I’ve taken my 2 year old here since his first tooth came up. I’ve been given excellent advice on caring for his teeth, and the team and dentist have gone out of their way to create a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I can see my child developing in confidence at the dentist and feeling more comfortable being examined. At our last visit the dentist gave him a toy as a reward. I wish I’d had a dentist like this as a child!

I have been a patient of Treehouse Dental for about 18 months now. Dr Laith Abbas has provided me with a bridge replacement and teeth whitening gel treatment. Both treatments were completed to a high standard. Dr Abbas is very professional and provides genuine care. He always takes the time to explain the required treatment in detail and answers questions in a clear manner. All the staff are very professional, helpful and caring. I have been a patient at Treehouse / Crouch Hall Dental Care for years now, using a variety of services - hygiene, orthodontics, whitening, fillings, etc. After having had a terrible experience elsewhere, it was very important for me to find practitioners I could trust to have my best interests at heart, and who would take the time to explain issues and proposed solutions to me so I could make informed decisions. Staff are very prepared and I have early on selected the people I like to work with, and never change since. I recommend this practice highly.

Really professional and caring. All of the staff from reception to dentist are friendly. The environment is clean and even has a charging station in the waiting area. The dental room is calming and when doing anaesthetic a countdown is done before and during to help ease anxiety. Details are checked more than once and I was asked if I wanted the procedure even though I was referred my opinion was taken into consideration. I will definitely use this clinic in future.

We have visited Middle Lane Dental for the first time today with my 4 year old son. From the moment we entered we were greeted by very friendly female who directed us downstairs to wait for our appointment. Our appointment was right on time without any delays. Dr Anne and her assistant made us feel very welcomed and made my son very comfortable without any fear for his dental check up. I came in via a referral from my own dentist for a tooth extraction. I was very nervous going in due to a very traumatic emergency appointment a few weeks prior. From the get go, everyone was so kind and and welcoming When it came to booking the appointment, the team were very understanding when I explained what had happened previously, they assured me that the dentist would ensure the same thing would not happen. Dr Femi Oluteye and Nurse Ursula were absolute stars from the get go. Their compassion and care made the whole process very easy, I didn’t feel a single thing and hadn’t realised the tooth had been removed. Although I left minus one molar, I am beyond touched by the wonderful care that I had received from everyone at Hazelwood.

What an amazing experience I had at Hazelwood Dentist in Palmers Green. I arrived early and I was seen early. Doctor jaideep was so professional and quick and kind. I was dreading having a root canal in my front tooth and very nervous, I needn't have been because that was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The reception staff are also a ray of sunshine, they are smiley and helpful and welcoming.Thank you Hazelwood staff and Dr jaideep.

However, a few days ago, I shared my frustration publicly about a negative experience my mother had with the receptionist. Dr. Mark responded to my concerns publicly, and the Director of the practice personally reached out to explain the situation. I now understand the circumstances better and appreciate their efforts to clarify and resolve the matter. In the same way that I publicly criticized, I believe it is only right to publicly apologize and acknowledge my part in the misunderstanding. I’ve been at Phoenix for about 6 months now. My old dentist was ok but they kept ignoring concerns I had and the receptionist was rude. Phoenix has been the complete opposite, the guys at reception are super friendly and always helpful with appointments, and Matt is very professional, thorough and takes my concerns seriously. I’m just about to start a course of Invisalign alignment after Matt noticed my bite was in an unfavourable position and was cracking/ wearing away my lower teeth - something that my previous dentist had brushed off. All the preliminary appointments have been informative and I always leave the dentist feeling confident about the next steps.
