Lloyd and his team did an absolutely fantastic job at our property. The booking system is extremely easy to use and you have full transparency on who is coming to do the work and how they are getting on with the journey. Communication with Lloyd was excellent throughout. He was very quick with responses at all hours of the day (including weekends) and always went out of his way to provide very detailed explanations of what kind of work needed to be done, why they were recommending it be done a certain way, etc. He gained our trust from the very first interaction and we were never disappointed. In terms of the actual work carried out, we first had an EIRC done which highlighted a lot of remedial work required, as the property we recently bought had been somewhat neglected in that respect. We discussed the results with Lloyd and got a very fair and practical recommendation on which items were important vs nice to have. In the end we decided to take him up on most of the work and that required multiple visits, but all was carried out seamlessly. The finished work is to a very high standard and we are overall very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Lloyd and his team.

I needed an electrical timer on an immersion heater uograded, and a switch elsewhere replaced. I was on a tight deadline and they went out of their way to help me get it resolved in time. Communication was great from start to finish, Alfred who came to complete the work was very friendly, polite and helpful. Luan arrived within an hour of our first contact. He inspected the problem (a malfunctioning bathroom light switch) and, fortunately, had a replacement with him. He worked efficiently and left the place tidy. I can safely recommend him.

Excellent work from Luan. He tidied up some wiring in our loft and installed wired and battery powered smoked detectors with a wifi link. He was thoroughly professional and respectful and really friendly. I'll be happy to use LT Electricial again anytime and would highly recommend to all.

Magic & team provided outstanding service at short notice, stepping in to install 5 electrical boxes centrally in 5 classrooms during half-term in time for when the learners return. Always nervous when need to find a new tradesperson and suspicious when they have 5/5 in all google reviews however with Zi and his team they are all genuine for sure. I had a failed Generation (FIT) meter, so urgently needed it replaced, he had a member of staff working down the road, sourced what are very hard to get hold of meters, and everything was fitted with 2 hours of his services being engaged. Listened to problem over phone, understood it and resolved it without fuss or bother, super polite and pleasure to have engaged. Highly recommended.

Terry of East London electrical came and done some good work around my house on a couple of occassions. I needed my extension wired sockets and lights back to my distribution board and a certificate after the work was completed. Can recommend him and a fair price too.

Terry arrived on time to do the work as promised. The work was done in a safe and professional manner and I was not charged more than what we agreed before the work was done. Every time they needed to have a look at the electric plugs for testing reasons etc.in the House they always ask politely and when they left the house it was clean and tidy as before they arrived.
