James and his team did a fabulous job, from evaluation to quote to completion - all done over the christmas and new year period too. Very knowledgeable, and clearly committed to delivering great quality work at a reasonable and fair price, I am very pleased with their work - especially after some less good experiences with other roofers in recent years. Highly recommend James and his team. We had a pretty bad leak in our recently purchased home. James came out the same day I called him to take a look and immediately advised on necessary repairs. As he carried out the repairs he found numerous issues with our roof that our building survey had completely missed. James recommended options for us to resolve the issues without ever being pushy or trying to sell us on unnecessary work. We ended up using James to completely repair our roof (front, back and on a flat roof and a badly done loft conversion). Throughout he was reassuring and made sure we understood exactly what work needed doing, how much it cost and how quickly it would be done. The communication was great throughout and he replaced our entire roof in just over a week. Everything was done to a really high standard and left perfectly clean afterwards. All the positive reviews are accurate, James is a real professional who knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Really pleased that we brought James and his team in for our flat roof renovation. He's an honest, humble guy who really knows his stuff. As well as the quality job which James did, what I especially appreciated (and what I think differentiates James compared to the other contractors we spoke to) was that James very clearly understood who I was as a customer (i.e. a bit clueless with all things roof-related!) and was able to explain things very clearly, answer all my questions and reassure me about the job and the (lack of) damage which the leak had done. His team were also incredibly polite and courteous. Would thoroughly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Louie and the team at LH Roof Services, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they were an absolute delight to deal with. Louie and his team were incredibly respectful, always arriving on time and being mindful of both noise and our neighbors. What really impressed us was that they left the site spotless and the whole project took them 3 days (1 day to remove the old tiles and 2 days to lay the new tiles and clean up). Louie shared some drone photos with us and you can see that the roof looks immaculate from every angle! It has also made a noticeable difference in reducing our heating costs thanks to the improved insulation. Louie kept us well-informed throughout the project, communicating timelines clearly and handling coordination with other contractors. Spirio is incredibly good in every aspect of the building work delivered. They treat all the jobs equally and never complain the job is too small or big. His team has a wide range skills. They did several different jobs for me, from roofing to back garden transformation including paving, rendering the building, fascia boards and other related aspects. Had 2 of my roof tiles slipped and fallen off. Was worried my roof going to leak when it rains and then some one gave me the number of Aman roofing . Called them straight away . Guy was very nice and polite . Guys came next day and checked . Job was completed next 36 hours and charged very low. Job was done very clean and professionally. Very happy with there service. We had a new roof and gutters installed, it looks amazing! Aman and team were so lovely, very polite and hardworking. They were quick to start and finish. The old roof was completely removed including the wood, which was all over 50 years old, maybe longer. So, they had to start from scratch. They did our flat roof in January 2021 and am really pleased with their work and professionalism. They did it for two days. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. John, a very nice man, came to inspect one day, and then he explained what needed to be done, sent me and agreed on a quote, then booked the date. Two nice men came on the day and did everything including clearing. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Excellent service all throughout.

The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering.
