Paul is a professional , efficient, and a very knowledgeable guy. Had a front door lock which needed replacing ( keys kept getting stuck ) . I called in the morning, and he arrived very soon after, replaced the lock with no hassle , explained the features of the new lock, made sure everything was aligned, and left the area spotless. Had a nightmare where I was visiting my brother and shut a door inside the house that nobody had a key to... panicked and was worried I was going to get flak for messing up on my first day visiting and that door would need to be broken down as there was no other way in. I called Paul and he was extremely friendly and explained that this happens all the time. He was over incredibly quickly, got my brother in with ease and made things so hassle free! I had called a few other places that quoted a lot more than Paul and weren't very nice on the phone and felt like they were doing me a favour for 100+. I didn't bother looking for anyone cheaper as Paul was so friendly, responsive, calmed me down when I was panicking and clearly knew what he was doing. You get what you pay for and I didn't want our locks or house being played with by just anyone. Happy to have had a huge hassle dealt with quickly, professionally and by a great person, thanks Paul!!

Sunday morning lock out. The nice gents at Alpha responded and solved the issue within 30 minutes of my initial phone call. This was a superb, efficient service that I would easily recommend to those who happen to misplace their keys.

You will have to look very far and hard to find a better locksmith and handy man than milion, I’ve been using his company for a few years now and I can honestly say he does his trade and company proud! Had a broken lock to the Upvc toilet window and AL came on the Friday, part was ordered-delivered and installed on the Tuesday. Excellent communicator over the phone and has given us good advice on future care and adjusting ourselves. Was recommended to Chiswick Security for changing a sticking Yale lock. This was done quickly and efficiently and the locksmith gave us very helpful advice on other issues. We then commissioned Harry to remodel our letterbox - again done promptly and well, and when a slight glitch was discovered remedial action was taken very swiftly. Cannot commend too highly.

Called early in the morning as snapped a key in the door. Harry answered the call and came to site within an hour, he removed the key and replaced lock as I had no spare key. Also good to support a local business.

Harry did a brilliant job at fixing my emergency lock issue for my balcony door. He quoted a fixed price after asking for a video and arrived 35mins later. He explained what he was doing clearly, fixed the problem and them spent some time trying to help resolve other small problems. Very polite, and he also cleaned up after himself.
