Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Although I didn't use his service because my friend popped round to sort my tap he was pleasant and friendly to deal with.

Minar is extremely professional and knowledgable. He takes a lot of time to explain the issues to you and help you understand what needs to be done. His work is thorough and of a high standard. He is also very reasonable; I had an issue with the volume of the water pump being installed and he offered a very amicable solution to resolve it. Highly recommend.

Minar is a real gem and an expert in Keston dual flue gas combi boilers! Most companies that I contacted to replace my boiler either had no clue about this system or were quoting extortionate rates for a poor service that would have resulted in costly repairs to the ceilings. Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. CJD plumbing have done a number of jobs for us over the years; replacing a boiler, replacing water tanks and disinfecting the system, minor leaks from our toilets. On each visit (without fail) the engineers have been polite, respectful and courteous and have always fixed the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CJD plumbing to others and will use them again in the future.

I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

Contacted Ray with regards to boiler isssues, came out same day and was happy to take his advice to replace boiler and power flush system. We do like to support the local trade persons and found Birtley Boilers on google, I contacted Laurence as were having problems with the boiler, he came out the same day to have a look and confirmed what we thought, that it needed replacing ASAP. He provided a very reasonable quote for a good boiler. As he was booked up until the 11th February, he said he would do it on a Saturday, 2 days later he arrived promptly at 8 o clock, never stopped working all day, his work is very good all pipe work is very neat and tidy, was very helpful and we will definately use him again and have already recommended him to our daughter to move and replace their boiler.
