooked greatly, not a single down side. I got the raspberry smoothie and it wasn't made from concentrate, there were even seeds in it (which I adore) and was very natural. is better than most places that are brit made. The atmosphere so so cozy with music that wasn't too loud and it was very relaxing. The service was very professional and welcoming. We even came in with our pet cat and they were welcoming to him staying with us for our meal. Highly recommend.

La Bottega
107 Myddleton Rd, London N22 8NE, UK | Cafe P: 07575 696399
Rating: 5 (155) Price Level:
If you’ve spent much time in London, you’ve probably noticed that the closer you get to the centre the harder it is to find independent businesses that haven’t been over commercialised in a way that results in a certain loss of spirit and authenticity. It’s expensive to open a bar or restaurant in London, and various pressures exist that make it hard for independents to succeed. They also often require investors, inevitably leading to watered down decisions and a partial loss of the dreams and passion of a visionary founder. Fortunately for us, Ricardo’s vision for La Bottega remains immaculate and alive. This one man band is in the “singer songwriter” genre of bars, not unlike the tiny Izakayas in Japan, but with generous outdoor seating that spills onto the street. A long way from Kyoto, Ricardo has set up shop on the storied and charming Myddlton road that bridges the meandering new river carrying fresh water from the countryside to the centre of London. We arrived on foot, squinting at fairy lights, to our host offering a firm handshake and hug, as if visiting an uncle we hadn’t seen in a year. He invited us into his cabinet of curiosities, part wine bar, part salumeria. Warm focaccia was radiating the fragrance of dry herbs throughout the space, competing for our attention with the fruity effervescence Ricardo eagerly poured into our hands as a token of hospitality - as if to say welcome home. Time to relax and have a good time. Ricardo comes from a lineage of experts in hospitality, which makes it unsurprising but no less impressive that he used to be the head mixologist at the renowned Sketch in Soho. True to his craft, Ricardo doesn’t ask you what you want to eat or drink, much less offer you a menu - he asks you who you are, what you like and how you feel. You get the feeling that Ricardo could take you on an adventure in any direction. You want a tasting menu of rare Italian wines, with a lecture on how they’re made - done. You want just a single fork of perfectly marinated oyster mushrooms - done. You just want the best negroni of your life, before tucking into a homemade aubergine parmigiana and lettuce dressed with proper olive oil, finishing with a perfect little apricot tart - done. We shamelessly opted for all of the above. It’s fair to say that I have a new favourite watering hole, and I’m really excited to see La Bottega in its summer prime hosting 2 live music events a month from April onwards. As the evenings get longer and warmer, I see no better place to take a date, celebrate with friends or just have a coffee taking in the afternoon haze as it descends on the lovely Myddleton road. Saluti Ricardo, and thanks for sharing your dream with us.

Highly recommend! I have traveled for many countries and lived in Italy for almost an year . This is the closest thing that you will have from Italian grandmother if you have one . Food exceptional , fresh and tasty, the place is very charming and Ricardo is a show apart. Don’t waste time going somewhere else for Italian food 🤌🏻

Really lovely Italian cafe, lovely atmosphere staff really nice. We loved the frozen glasses with the beer. The ingredients looked great and the coffee and the food looked excellent. We were sat out side on the market day. There was live music being played we really enjoyed it.

I was walking down Myddleton Road at lunchtime keen to find somewhere for a bite to eat. I stumbled upon La Bottega, and within minutes was transported to Italy! The owner Riccardo is welcoming & warm, full of enthusiasm. He explained his extensive culinary knowledge with a focus on his decades of experience in the farmers market field. I was invited to sample the homemade & artesian products. It's a tiny place bursting with flavours, character and flair. The food is authentic & delicious. I was alone, and with great music playing in the background & while savouring some Italian treats, it was the perfect place to people-watch & take my mind of my troubles for a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely cafe. The owners are friendly and do all their own baking. The husband makes the most wonderfully light, moist cakes and I've never eaten such soft muffins before (I recommend the toffee apple muffin). They also showcase some dishes from their home country, so I've had the pleasure of being introduced to an Iranian potato with saffron sandwich. Delicious! I thoroughly recommend this cafe. It's cheaper than any on Turnpike Lane High Road and a lovely place to indulge your sweet tooth!

I loved the decor the most. Kind of like a bar in the back but with coffee beans. Coffee bar. Lovely atmosphere, lovely servers. It would be better if they hire more servers though because it does get extremely busy and need more people to handle the crowd

This is from Saudi Eats in London, with 60k+ followers across social platforms. Instagram & Tiktok: saudieats.ksa This is the most beautiful brunch spots we’ve experienced in a long time. The decor is impeccably in tune with modern, minimalist trends, featuring neutral tones that create a soothing and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The seating is abundant and offers a high level of comfort. ✨ As for the food, it exceeded our expectations. We had their signature Turkish breakfast, Shakshuka, and French Toast—all of which were nothing short of extraordinary. The French Toast, in particular, was a standout dish.😍 The hot chocolate was wonderfully smooth and creamy, served in uniquely designed cups that added to the overall experience. Additionally, the smoothie we enjoyed was both refreshing and delicious.💯 Thank you for providing us with such a memorable dining experience. 🙏🤩
