I have been seeing Dr Sharma for ten months now for my orthodontic treatment. I couldn't have chosen a better dentist! He has extensive experience in this field and he has been showing great care and attention to my needs. The service is friendly and impeccable from the receptioni to his staff. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve their smile. The only downside is that the clinic isn't in a convenient location, however what matter is the service and the end result which I can't wait to see.

I needed a tooth extraction and Mandeep Shukla made the whole experience straighforward and effortless. I'm not the keenest dentist goer and this was my first visit to White House so I was extra nervous. The waiting area was clutter free and super calming and I was greeted by the high energy reception staff with what felt like genuinely warmth and empathy. Mandeep explained the actual procedure beforehand with absolute simplicity so there were no surprises and it was quite possibly the best experience I have ever had with any dentist (minus the pain once the local anaesthetic wore off!). I was recommended by a fried so glad it was a positive experience for me. I am very excited that I've now joined White House and believe it or not, actually looking forward to seeing the hygenist!

At 38, it came as quite a shock to be told that I had a year before my natural teeth would fall out. Due to the loss of bone supporting my teeth, I was advised that i had a very short window of time to act and that the best solution was dental implants. 6 months after my initial appointment, Dr Shukla performed the operation to save my smile, and I can't thank him enough for his skill and professionalism. The operation was pain-free, and I had zero pain in the days after the procedure. Or at least nothing that the odd paracetamol and ibuprofen couldn't take care of. I've had more pain after a filling than having all my teeth pulled and 11 implants installed on the same day. You'd think you would be suffering in the days after, but quite literally, i was pain-free. Dr Shukla, I can't thank you enough for giving me back my smile, my confidence and a new lease of life as I had suffered for so long with dental pain and loss of confidence due to my smile being so hideous. It's the best thing that's happened to me, and I can't recommend enough to anyone who's considering having implants. You will not be disappointed with the results, and the aftercare is top-notch. Expect to be well looked after and feeling very satisfied with your new smile.

I would highly recommend this practice in Buckhurst Hill. Dr Shukla took the time to explain all the treatment options in detail. I never felt rushed and have complete confidence in his clinical excellence. Dr Shukla has a calm reassuring manner and makes my visits a pleasant experience. The practice is clean and hygienic. Updated: Thank goodness for Jo! Following the unhelpful response I called and then revisited. This time speaking directly to the source, who took the time to work through the issue and now I have a perfectly fitting retainer. *************************************************************** The service was friendly and quick but the retainer does not fit. The replacement was for the current retainer that is discoloured - exactly the same mould and fits perfectly. Now left with a replacement that can't be used as it only fits one side and not the other.

I lost two teeth of my top denture and my daughter phoned Chingford Dental Laboratories to make an appointment for me but was told, no appointment needed, just turn up. I turned up the next day and was seen immediately, no waiting time and was told to either wait in their nice waiting room or come back in an hour. I chose to come back and in just over an hour I picked up perfectly repaired dentures, at a very reasonable price I highly recommend this place should you need an emergency repair at a fair cost. So pleased. Josh saved my tooth. A previous dentist in another surgery told me I would need to have two teeth extracted. One cracked and the one next to it had an abscess. I went to Valley Dental Practice for a second opinion. Josh saved the cracked tooth by doing a root canal and crown. And advised the other tooth was fine. So very pleased my tooth was saved.

Excellent treatment, telephoned on Monday evening with a broken tooth, seen Tuesday lunchtime by a very nice dentist Preena who was very reassuring. She xrayed, put in a temporary filling and appointments have been booked for permanent repairs. Treated with kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this dental surgery.

He could remove my large and deeply buried wisdom teeth easily. The recovery of my wound was good. Today is the third time that I met Dr. Sarah in ODL. She is a nice and professional orthodontic therapist. We discussed our expectation of the orthodontic treatment. The environment was exceptionally clean. The Welcome was excellent! The Dentists were very caring and professional. They provided me with information about the current condition of my teeth before I started the treatment. The extraction of my 2 teeth on my lower jaw was painless. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite, the phone never rings long before it is answered, and they're very accommodating with appointments and choice of dentist etc. Dentists never push unnecessary treatments and the hygienists are always similarly friendly.
