I had a issue with my fuses tripping every time I switched on my kettle. They came out the same day and fixed a faulty part on my fuse board at a reasonable price. Lovely people and nice to see female colleagues working in the industry.

Dean provided a great service for our house. He issued a useful summary of what needed doing to the roof initially and then we enlisted his help to carry out the necessary roofing repairs to our house. He is reasonably priced and very reliable. We have since recommended Dean to friends and will continue to call on Dean for any roof works (and other building works) that we require.

Jaber did a great job renewing sockets , testing circuits, removing old alarm socket and most of all removing a plastic fuse box which was very dangerous and installing a new metal fuse box. Gave me a Certificate for 5 years covering 6 pages. He is thorough, professional, friendly and entirely trustworthy.

Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. They’re really respectful and careful of your home—shoes off, no touching of freshly painted walls, tidied up after themselves, vacuumed etc. They really know their stuff, I’ll be recommending to anyone who asks if I know an electrician!

Fabulous electricians - great problem solvers and their work is first rate. Worked hard all day and left the room clean and tidy at the end (including putting floorboards back into place after having had to lift them). I needed someone to do a pre-tenancy EIRC check, and to switch out an induction hob. Jonathan was very communicative in terms of his own availability, and even let me know when other appointments had been cancelled in case I wanted him to do the job sooner. When he arrived, he was very personable and nonintrusive, and gave me some good advice on various small issues to keep an eye on in the future. He provided the certificate promptly. After he left I promptly recommended him to 2 other people, which I think it always the best 'review' one can give!

I am always hesitant when booking someone I don't know from a trading website, but Mo at Daddy Electrician was superb. He arrived on time, he was switched on (excuse the pun), knew what he was talking about, highlighted potential issues but wasn't 'selling' and was open to other queries about our electrics. He fixed the shorting problem we had very quickly, all done quickly and efficiently.

Sam was friendly and helpful - was running early and gave me a call to check if coming early would suit me which was appreciated. Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).
