Very friendly and welcoming practice. I used the practice for Invisalign treatment with Dr Ravi Desai. Today, was my last appointment and I am very happy with the outcome. Dr Desai and the nurse both made me feel comfortable and demonstrated skill, care and kindness. Thank you so so much.

Managed to get a same day appointment as I had a toothache. Was seen by a lovely dentist who was gentle and understanding of my pain. Took x-ray to determine whether infection was tooth or gum and prescribed antibiotics.

Warm welcome at reception by Darcy, my dentist Ravi carried out a thorough examination and was very gentle, and all the team put me at ease throughout, would definitely recommend!

I had my routine hygiene appointment with Petra, she thoroughly explained everything, asked if I had any concerns and put me at complete ease from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Both my young daughter and I had a 6 month check up appointment with Dr Faisal. We were immediately greeted on entering the Practice and made to feel welcome. Dr Faisal explained the examination he would conduct and put my daughter at ease. The procedure was painless. My daughter was relaxed during our whole appointment. I had a further hygienist appointment and my daughter was allowed to be present. I am grateful to all at Gentle Dental for their care and professionalism. They create a wonderful atmosphere that my daughter looks forward to her regular appointments.

This practice has such a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are big, light, and airy, giving it a comfortable and welcoming vibe. The receptionist is incredibly patient, helpful, and sweet, the dental nurse was so cool and chill (which put my nerves to rest), and the dentist was friendly and relaxed. They were all wonderful, putting me at ease, answering my questions and providing helpful advice. A really good experience and a practice I would highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

After looking at and reviewing online local dentist practices I came across Gentle Gentle Care. I completed the registration forms on behalf of my children online - this was really easy and user friendly. After this I wanted to ask some further questions so rang the practice, easy to get through. The lovely lady on the phone kindly answered my questions and was very informative and let me know all the steps of registering etc. I shared with the lady on phone (I wish I got her name) that I was quite frightened of the dentist myself and she was so reassuring ! On the day of appointments for my children to have general check up, their first visits to dentist! The practice was really clean and tidy and all staff friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the desk offered me a hot drink. Our appointment was with Dr Simon and Nurse Sonia. I spoke to Nurse Sonia before the children entered the treatment room to let her know I had not taken children to dentist as I was very very nervous - again really kind and reassuring :). Both children were completely at ease and comfortable thanks to the professionalism and kindness of both Dr and Nurse. Dr Simon spoke gently to the kids asking them questions about their eating and teeth hygiene, throughout his treatment he talked through what he was doing and checking and why throughout. We all left feeling really happy and pleased this is where we would be coming for all dental needs. A really great team who are all friendly and approachable ! Thank you!

I had appointment today with Simon who filled my broken tooth, I was nervous at first But he made me feel at ease and he was very friendly and supportive and explained the process to me I was very pleased and happy with outcome! I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Ammar Alibhai, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked into his clinic, I was greeted by his welcoming and friendly team, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. He took the time to carefully explain every step of the procedures I underwent, which included placing a crown on a hard-to-reach tooth (lower 3rd molar), periodic cleansing, and another delicate intervention (central incisor). I am so pleased with what Dr Alibhai has been able to do with my teeth. Not only did he level off the front tooth which had a chip, he also filled in a gap that i had never liked - I wasn't even expecting that. I have no reservations in recommending Whitgift Dental. I have been a patient for over 24 years! Indeed all 3 of my children have been patients through their baby to grown up years. A professional, welcoming, fully equipped, spotlessly clean Practice with attached hygienist service, I have always received good care & advice. You can always book in to see your regular dentist & hygienist one after the other which is great. & on the few occasions I have needed to see a dentist urgently I have always been able to get a very quick appointment. Fees for dental work needed is always very clearly detailed. I have recently relocated to East Sussex & still I continue to make the hour long journey to WD for my checkups & hygienist appointments!

I dislodged a cap on Christmas Day and left a message with Shirley Dental Practice for the earliest possible appointment, They contacted me on their first day back and booked me in for a morning appointment. Shiv replaced the original cap after preparing both tooth and cap. He ensured that it was a comfortable fit and gave me a full account of possible future outcomes. As always his work was informative, efficient and professional.

This is the most well cared practice and with lots of experience in the day to day practice. Shiv and Minal And Sapna are excellent Doctors and they have abilities to comfort the patients. I will highly recommend for any dental treatment.

I got in touch with Deepali on a Sunday with a dental emergency over the Christmas and New Year break as I was in an unbearable amount of pain. She has such a kind and caring personality and was able to explain to me my options at my appointment, which immediately put me at ease. She was able to proceed with an option I was comfortable with, and I left pain-free and felt really taken care of. Part of this option was a suggestion to receive a referral for a root canal to save my tooth by Deepali’s recommendation. I truly believe that had I not seen Deepali at this point, I have no doubt my tooth would’ve deteriorated at a rapid rate. Last week was my 3rd visit, every time I visit I'm greeted and made to feel really welcome. If you are afraid of the dentist come here!! There is so much care from when you first walk in you will immediately be put at ease. I've been for both check ups and the hygienist. Both were exceptional!! Normally I walk away from dentist with my mouth feeling like it has taken a few hits, not here, both were so gentle and their attention to providing every comfort is outstanding. No rough polishing or knocking the teeth with the equipment. So gentle at times I actually thought are they doing anything!! I cannot recommend this dental practice high enough. Today was my third visit to the practise and regardless of me hating the dentist as most people do this has to be my best experience by far! The whole team at Gentle Dental Care are amazing and it starts from the top with Dr Mish. I have been using Gentle Dental Care for my routine treatments for several years. So I had no hesitation in using the practice for more specialist services. Dr Sadia completed a broken tooth extraction, she was professional but kind when putting me at ease for the procedure. In short she is awesome! I am now seeing Dr Mish for implant treatment. He and the team who I spoke with before Dr Mish are very knowledgeable and spend the time explaining your options, the processes and answering any queries you might have. 1st round of treatment, Was a little nervous, but the staff were very informative and once numb, I felt nothing so it made me relax even more. Tbh I feel more nervous at my own dentist than going to GDC (maybe because the dentist give you the news.) I'm looking forward to the 2nd round of treatment.

The treatment I have had at Fairfield Dental Centre has been outstanding. Kira, Jo and the team are always so friendly and polite and Kira explains every procedure required in detail so that it is very easy to understand. I have been a long standing patient at this dental practice and would never go anywhere else for my treatment.

After my local dental practice had a change of management and promptly went downhill, I started looking around for somewhere else to go, and got a good vibe from the positive reviews on Google for the Fairfield Dental Centre. Having booked an initial appointment, had work subsequently done at a follow-up session and also paid a visit to their dental hygienist, I can confirm that this is a great practice. Kiran is a fine dentist who takes a calm, considered view when it comes to her patient's treatment, taking the time to explain what needs to be done, and carrying it out with great competence. Homa, the practice hygienist is also very good at her job and has really inspired me to look after my teeth better. My move to the practice was only intended to be a temporary one, since I am due to be moving out of the area soon, but I may well make the effort to return to them from 'up north' for my check-ups, so impressed have I been - keep up the good work, ladies!

On entering Fairfield Dental practice for the first time, both Kiran and Jo were very welcoming and friendly. Kiran discusses treatments and procedures in a professional and caring manner. I had a filling, the first for 14 yrs and was a bit apprehensive, I had a good experience thanks to Kiran and Jo. Kiran was most gentle. I have known Homa (the dental hygienist) for many years here when it was W. Parker Deans practice. She is also friendly, caring and very good. Easy parking. I certainly recommend this practice to everybody.
