Best haircut I’ve had in the 7 years of living in the UK. Every single person working there was polite and friendly and Michelle was incredible. She took the time to listen to my worries and understand what I was looking for. She cut my hair beautifully and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much for such an incredible experience.

I had my hair cut today by Francesca. She did an incredible job! This was my first time getting a haircut in 10 months. I wanted a short cut with layers. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I love it! Highly recommend this salon and Francesca!

Talented Matt transformed my hair from a bit of a mess with a skillful cut. Visiting a new hairdresser can be nerve wracking, but he absolutely got what I wanted and took it beyond a simple trim to a great hairstyle that really suits my features and fine hair. He also made some great product recommendations - and he wasn't trying to sell me stuff, he was trying to help. I love my cut! I'll definitely be back when I'm in London again.

I moved to Canary Wharf earlier this year and have been struggling to find a new hair dresser. A few dodgey and expensive cuts later I’m pleased to have found Kleins Hair and Beauty! My hair was cut by Fran and she was friendly, listened to what I wanted and cut my hair beautifully. Nice atmosphere in the salon overall and reasonably priced. Absolutely going to be making this my regular hairdressers now.

Abbi and her team are great and it's a relaxed, friendly salon. I've taken my toddler several times and he's getting more comfortable each time. The first time he screamed and screamed and Abbi still got the job done! She's so fast! I also took my long haired partner for a post-covid trim and Abbi was really respectful of his style and checked in with him regarding length.

Abby was great with our 2 and a half year old. Very patient and great customer service, will definitely be back. Great local business, thoroughly recommend!

Visiting Jacqui R is an occasion to enjoy with a wonderful, super friendly and relaxing atmosphere and a lively conversation complimented with a glass of prosecco. But what matters most is that Jacqui and her team are exceptional hairdressers/stylists. I have been a client since the salon opened and have always been impressed with the end result. I cannot recommend Jacqui and her team highly enough. Simply superb!!!

I was recommended to Jacqui many years ago by Mary at Beauty Essence. Jacqui fitted me in at short notice for a and the results were fantastic - I arrived looking like my hair had been dragged through a hedge backwards and left with a fantastic and glamorous curly blow-dry for my party that evening - thank you so much!! Can't praise Jacqui and her team highly enough! Their professionalism and friendliness are next to none and I can always feel confident that the results will be amazing. Most recently Lou worked miracles with my poor damaged hair (a result of years of over-colouring) returning it to healthy, soft, shiny hair once more. The girls are full of great advice on how to manage your hair at home between visits and I always look forward to coming back.

I have been visiting salon for a decade and every time get the best service. Beautician Birute is an incredible expert in waxing, brows and facials. Not only that she performs quick and most thorough waxing, in addition it is very reasonably priced as well. She’s absolutely the best making my eyebrows impeccable and perfectly shaped. She’s amazing in suggesting beauty products that suits my skin and gives the beat results. Can’t recommend enough this salon!

Jessica is the best! takes great care of the hair and she makes you feel at home :) I regularly do my braids here and she always does a neat and polished work, no pulling no pain, and they last for very long time. Occasionally i do the silk press and have a deep treatment. Both service excellent!

Flavius did my half-head highlights a few months ago and I loved how natural they looked! Recently, he fixed my hair tone after a failed balayage in another salon. I came to Flavius with over-processed highlights and at least 3 colours in my hair (rusty, ashy + natural dark blonde), and he worked out a solution to make my hair look more natural and even-toned until I can come in again for a reverse balayage and get my dimension back! He let other stylists join in to discuss the best way forward, which I hugely appreciated. Everyone was so helpful! I love this salon.

Visited Living the Dream Salon for the second time to have my lashes redone by Maria. My lashes are perfection. While there I added biab nails with complex artwork and spa pedicure with Veronika. Her attention to detail and expert touch made my nails look AMAZING! I get filled with excitement everytime I look at them! I love them 😍. The whole team are friendly, welcoming and very professional. Highly recommend.

My second haircut here, I think I had Zeel this time - not so sure. The wash, haircut and blowdry was really great and what I asked for. She gave me some advice based on my hair type as well. The blowout lasted for a couple of days as well which I was happy with. Will return

A great technician, I’m quite particular about my lashes and the team made me feel super comfortable and talked me through the range of thickness & lengths to choose from. They tailored the lashes for my eye shape. I’m delighted with my new classic lashes and paid a great price, £40. This was an introduction price, when I returned I paid £50 for a classic infill which is quite expensive. I’ll only be returning for special occasions.
