The greatest thing about our working relationship with Chenai is that she has now become a friend of ours. She stepped in at a time where a former wedding planner that we had was creating a lot of stress and not meeting our requirements, and Chenai came in and completely stabilised and enhanced the process. Chenai was the perfect wedding planner for our big fusion wedding. She had already planned some truly amazing multicultural weddings, and from the first call, she grasped exactly what we wanted. Chenai was fantastic at keeping note of all the little things we mentioned (and then forgot about!) and reflecting them in our big day. She and her team were extremely organised and professional, ensuring that our guests had a great time on the day. She also exudes this warmth and calmness - which is helpful when planning a big event with hundreds of people and lots of constantly moving parts! We trusted her completely and she delivered a fantastic, heartfelt event and celebration that was so true to us. We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

Marsha’s partial planning service was exactly what we needed to make our dream day happen, we couldn’t have done it without her and her team! From the beginning we had regular meetings with Marsha and she helped us set out themes and realistic expectations according to the budget we had to work with, along with helpful tips to make our money stretch. She gave us the creative control in the process that we wanted and ensured that logistically all of our plans could be made reality. This involved liaising with our venue and multiple vendors, and also carrying out multiple site visits to uncover finer detail. As the wedding day approached and nerves increased she pulled out all the stops to finalise arrangements with our vendors and made a detailed plan for the day so that we could have peace of mind and (try to) relax. On the big day itself Marsha and her team were excellent, splitting their time between our getting ready hotel, church and reception venues. When we inevitably ran late, Marsha adjusted our schedule on the fly so we could save time without missing or rushing any important moments. We used Marsha and team to help plan our wedding and other related events surrounding our big day. It was so nice to work with someone who paid such close attention to detail. She led on the meetings with suppliers and was able to push to ensure that my requests were met. The team also helped to plan the hen party.
