After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. George was really easy to deal with and they slotted my flat roof job in very quickly. It was supposed to be a two day job with 2 people, but, in the end George had 4 people for most of the day and got it done in one - which was very helpful. Kasim came out in the pouring rain on a very wet Sunday to help me with a leaky roof. He created a temporary fix which was a great relief. Kasim and his team returned to fix it properly and they were super efficient, courteous and tidied up! We had a range of quotes for the job and after seeking advice from a surveyor decided on K&M, it was a good choice!

Keith is a rare breed, always where he said he would be, when he said he would be! The team worked diligently, carefully and to the agreed cost. We has a slight issue with the quality of work on one aspect of our job (which spanned roofing repairs, gutter repairs, tiling and painting works) and without argument it was swiftly rectified as part of the agreed price.
