We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. I been having an ongoing issue with mice reported to the council and they were unable to solve the issue. Getemout was recommended to me I spoke to Trevor who came the next day with his team and started investigating. The next day they completed the job and we are coming onto 3 months now and I have not seen not one mice!!! Got 'Em Out! Absolutely fantastic physical and customer service. Trevor did a prompt home inspection at my old property and clearly showed me all the places where mice were getting in and explained how they would rid the property of mice and guarantee they don't return. I'm really happy they don't use poison and I'm even happier I'm no longer tormented and embarrassed by mice. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Thank goodness I used this company!! Well worth the investment in getting a job done properly in the first place. We had an infestation of rats in our property having had some recent renovation works and over the counter traps/baits are just useless. So many cowboy companies about too. Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. When we had a problem with rats in our house, AGS pest control were very efficient and reasonably priced. Their representative, Dell, was clear on what had to be done and explained his method of dealing with the problem in a pleasant and accessible way. Dell visited us 3 times and checked for signs of rats in the house as well as checking outside for the ways they were getting in and gave us good advice on how to fix it. Happily, AGS solved our problem with rats. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dell and AGS.

Having to consider anti pigeon netting for my small 4th floor balcony I was dreading the search for a reliable trader. I saw a Pest Piper van parked near me and decided to try them first. I was very pleased I did from the first contact when I was given a clear quote but was not put under pressure to make a decision. When I did decide to go ahead Shahid dealt with me pleasantly and promptly. The installation was done quickly and well despite some small issues, the finishing touches were completed soon after and there was no urgency to pay before full completion! We had an issue with mice in some of the flats in our student accommodation and have been using Mr Sani’s services to treat the areas and get rid of the pests. I am not exaggerating when I say we will never use anyone else’s services but Mr Sani and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He is able to make time for any job requested even with the shortest of notice, and the quality of his work is excellent, we never get any pests returning after Mr Sani has treated the area, his service is unmatched!

I cannot recommend Sani enough. He treated our house for fleas. He is highly knowledgable and efficient. He returned for a final visit at no extra cost and said to call if any more problems. No need for form filling and waiting for call backs. Just friendly, easy and professional !

I rang this morning to get a quote for an issue with maggots! I had rang round a load of other company’s and had been quoted roughly £200. Joseph was personable, honest, gave me advice on how to deal with it and said that no spray or product could actually get rid of this issue. That other companies will potentially rip me off for a lot of money! He told me the things I could do in order to wait it out. And he has saved me a lot of money! Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem.
