Kasim came out in the pouring rain on a very wet Sunday to help me with a leaky roof. He created a temporary fix which was a great relief. Kasim and his team returned to fix it properly and they were super efficient, courteous and tidied up! We had a range of quotes for the job and after seeking advice from a surveyor decided on K&M, it was a good choice!

Kasim and his team were great. Kasim came back with a fair quote quickly and was honest in his approach. The team were quick to get to work , tidied up after each day and kept me informed and updated on what was being done along the way. New back roof, Chimney fix & new fascias - Work was done within a week. Kasim was very responsive and quick to action when bad weather caused issues. I would recommend and use them again! Definite recommend - we had a challenge on our hands with being in a conservation area, parking inaccessible location, righting the wrongs of previous builders works and a very wet start to 2024. Glad to have these guys/gals in our corner! Highly experienced with roofing in our area, Dan & Mike understood all the challenges and more importantly how to deal with them (e.g. Like for like slates and box gutters). The weather wasn't on our side and while the project was delayed greatly due to this, when given the chance of a clear spell, the team worked absolutely non stop. Once works were done they were also happy to come back and decorate any interiors that were affected by the roofing works. Not Cowboys, finally!

George and his team installed a new felt roof on my kitchen extension after a badly installed Fibreglass job from previous builders which kept springing leaks every few years. The process of hiring George was quick and painless through his website, and his site survey/quote filled me with confidence that he's an experienced roofer. His quote was pricier than his competitors, but I urgently needed the repairs and George committed to the job in matter of days. An easy way to judge any builder is how he leaves his work site at end of the day. George's team was pleasant and respectful + left a tidy work site after their first day. I'm pleased with how the new felt roof looks, and time will tell if it holds up better than the Fibreglass job! This jobs very much falls under "You get what you pay for". George was really easy to deal with and they slotted my flat roof job in very quickly. It was supposed to be a two day job with 2 people, but, in the end George had 4 people for most of the day and got it done in one - which was very helpful. Keith is a rare breed, always where he said he would be, when he said he would be! The team worked diligently, carefully and to the agreed cost. I am very pleased with the work MP Roofing Services completed. We had a leak through a flat roof which was coming through to the ceiling below. Matthew was responsive to all queries and assessed the job on the same day as my initial call. He has been friendly and professional throughout.
